President Barack Obama, and the cabal of criminals and devoted leftists who make up his administration, continues to overreach and usurp Constitutional authority with unilateral executive actions.
But now more than a few states have begun to fight back,and are mounting something of a rebellion.
This rebellion is taking shape on two separate fronts, namely being state nullification of federal law and an Article V Convention of the States for the purpose of amending the Constitution in an attempt to rein in the out-of-control feds.
Around a dozen states are directly defying the federal government over gun control, declaring federal gun control laws to be null and void within the borders of their states.
The states that are attempting to nullify federal gun control are: Alaska, Arizona, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, South Carolina, and Texas, among oSome states have even gone a step farther and added criminal penalties for any state or federal agent that attempts to enforce said federal laws.Some states have also worked toward nullifying Obamacare, like Arizona, Georgia, Missouri, and South Carolina.
Still others are taking on the federal educational standards and curriculum mandated by Common Core, with nine states already rejecting it, while more than 30 states thus far have legislation in the works addressing it.STORY
