Michigan And Maine, A Tale of Two Tyrannies: Why Liberal States Insist On Wrecking Their Economies During The Pandemic

There are some old adages that say things like;
When someone says it’s not about the money – it’s about the money.
When someone says it’s not personal – it’s personal.
When some Liberal Governor says it’s not about exercising draconian-like power in an attempt to hurt President Trump’s reelection chances in November – well you get the picture.
Take Maine for example, when it comes to coronavirus infections and deaths attributed to the virus Maine ranks 45th in the Nation. The latest numbers on the virus show 1,095 cases and 53 deaths. In fact a number of counties in Maine report single digit cases of infections and zero deaths (nine counties in Maine reported zero fatalities to date). As is typical across the nation, the most infections in the State occur in those areas containing the largest population centers. “Fox News” host Tucker Carlson recently addressed Maine’s situation:

To be clear, no one is saying that 53 deaths is insignificant, it is. The only time anyone thinks that deaths of any kind are insignificant is when liberal are discussing the four deaths that occurred at an obscure embassy in Libya or the death of a border patrol agent during some failed gun running operation, but otherwise everyone is pretty much in agreement that death is bad.
