His name is Neil Eggleston — and you won’t believe who hired him.
Neil Eggleston
Is it former IRS Commissioner Lois Lerner? Nope.
Secretary of State John Kerry? Not this time.
Recently embattled Veterans Administration Director Eric Shinseki? Wrong again.
It’s none other than the Commander-In-Chief himself, Barack Hussein Obama, who hired Eggleston as White House Counsel last month.
The White House Dossier reports: “Eggleston is the kind of guy you go to when someone tells you, ‘time to lawyer up’… is Obama looking for more protection for the White House from the various GOP Congressional probes, or is he aware of the possibility that something much, much worse could break?”
Obama could be concerned about both scenarios. House Government Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chair Darrell Issa (R-California) said that House Republicans have run out of patience with the President, and that more criminal charges are on the way. On May 7, Ted Cruz released a list of 76 lawless actions and abuses of power by the Obama Adminstration.
Calls for impeachment from Congressmen, popular news anchors, and even celebrities have grown louder and more frequent in recent months.
