Adam Schiff Accidentally Admits Truth About Burisma & Biden

House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff has spent over $3 million dollars of taxpayer money and several months trying to impeach President Trump for wanting to investigate Burisma. Hunter Biden was paid upwards of $80,000 a month to sit on the board of directors for this Ukrainian energy company during his father's tenure as Vice President, despite having zero qualifications for the job. Even more speculation grew after Joe Biden bragged on camera about withholding $1B to Ukraine if the prosecutor investigating the company wasn’t fired. Records have also shown that Hunter was being paid more than other qualified directors on the board.
Now, Adam Schiff has practically agreed with Trump during a recent interview with David Axelrod, saying Hunter Biden’s connections to Burisma were “at a minimum an appearance of conflict.”

Here is the transcript from the The Axe Files:

AXELROD: “Do you think it was fair game to suggest that he [Joe] should have maybe told Hunter Biden, ‘You know what, that’s not a good idea. Don’t go on that board?’”

SCHIFF: “You know, look, I think whenever you have an elected official’s family member in a position of responsibility, there is at a minimum an appearance of a conflict that should be avoided.”

With this admission, it is unclear why he repeatedly refused the Republican Senators’ calls for Hunter Biden to testify during the trial. An entire list of witnesses submitted by the Republicans that attempted to get the whistleblower along with Hunter Biden to testify was quickly shot down by Schiff.

Republican Senators weighed in on the issue previously, saying:

"If you can't call Hunter Biden and you can't call the whistleblower, that's sort of a sham. That's not really even a trial." - Sen. Rand Paul.

"I would love to hear from Hunter Biden.” - Rep. Will Hurd.

After pressure from Republicans grew, Schiff justified his decision saying the committee "will not facilitate efforts by President Trump and his allies in Congress to threaten, intimidate, and retaliate against the whistleblower who courageously raised the initial alarm,” also adding that he will not let the investigation be used to look into the Biden’s.
Adam Schiff has now made it clear that, although seeing a problem with Hunter Biden’s extensive connections to Burisma, he would rather waste taxpayer money and try to impeach President Trump on baseless accusations.
