Been wondering WHY they didn't insist on first hand knowledge.... The Dems secretly changed the rules

Intel Community Secretly Gutted Requirement Of First-Hand Whistleblower Knowledge By Sean Davis September 27, 2019

records show that the intelligence community secretly revised the formal whistleblower complaint form in August 2019 to eliminate the requirement of direct, first-hand knowledge of wrongdoing.
Between May 2018 and August 2019, the intelligence community secretly eliminated a requirement that whistleblowers provide direct, first-hand knowledge of alleged wrongdoings. This raises questions about the intelligence community’s behavior regarding the August submission of a whistleblower complaint against President Donald Trump. The new complaint document no longer requires potential whistleblowers who wish to have their concerns expedited to Congress to have direct, first-hand knowledge of the alleged wrongdoing that they are reporting.

The brand new version of the whistleblower complaint form, which was not made public until after the transcript of Trump’s July 25 phone call with the Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky and the complaint addressed to Congress were made public, eliminates the first-hand knowledge requirement and allows employees to file whistleblower complaints even if they have zero direct knowledge of underlying evidence and only “heard about [wrongdoing] from others.”

After Condemning Trump’s Ukraine Call, New Report Exposes Mitt’s Ties to Hunter’s Company...WAYNE DUPREE.COM

As you know, Mitt Romeny wasted no time attacking President Trump over his perfectly normal and acceptable call with the Ukraine President.

Impeachment Circus: Adam Schiff Kicks Off Intelligence Hearing By Making Up Parts Of the Trump-Ukraine Transcript   Matt Vespa 9/26/2019

President Donald Trump is in the impeachment crosshairs. House Democrats have finally launched their three-year-long project to get this president for merely winning the 2016 election. We all knew this was going to happen. In 2018, the Democrats retook the House based on stopping Trump. They tried to get a reason to impeach from the Trump-Russia collusion myth, but there wasn’t enough. And by that, I mean there was zero evidence to prove the Trump team colluded with the Kremlin. They waited. And now we have this second-hand account from some whistleblower with political bias against the president who alleged that Trump shook down the Ukrainian president, pressuring him to open a corruption investigation into Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President Joe Biden, in exchange for military aid. That was proven false by the administration’s release of the call. There is no favor. In fact, the favor centers on Trump asking the Ukrainians to help the Department of Justice’s probe into the origins of the Russia investigation.

Acting Director of National Intelligence John Maguire is now testifying before the House Intelligence Committee, where Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), in his opening remarks, re-wrote the transcript to make Trump sound like a mob boss. This is the lengths the Left will go to get Trump, just making stuff up. Is it shocking? No. We all know Democrats lie, but the extent and breadth that is has taken post-2016 are notable. I mean, Schiff recites lines that are just not in there:
White House Issues Statement on Impeachment

The White House has formally issued a statement following the Democrats newfound interest in impeaching President Trump.
According to Town Hall:
“Nothing has changed with the release of this complaint, which is nothing more than a collection of third-hand accounts of events and cobbled-together press clippings—all of which shows nothing improper.  The President took the extraordinary and transparent steps of releasing the full, unredacted, and declassified transcript of his call with President Zelenskyy, which forms the heart of the complaint, as well as the complaint itself.  That is because he has nothing to hide,” White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham released in a statement. “The White House will continue to push back on the hysteria and false narratives being peddled by Democrats and many in the main stream media, and President Trump will continue to work hard on behalf of the American people as he always does.”
Yesterday the White House voluntarily released the transcript of a July phone call between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. It was published after a whistleblower claimed President Trump improperly pressed Zelensky to investigation former Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter Biden, in exchange for military aid. Nowhere in the call did this kind of quid pro quo appear.
“There’s a lot of talk about Biden’s son, that Biden stopped the prosecution and a lot of people want to find out about that so whatever you can do with the Attorney General [Barr] would be great. Biden went around bragging that he stopped the prosecution so if you can look into it…It sounds horrible to me,” Trump said during the call.
“I wanted to tell you about the prosecutor. First of all I understand and I’m knowledgeable about the situation. Since we have won the absolute majority in our Parliament, the next prosecutor general will be 100% my person, my candidate, who will be approved by the parliament and will start as a new prosecutor in September. He or she will look into the situation, specifically to the company that you mentioned in this issue. The issue of investigation of the case is actually the issue of making sure to restore the honesty so we will take care of that and will work on the investigation of the case,” Zelensky replied.
The Democrats will continue to see the evidence one way while Republicans will see it another. The only way to understand where they actually stand is to have a vote on impeachment.

