Newly-minted House Speaker Kevin McCarthy plans to make good on his vow to kick Democratic Reps. Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell, both of California, off the powerful House Intelligence Committee and Rep. Ilhan Omar of Minnesota off the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
