FROM 90 miles from tyranny

IT BECOMES CLEAR WHY THEY'RE ALL TRYING TO DESTROY TRUMP   Posted on

Romney, Kerry, Biden, McCain, Pelosi, Schiff, Mueller & Clinton are all tied to sketchy Ukraine deals. No wonder they want to impeach President Trump! (emphasis mine)
Mitt Romney’s top adviser, Joseph Cofer Black, joined the board of the Ukraine energy firm, Burisma, while Hunter Biden was also serving on the board. Hunter Biden was taking a salary of $50,000 per month from Burisma, and was simultaneously engaged in a relationship with John Kerry’s stepson, Chris Heinz, and mobster Whitey Bulger’s nephew, in a private equity firm, that allegedly appeared to be laundering millions of dollars in foreign money from China & the Ukraine, through Latvia, and back to the US.

Romney’s adviser, Joseph Cofer Black, trained for covert operations and eventually became the director of the National Counterterrorism Center. After the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks perpetrated by al-Qaeda, Black was appointed ambassador at large and coordinator for counterterrorism in December 2002 by President George W. Bush. John Brennan succeeded Black in his job as director of the National Counterterrorism Center. Cofer Black left the CIA in 2006 to join Blackwater, the huge contractor for services related to military and intelligence action, where he served as Vice Chairman until 2008. See all the ties that bind?

It appears that Romney, Kerry, Biden, McCain, Pelosi, Clinton, Mueller and Schiff all have ties to Ukrainian firms. VP Biden bragged on camera that he was able to force the former Ukraine President to fire a prosecutor who was investigating his son, Hunter, by threatening to withhold $1 BILLION in US loans from Ukraine – all with approval from Obama!

While Communist China ran $1.5 BILLION through the Biden/Heinz private equity firm to purchase US companies with military ties, John Kerry, as Secretary of State, approved questionable acquisitions that threatened national security, but enriched his family and friends.

Kurt Volker, who served as the U.S. Ambassador to NATO under Obama, and was just fired from the Trump White House as special envoy to Ukraine, is the executive director of the John McCain Institute.

Nancy Pelosi’s son, Paul Pelosi Jr., is involved in oil importing from Ukraine and his company, Viscoil, is under investigation for securities fraud. In 2015, Pelosi used the Air Force to fly her entire family to Ukraine at a cost of over $185,000. Nancy Pelosi’s legislative aide, Ivanna Voronovych, is from Ukraine and is connected to the Ukrainian Embassy, the Ukrainian military, the Ukrainian government and Ukrainian party life. Pelosi and Schiff are also both connected to a Ukrainian arms dealer.

We also know that Ukraine was involved in helping the Clinton campaign fabricate evidence against Paul Manafort to smear the Trump campaign and the firm the DNC used to “inspect” Hillary’s email server, Crowdstrike, is funded by anti-Russian Ukrainian Oligarchs and run by a man who used to work for Mueller at the FBI!

Most concerning of all, the former CEO of Danske Bank in Estonia, Aivar Rehe, a bank known for money laundering during the years Obama and Biden were in office, was just found dead in his yard. He was a witness for the prosecution in a $220 BILLION money laundering scandal involving transfers to Latvia.

Rudy Giuliani intimated that this corrupt banking network was likely used by Biden & pals to launder foreign $ from the Ukraine & China – to Latvia, Cyprus and on to America. Records show that some 10,000 “non-resident” accounts were involved. Giuliani says he began investigating Joe Biden before he announced his run for President and that more “corroborating” evidence is forthcoming.

Rudy Giuliani, who was once James Comey’s boss, and the former Mayor of New York during 9/11, took down the mob and runs one of the biggest private investigation firms in the world. Don’t underestimate Rudy. He already has videotaped interviews of the Ukraine prosecutor that Biden forced out of office. We shall hopefully soon see all the rest of the ties that bind.

Louisiana Republican Introduces Resolution To Oust Nancy Pelosi From The House

Ralph Abraham, a Republican congressman from Lousiana, who is running for the post of the state's governorship introduced a resolution on Tuesday. It is however unlikely to be passed in a Democrat-controlled House.

With calls for Trump's impeachment gaining further ground by an official impeachment inquiry called by House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, (Democrat-California) recently, Republicans are an extremely irked lot. Ralph Abraham, a Republican congressman from Lousiana has gone to the extent of introducing a resolution to expel Pelosi from the House of Representatives reports
Fox News. The resolution does not stand a chance of getting passed in a House controlled by Democrats. At the same time, Democrats' potential articles of impeachment are sure to have a rocky journey in the Senate where the Republicans hold fort.