The whistleblower (spy) should be made to face the president with his accusations, not hide behind congress and remain anonymus............

REPORT: Whistlblower Worked for C.I.A 2019-09-26 Source: TT   by: TTN Staff

REPORT: Whistlblower Worked for C.I.A
By Cezary p (Own work)

New reporting has revealed that the whistleblower worked for the C.I.A. and has since returned to the agency since filing the whistleblower complaint.

According to The Daily Wire:
The whistle-blower who claims President Trump used the power of his office “to solicit interference from a foreign country in the 2020 U.S. election,” including “pressuring a foreign country to investigate one of the President’s main domestic political rivals,” is a  C.I.A. officer who “was detailed to work at the White House” before returning to the C.I.A., according to a new report from The New York Times. The Times noted that the whistle-blower was not working at the White House when the events triggering the complaint occurred or when when he discovered the supposed evidence.

The whistle-blower’s complaint states, “Over the past four months, more than half a dozen U.S. officials have informed me of various facts related to this effort. The information provided herein was relayed to me in the course of official interagency business. It is routine for U.S. officials with responsibility for a particular regional or functional portfolio to share such information with one another in order to inform policymaking and analysis.”

Then the whistle-blower admits, “I was not a direct witness to most of the events described. However, I found my colleagues’ accounts of these events to be credible because, in almost all cases, multiple officials recounted fact patterns that were consistent with one another. In addition, a variety of information consistent with these private accounts has been reported publicly.”

The Times claimed, “The man has since returned to the C.I.A., the people said. Little else is known about him. His complaint made public Thursday suggested he was an analyst by training and made clear he was steeped in details of American foreign policy toward Europe, demonstrating a sophisticated understanding of Ukrainian politics and at least some knowledge of the law.”
The Ukranian president has denied any attempt from President Trump to pressure him into an investigation.

Democrats Wrote to Ukraine in May 2018, Demanding It Investigate Trump

Democrats wrote to the Ukrainian government in May 2018 urging it to continue investigations into President Donald Trump’s alleged collusion with Russia in the 2016 presidential campaign — collusion later found not to exist.

The demand, which came from U.S. Senators Robert Menendez (D-NJ), Dick Durbin (D-IL), and Patrick Leahy (D-VT), resurfaced Wednesday in an opinion piece written by conservative Marc Thiessen in the
Washington Post.

Ironically, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) declared Tuesday that the mere possibility that President Trump had asked Ukraine to continue an investigation of former Vice President Joe Biden — even without a quid pro quo — was enough to trigger an impeachment inquiry. (Biden boasted in 2018 that he had forced Ukraine to remove its prosecutor by threatening to withhold $1 billion in U.S. aid; he did not tell his audience at the Council on Foreign Relations that the prosecutor was looking into a firm on whose board his son, Hunter Biden, was serving.)

Thiessen observed (original links):
It got almost no attention, but in May [2018], CNN reported that Sens. Robert Menendez (D-N.J.), Richard J. Durbin (D-Ill.) and Patrick J. Leahy (D-Vt.) wrote a letter to Ukraine’s prosecutor general, Yuriy Lutsenko, expressing concern at the closing of four investigations they said were critical to the Mueller probe. In the letter, they implied that their support for U.S. assistance to Ukraine was at stake. Describing themselves as “strong advocates for a robust and close relationship with Ukraine,” the Democratic senators declared, “We have supported [the] capacity-building process and are disappointed that some in Kyiv appear to have cast aside these [democratic] principles to avoid the ire of President Trump,” before demanding Lutsenko “reverse course and halt any efforts to impede cooperation with this important investigation.”
The Democrats’ letter is available online here. In it, Menendez, Durbin, and Leahy demanded that the Ukrainian government answer their questions about the...

The Road to Impeachment: Congress set to enter lengthy process to remove President Trump OAN Newsroom September 25, 2019

President Trump is the fourth president in the history of the United States to face an impeachment inquiry, but how does it all work exactly? Article Two, Section Four of the U.S. Constitution provides the framework for Congress to remove a president and other civil officers if lawmakers convict these officials of treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

First, the grounds for impeachment begin with evidence gathered from congressional investigations, outside sources or from specific events. The House Judiciary Committee is then authorized to investigate the president. After the investigation is complete, members of the Judiciary Committee or another select committee draft articles of impeachment, which detail the charges levied against the president.

The articles of impeachment are then sent to the House floor for a full vote, where only a simple majority is needed to approve the charges. If the House votes to adopt the articles of impeachment then it appoints managers to present the charges to the Senate, which is tasked by the Constitution to try the president.

