Clinton vows to change Constitution to ban movies, books, and even signs that mention her.

Hillary Clinton looks to make history as the first president ever elected on a promise of making it illegal to talk about the president in an unapproving manner.
“Hillary Clinton on Saturday will pledge to make an overhaul of the campaign-finance system an urgent priority, as she announces plans to introduce a constitutional amendment overturning the Supreme Court’s Citizens United ruling during the first 30 days of her administration,” The Wall Street Journal reports.
In Citizens United vs. FEC, the grassroots conservative group challenged the FEC’s decision to ban the distribution of a movie critical of Clinton in the months before the 2008 Democratic primary election.
But the FEC ruled that since the film used Clinton’s name and would be available to voters 30 days before a primary, it was banned political speech.
And since Citizens United was a non-profit corporation, the FEC additionally ruled the movie was illegal corporate political speech.
