"A lie doesn't become truth, wrong doesn't become right and evil doesn't become good just because it's accepted by a majority"~ Booker T. Washington

The person who wrote this is unknown but there is much food for thought. This is all very disturbing. Please read the whole essay.

It appears everything in Washington is crooked and on the take. Not just Congress but the FBI, the CIA, the Justice Department, the Pentagon, the Generals, literally everyone in Washington including those in the past administration. Add to all this Silicon Valley and the social media, cable news, a biased media, and foreign intervention. These groups amalgamated to become the Deep State.

President Trump didn’t have a chance. He walked into this mess four years ago and tried to clean the swamp. But the swamp monster ate him alive piece by piece starting on Day 1. Unfortunately his actions over the past few weeks in disputing the election caused the events at the capital. All the good he did over the past four years wiped away by the assault on the capital. Now there’s talk of using Article 25 or impeachment to remove him from office with just a few days until the inauguration. He’s a marked man for the rest of his life. So where does he go now? Where can he live? What is the impact on his family. As one top general said yesterday, he’s a man without a country.
The changes that are coming won’t have time to affect senior citizens but will impact their children and grandchildren. The C oronavirus impact on our country is mild compared to what lies ahead.

Now you understand why there was never any action against the Clinton's or Obama. How they destroyed emails and evidence and phones and servers, how they spied and wiretapped, how they lied to the FISA Court, had conversations on the tarmac, sent emails to cover their asses after key meetings, how Comey and Brennan and Clapper never were brought to any justice, how the FBI and CIA lied, how the Steele Dossier was passed along, how phones got factory reset, how leak after leak to an accomplice media went unchecked, why George Soros is always in the shadows, why they screamed Russia and pushed a sham impeachment, why no one ever goes to jail, why no one is ever charged, why nothing ever happens. Why there was no wrongdoing in the FISA warrants, why the Durham report was delayed. Why Hunter will walk Scott free. Why the FBI sat on the laptop. Why the Biden’s connection to China was overlooked and then they unleashed the perfect weapon, a virus that could be weaponized politically to bring down the greatest ever economy and usher in unverifiable mail in voting.

Why the media is 24/7 propaganda and lies, why up is down and down is up, right is wrong and wrong is right. Why social media silences the First Amendment and speaks over the President of the United States.

This has been the plan by the Deep State all along. They didn’t expect Trump to win in 2016. He messed up their plans. Delayed it a little. They weren’t about to let it happen again. COVID-19 was weaponized, Governors helped shut down their states, the media helped shame and kill the economy, and the super lucky unverifiable mail in ballots were just the trick to make sure the career politician allegedly with hands in Chinese payrolls that couldn’t finish a sentence or collect a crowd, miraculously became the most popular vote recipient of all time.

You have just witnessed a coup, the overthrow of the US free election system, the end of our constitutional republic, and the decline of capitalism into the slide toward socialism. What will happen next?

Expect the borders to open up. Increased immigration. Expect agencies like CBP and INS and Homeland Security to be muzzled or even deleted. Law enforcement will see continued defunding. The electoral college will be gone. History erased. Two Supreme Court Justices might be removed. The Supreme Court will be packed. Your 2nd Amendment will be attacked. If you have a manufacturing job or oil industry job, get ready. If you run a business, brace for impact. Maybe you’ll be on the hook for slavery reparations, or have your suburbs turned into Section 8 housing. Your taxes are going to go up, and businesses will pay more. I could go on and on. There is no real recovery from this. The elections from here on will be decided by New York, Illinois, and California.

The Republic will be dead. Mob rule and appeasement will run rampant. The candidate who offers the most from the Treasury will get the most votes. But the votes voted won’t matter, just the ones received and counted. That precedent has been set. “Benjamin Franklin was walking out of Independence Hall after the Constitutional Convention in 1787, when someone shouted out, ‘Doctor, what have we got? A republic or a monarchy?’” Franklin responded, “A republic, if you can keep it.”

Ladies and gentlemen, you will now lose your Republic. You turned from God. You turned from family. You turned from country. You embraced degeneracy culture. You celebrated and looked to fools. You worshipped yourselves selfishly as you took for granted what men died to give you. You disregarded history and all it teaches. On your watch, America just died a little. It’s likely she’ll never be the same again. Some of you have no idea what you’ve done. Sadly, some of you do.

And who has the guts to share this with friends and family that voted for Biden?

US issues terror alert over anti-government extremists
Wed, January 27, 2021

More than 150 people, including members of armed extremist groups, have been arrested since Trump supporters stormed the US Capitol on January 6, 2021

The US Department of Homeland Security declared a nationwide terrorism alert Wednesday, citing the potential threat from domestic anti-government extremists opposed to Joe Biden as president.

"Information suggests that some ideologically-motivated violent extremists with objections to the exercise of governmental authority and the presidential transition, as well as other perceived grievances fueled by false narratives, could continue to mobilize to incite or commit violence," the department said.

The National Terrorism Advisory System Bulletin said a heightened threat of attack "will persist in the weeks following the successful presidential inauguration," which took place on January 20.

"DHS does not have any information to indicate a specific, credible plot," it said.

"However, violent riots have continued in recent days and we remain concerned that individuals frustrated with the exercise of governmental authority and the presidential transition... could continue to mobilize a broad range of ideologically-motivated actors to incite or commit violence."

The alert said there had been mounting threats since last year from domestic violent extremists motivated by Covid-19 restrictions, Biden's defeat of Donald Trump in the November election, police brutality and illegal immigration.

