What do you call somebody who plays mind games with others, who points fingers at everybody else while they are the ones responsible?

It looks like you can call them “Barack Obama.”

The former president appeared in Detroit over the weekend and went on a seemingly unscripted rant about conservatives. Looking surprisingly bitter and disheveled, Obama hammered an issue that has been dominating headlines: The southern border.
In a video clip shared by The Hill, the 44th president attacked the Trump administration for the controversial policy of detaining minors who enter the country illegally
