Constitutional Attorney Says Something Shocking about the United States

John Whitehead, President and founder of the Rutherford Institute, apparently isn’t one to mince words, and he is no stranger to calling out government overreach.
Being a constitutional attorney, he’s bound to have seen his share of controversy (and President Obama could learn a bit about the Constitution from Whitehead before trying to teach it again).
In fact, according the Rutherford Institute website,
“The Rutherford Institute has emerged as one of the nation’s leading advocates of civil liberties and human rights, litigating in the courts and educating the public on a wide spectrum of issues affecting individual freedom in the United States and around the world.”
So, when an experienced civil liberties and constitutional attorney says the following, you need to take it seriously:
“The government is watching everything you’re doing[…]. We are in a police state right now. The question is, can we push it back?” ( read here.)
This is the kind of bluntness the media won’t cover, but that we need to pay attention to if we are to have any hope of turning the tide and providing our children a heritage of freedom.
Do you think America is already a police state or is Whitehead off his rocker? Sound off below.