The Senate leadership then informs the House when it can present the articles to the full chamber, however, there is no constitutional enforcement mechanism if the Senate majority leader refuses to hold a trial. If the Senate does proceed with a trial, the upper chamber will pass a resolution to set the rules for the proceedings.

The chief justice of the Supreme Court will preside over the case with members of the House as the prosecution and members of the Senate as the jury. In the end, at least 67 senators would have to vote to convict the president in order for him to be removed from office.

Only two of the three previous presidents to face an impeachment inquiry, Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton, went through the entire impeachment process and were both acquitted. Richard Nixon resigned to avoid impeachment.

Franklin underspoke the time spent on Trumps "investigations", It's more like 3 years that the demorats have been "investigating" Trump. The allegations against him are made up FANTASIES from the minds of desperate demo-rats. All it takes is an allegation (true or false) and someone will insist that a committee "investigate" it...!!!

Franklin Graham
I wish President Donald J. Trump’s enemies would give it a rest. For two years all that the American people heard was collusion. Not true. Then accusation after accusation seemed to come out of the woodwork by various women. Then all we heard was impeachment, impeachment. Now it’s a whistleblower claim. When will this ever end? The president was elected to do a job. Let’s pray for him, that God will give him wisdom to make the right decisions for the American people and to do his job well.

Thanx...."Weasel Zippers"

After Trump Calls Their Bluff On the Ukraine Transcript, The Left Hilariously Cry Foul and Rush to Move the Goalposts

This is almost too good. Predictable, but still satisfying.
For most of today, we’ve been inundated with impeachment fever among Democrats, the media, and some anti-Trump Republicans. This despite the fact that there was no evidence Trump did anything illegal or untoward in a phone call between he and the new Ukrainian president. We already know there was no threat or quid pro quo involving military aid or otherwise, but after this weekend’s hysteria, there was apparently no walking the story back.
Then something hilarious happened. As my colleague streiff reported earlier, Trump called their bluff.
………………………………………...……………………..
Now, all the sudden, they don’t want the call. The call that they’ve said forms the basis for impeachment, that proves Trump committed a criminal, corrupt act, is not longer relevant to them. You know what this means? There’s nothing worthwhile on the call.
So what’s next? Well, the goalposts must be moved of course.
,...…………………………………………………………………..

you would think the Dems would wait until Trump released the transcript of the phone call to the Ukraine president

Dem Rep. John Lewis Calls for Impeachment Proceedings Against Trump: ‘We Must Not Wait!

LEWIS: “Mr. Speaker, the people of this nation realize that if they had committed even half of the possible violations, the federal government would be swift to seek justice. We cannot delay. We must not wait. Now is the time to act. I have been patient while we tried every other path and used very other tool. We will never find the truth unless we use the power given to the House of Representatives and the House alone to begin an official investigation as dictated by the Constitution. The future of our democracy is at stake. There comes a time when you have to be moved by the spirit of history to take action to protect and preserve the integrity of our nation. I believe, I truly believe the time to begin impeachment proceedings against this president has come. To delay or to do otherwise would betray the foundation of our democracy.”

And I hope they consider ALL the evidence in the Ukraine story...such as.....
Joe Biden is on record threatening to withhold loan guarantees from Ukraine unless they dropped an investigation of his son Hunter

That's called bribery and there's a video evidence that Joe Biden did that.
And the media is complicit in hiding this information from the American people just like they hid all the wrongs Hillary Clinton committed. It's the same story

Trump Authorizes Release of Transcript of Ukraine Call 2019-09-24 Source: TTN by: TTN Staff

President Trump has called the Democrat's bluff and authorized the release of the transcript of the controversial Ukraine call.

According to CNBC:
I am currently at the United Nations representing our Country, but have authorized the release tomorrow of the complete, fully declassified and unredacted transcript of my phone conversation with President Zelensky of Ukraine....

....You will see it was a very friendly and totally appropriate call. No pressure and, unlike Joe Biden and his son, NO quid pro quo! This is nothing more than a continuation of the Greatest and most Destructive Witch Hunt of all time!
President Donald Trump on Tuesday said he has authorized the release Wednesday of a complete trancript of a phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

The nature of that call — during which Trump talked about former Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Hunter —  has spurred calls by an increasing number of House Democrats for impeachment proceedings against Trump to begin.

Shortly before his call with Ukraine’s leader, Trump had ordered a hold on $400 million in military aid to that country.Trump denies that he pressured r Zelensky to investigate the Bidens during their July call.

The Democrats could still move forward with impeachment but Trump has given the impression of compliance as the Democrats continue down their path of impeachment.
