The scratched looking concrete is for better adhesion of the top coat. I live in phladelphia. I remember when the city used pavers for the crosswalks on south broad st. When time came to resurface they tore up the street and when they repaved they never restored the pavers. That is why there are intersections with painted faux pavers. This does not detract from other pictures I have seen of bricks on pallets with no construction sites nearby. head on a swivel, stay safe.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
