Obama's Worst Nightmare Comes True — Lindsey Graham Sending Subpoenas..... About time....CHARGE THEM ALL...!!

Report: Senate Judiciary Committee Will Call Comey, McCabe, Brennan, And Clapper As Witnesses   June 29, 2020  Martin Walsh

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham announced this week that his committee will hold his first hearing into the origins of the Russia hoax next week.

During an interview Thursday on Hugh Hewitt’s nationally syndicated radio show, Graham revealed the names of 4 top Obama-era officials that he plans to call to testify before his committee.

Among those are former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.

Graham added he did not know if former National Security Advisor Susan Rice and former Deputy National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes would be called to testify before his committee but said he was deferring to GOP Sen. Ron Johnson, chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, to investigate matters pertaining to the period between the 2016 presidential election and inauguration.

Below is a partial transcript of Graham and Hewitt’s exchange:

HEWITT: Now I have a series of questions. I just would like to know yes, no, I don’t know as to whether or not you will be calling as a witness to the Judiciary Committee the following people. Will you be subpoenaing James Comey?

GRAHAM: Yes.

HEWITT: Andrew McCabe?

GRAHAM: Yes.

HEWITT: John Brennan?

GRAHAM: Yes.

HEWITT: James Clapper?

GRAHAM: Yes.

HEWITT: Susan Rice?

GRAHAM: Don’t know.

HEWITT: Ben Rhodes?

GRAHAM: Don’t know. I’m having, Senator Johnson’s going to look at all the things that happened from the election to transition. His committee’s going to look at all that.

Earlier this week, Graham said former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein will be the first witness to testify in the Russia probe hearing next week.

Graham’s committee is looking into the origins of the Trump-Russia probe and seeking to determine whether any laws were broken when Obama’s FBI and DOJ spied on members of the Trump campaign and investigation alleged “collusion.”

Earlier this month, the Department of Justice filed to dismiss its criminal case against former White House national security adviser Gen. Michael Flynn after newly revealed documents surfaced.

In the newly released documents, we learned that the FBI had drawn up paperwork to close the case against Flynn, but fired agent Peter Strzok made a last-minute move to keep it open.

Strzok was fired for sending countless anti-Trump text messages to Lisa Page, a former FBI lawyer with whom he was having an affair.

Strzok played a critical role in going after Flynn, the new documents reveal.

Handwritten notes from the FBI — which we withheld from Flynn’s defense team for years — show that a key goal of the agents investigating Flynn was “to get him to lie so we can prosecute him or get him fired.
