Southwest flight touches down in Missouri — at the wrong airport

A Southwest Airlines passenger plane carrying upwards of 100 passengers landed at the wrong Missouri airport Sunday evening, the company said.
Southwest Flight 4013 flying from Midway Airport in Chicago was scheduled to touch down at Branson Airport on Sunday — but instead it made a surprise but uneventful landing at M. Graham Clark Downtown Airport, just nine miles away, according to the airline. The downtown airport is primarily used by corporate, charter and personal aircraft.
The Boeing 737-700 carried 124 passengers and a crew of five, the company said.
The director of the Branson Airport said late Sunday that the passengers were being transported by bus and other vehicles to the correct airport. Fortunately, no injuries were reported during the mix-up.
The Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the incident