White House Informs Dems it Won’t Cooperate With Impeachment Inquiry
The White House has sent a letter to House Democrats informing them of its intention not to cooperate with the Democrat’s partisan impeachment inquiry.
According to The Hill:

The White House on Tuesday wrote to Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and three Democratic committee leaders to say it would not cooperate with the House’s ongoing impeachment inquiry into President Trump, framing the investigation as an effort to “overturn the results of the 2016 election.”

White House counsel Pat Cipollone accused House Democrats in an eight-page letter of making “legally unsupported demands” of the executive branch and accused them of violating the Constitution and past precedent in opening the impeachment inquiry into Trump’s dealings with Ukraine.

“Given that your inquiry lacks any legitimate constitutional foundation, any pretense of fairness, or even the most elementary due process protections, the Executive Branch cannot be expected to participate in it,” Cipollone wrote. “Because participating in this inquiry under the current unconstitutional posture would inflict lasting institutional harm on the Executive Branch and lasting damage to the separation of powers, you have left the President no choice.”
“Consistent with the duties of the President of the United States, and in particular his obligation to preserve the rights of future occupants of his office, President Trump cannot permit his Administration to participate in this partisan inquiry under these circumstances,” he wrote.

The Whistleblower’s facts have been so incorrect about my “no pressure” conversation with the Ukrainian President, and now the conflict of interest and involvement with a Democrat Candidate, that he or she should be exposed and questioned properly. This is no Whistleblower. The Whistleblower’s lawyer is a big Democrat. The Whistleblower has ties to one of my DEMOCRAT OPPONENTS. Why does the ICIG allow this scam to continue

There is an axis of statist forces that truly think they should be running the country, elections be damned.
These forces, Democrats, the corporate leftist media, and deep state actors believe that Americans should just accept their vision of open borders, one sided trade deals, man made global warming, infanticide, and trust the massive and ever growing administrative state to handle all the details.
They are quite sure not just that we are wrong but that somehow our
opinions are illegitimate.

Ukraine 'Whistleblower' Had 'Professional Relationship' with 2020 Democrat Featured  by Joshua Caplan | Source: Breitbart | October 08, 2019

The intelligence community inspector general testified Friday to congressional investigators that the so-called “whistleblower” who mischaracterized President Donald Trump’s call with the leader of Ukraine had a previous “professional relationship” with a 2020 Democrat candidate, according to the Washington Examiner.

“The IG said [the whistleblower] worked or had some type of professional relationship with one of the Democratic candidates,” one person with knowledge of inspector general Michael Atkinson’s testimony told the Examiner’s Byron York.

In another conversation with York, a second source revealed: “What [Atkinson] said was that the whistleblower self-disclosed that he was a registered Democrat and that he had a prior working relationship with a current 2020 Democratic presidential candidate.”

Ben Shapiro: On impeachment, Democrats have already begun to move the goalposts   By Ben Shapiro | Creators Syndicate

The Impeachment 'Style' Battle: Pelosi v. Trump
Pelosi and Trump take different approaches to impeachment battle; Raymond Arroyo has this week's edition of Seen and Unseen on 'The Ingraham Angle.'

President Trump is a bull in a china shop. He says inadvisable things to inadvisable people, mainly because he is inadvisable -- literally no one can advise him. The vast majority of things Trump says are ignored or brushed off by those who understand the difference between bloviation and manipulation. Still, Trump's constant stream of noise can make it difficult to tell the difference between the two.

So when an intelligence community whistleblower came forward with an allegation that, on a call with the Ukrainian president, Trump proposed a quid pro quo with the Ukrainian government -- release of military aid in exchange for a Ukrainian investigation into Joe Biden and son Hunter Biden -- the allegation didn't appear absurd on its face. The timeline, after all, seemed to match up: Trump allegedly suspended military aid to Ukraine personally a week before talking with the Ukrainian president, only to release the aid after the holdup was met with public scrutiny.

Then, the Trump administration released a transcript of the call, in which Trump used the typical New York real estate wheeler-dealer language of favors: favors related to investigations surrounding CrowdStrike, the firm tasked with analyzing the hack of the Democratic National Committee in 2016, an investigation that concluded with allegations of Russian interference; favors related to helping Rudy Giuliani investigate the origins of the 2016 Trump-Russia investigation; favors related to investigating the Bidens. The theory seemed to be gaining credibility.

Then it seemed to fall apart. It turned out that the Ukrainian government apparently had no clue that Trump was even withholding military aid -- and without such a quid, there couldn't be a pro quo. The Ukrainian president publicly proclaimed that Trump hadn't pressured him. The whistleblower report turned out to be third-hand gossip rather than first-hand information. And allegations of a cover-up imploded as the Trump administration released information ranging from the transcript to the whistleblower report itself.

And so, Democrats have begun to move the goalposts. Now Democrats are claiming that the State Department is engaged in obstruction, just minutes after claiming that Trump's Department of Justice had engaged in obstruction. Democrats allege that Trump's behavior -- without allegations of criminal conduct -- is enough to justify impeachment. Now, after Trump predictably took to Twitter to rail against the whistleblower and the Democrats, Democrats claim his behavior amounts to "witness intimidation."

As the grounds for the impeachment inquiry broaden, it's becoming clear that the Democrats' enthusiasm for impeachment outweighed their supporting evidence. They leapt before they looked -- and now they're trying to backfill an impeachment inquiry that must end with an impeachment vote or lay bare the emptiness of the original attacks themselves.

Perhaps Democrats will come up with something. That's always possible, given the amount of leaking and loose talk around the White House. But barring some sort of cataclysmic revelation, the impeachment effort seems to be stalling out. And based on the current evidence, it should.

Maxine Water Caught Using Campaign Funds To Pay Family DebtsRep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) was just caught red-handed exploiting campaign finance loopholes to funnel campaign funds to her daughter, Karen Waters.

Maxine Waters has been under fire for her questionable use of campaign funds for several months now. The first of several Federal Election Commission complaints were filed in July. The complaint claimed that Waters had broken campaign finance laws.Since the complaint was filed, Waters has not changed or ended the practice. In recent months, Waters has paid at least $50,000 to her daughter.

Fox News reported in August that Waters has been using campaign funds to pay her daughter for well over a decade.Since 2004, the campaign in turn reportedly has paid $750,000 to the congresswoman’s daughter, Karen Waters, or her public relations firm Progressive Connections for help producing them.

Waters also came under fire in October of 2018 for exchanging spots on her slate mailers for thousands in cash from state politicians. This strategy allowed her to get around federal campaign contribution limits.

The Washington Free Beacon pointed out that slate mailers have fallen out of favor in recent years. The use of slate mailers, which are a common practice in states such as California and Oregon, have come under heavy scrutiny. Waters appears to be the only federal candidate to run a slate mailer operation from a federal committee, according to a search of the FEC’s database.

An FEC complaint was filed by The National Legal and Policy Center, but so far, Waters has yet to face any consequences for her shady dealings.

Nepotism at it’s finest

Karen Waters has benefitted greatly from her Mother’s campaign dollars, according to FEC filings. Of the $182,323 owed in total debts by Maxine Waters’ campaign this quarter, $133,022.15 of that is earmarked to be paid to Karen. This amount is in addition to another $108,000 that Karen was paid during the midterm election. Karen Waters is profiting heavily from Maxine Waters’ campaign donations.

So what is Karen Waters being paid for? She’s been tasked with overseeing Waters’ slate mailers operations.Additionally, according to the Free Beacon, the payments made to Karen Waters were the most paid out by Maxine Waters’ campaign committee for any activity this quarter.

Maxine Waters has woven a tangled web of shady financial dealings, and it’s finally catching up with her. Waters has refused to address the accusations, but the FEC complaints are piling up.

Whistleblower Did Not Disclose Contact With Schiff’s Office, Intel Inspector General Told Congress   THE SCHPIEL
ICIG forms require whistleblowers to disclose contacts with other government officials related to their complaints.

Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson told the House Intelligence Committee on Friday that a CIA whistleblower did not disclose contact with Chairman Adam Schiff’s office before filing a complaint against President Donald Trump, a source familiar with
the watchdog’s testimony told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Fox News’ Catherine Herridge first reported that Atkinson said that the whistleblower did not disclose having contact with Schiff’s office, and so he did not investigate the matter.
Texas Rep. John Ratcliffe, a Republican on the Intelligence panel, appeared to confirm that Atkinson said he had no knowledge of whistleblower contacts with Schiff’s team.

On Wednesday, Schiff’s office acknowledged that the whistleblower reached out to an aide on the House Intelligence Committee regarding concerns that wre later put in the complaint
The aide directed the whistleblower to the ICIG and briefed Schiff on what the whistleblower would allege. The whistleblower filed the complaint on Aug. 12.

That series of events conflicted with Schiff’s public statements leading up to the release of the complaint last week. Schiff implied in interviews that he did not know what was in the complaint, and he said he was glad that the ICIG had referred the complaint to his committee because he might not have known about it otherwise.

On Sept. 17, Schiff said that “we have not spoken directly with the whistleblower.”

A Washington Post fact-checker gave Schiff four Pinocchios for his statement.

It is unclear what the failure to disclose contacts with Schiff’s office means for the whistleblower. Atkinson deemed the complaint “urgent” and “credible” after investigating the complaint for two weeks.

The ICIG asks
potential whistleblowers to disclose, under penalty of perjury, whether they filed their complaint with other inspectors general or members of Congress and to disclose any of those contacts.