DHS said these motivations could remain in place for the coming months and that the January 6 attack by Trump supporters on Congress could embolden extremists "to target elected officials and government facilities."

More than 150 people, including members of armed extremist groups, have been arrested since the attack, which has been branded as an insurrection.

The department urged the public to report suspicious activity and threats of violence.

Massive Anti-Putin Protests Sweep Russia in Wake of Opposition Leader’s Arrest – Moscow Blames US   January 26, 2021   Paul Crespo

In a sign of growing unrest in Russia, thousands of opponents of Russian leader Vladimir Putin have taken to the streets in 100 towns and cities across Russia in record numbers this weekend. They were heeding a call from detained anti-Putin and anti-corruption activist Alexei Navalny to take to the strets to demand his release.

In August, Navalny was reportedly poisoned by Russian intelligence on a flight from Tomsk, Russia to Moscow. The poison was believed to have been a Novichok nerve agent and Navalny almost died in the failed assassination attempt.

He was later taken to a hospital in Berlin. His poisoning gained worldwide attention and condemnation.
Putin has denied Russian government involvement in the murder plot, and immediately detained the opposition leader upon his return to Russia after his medical recovery.

These demonstrations – the largest in years – may be more worrying to the Kremlin than prior protests. Writing in Foreign Policy, Vladislav Davidzon explains why Navalny has become such a major challenge to the “hybrid political regime that Putin has constructed.”

Over 3,500 people were arrested during the protests, according to the monitoring group OVD Info—the most arrests the NGO had ever recorded in one day.

Although Russian President Vladimir Putin has successfully weathered unrest during his almost two decades in power, the protests come on the heels of other public displays of dissatisfaction: In the summer, thousands marched in Khabarovsk, in Russia’s Far East to protest the detention of regional governor Sergei Furgal before taking on an anti-Kremlin tone.

In order to deflect from the seriousness of this unrest, Russian authorities have accused the United States of interfering in the country and fanning the inciting the upheaval by publishing protest times and routes on the U.S. embassy website. While the embassy did post this information, as all U.S. embassies do (to inform its citizens to avoid these places and gatherings), the Russian government spun it very differently:

“What was that: a setup or an instruction?” Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told the Russian news agency TASS, adding that if the Russian embassy in Washington had done the same during U.S. protests “global hysteria” would ensue.

On Sunday, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov added that the indirect U.S. embassy move was an “absolute interference” in Russia’s internal affairs.

The attempt to blame the U.S. is clearly contrived, but the ongoing unrest in Russia is just another major foreign policy test for the incoming Biden administration. Team Biden has regularly promoted a hard line against Putin and Russia, while downplaying the far more significant China threat.

Why would you want a foreign, communist country control your (OUR) electric grid...??

Biden’s order could let China control U.S. electric grid    Quin Hillyer 2 days ago

Less than one week into office, President Biden already has put U.S. security at greater risk to Chinese and other threats.

© Provided by Washington Examiner

Biden, who long has been accused by critics of being soft on China, issued a lengthy executive order in which, buried amidst matters purportedly designed to combat climate change, was an anomalous and potentially dangerous provision. The provision in question addresses nothing reasonably connected to climate change. Instead, it suspends for 90 days a key security measure put in place last May 1 by former president Trump. Biden’s suspension of Trump’s measure makes not the slightest sense

Trump’s Executive Order 13920 declared an official national emergency with respect to the nation’s electric grid, and prohibited the acquisition or installation of “any bulk-power electric equipment… designed, developed, manufactured, or supplied, by persons owned by, controlled by, or subject to the jurisdiction or direction of a foreign adversary.” In sum, Trump forbade use of grid equipment that is made in China, Russia, or other hostile nations.

Trump’s order was a common-sense response to real, proven threats. Just last year, the Wall Street Journal reported that the U.S. seized a Chinese-built transformer because officials believe “its electronics had been secretly given malicious capabilities, possibly allowing a distant adversary to monitor or even disable it on command.” Cybersecurity expert Joseph Weiss reported that officials found “electronics that should not have been part of the transformer – hardware backdoors” that could allow the Chinese to “effectively gain control of the transformers without any network forensics being the wiser.”

Weiss also reminds us that China was first caught trying to hack into a U.S. grid in California as far back as 2001, and that “the Russians have been in our U.S. grids since 2014.”

Remote computer access may not be the only problem. In an interview with me Tuesday afternoon, Tommy Waller, director of infrastructure security at the Center for Security Policy and the director of an expert coalition called “Secure the Grid,” said that the concerns extend beyond remote-computer control.

“We’re also worried about sensors and actuators and drives that are installed even if they are not connected to the Internet,” he said. “If that hardware installed inside of them is designed at some point to send the wrong readings, it could sabotage the safety and security of that system.”

It has long been thought (quoting just one illustrative, major paper on the subject) that a major power grid collapse might be the single most deadly event in U.S. history, with “catastrophic” results due to “the lack of the basic elements necessary to sustain life in dense urban and suburban communities.” It thus makes perfect sense for Trump to have issued the directive against involving hostile foreign entities in the grid supply chain.

Contrarily, it boggles the mind to see Biden suspend Trump’s directive. Granted, Biden’s order suspends it for only 90 days, while asking the Secretary of Energy to use the time to consider if a replacement order should be issued. Still, even if the policy is to be reviewed for improvements, why suspend it in the meantime? Why leave the grid vulnerable? Why not keep Trump’s wise Executive Order 13920 in place until and unless the Biden team comes up with something better?

“Why open the floodgates to grid infrastructure produced by countries hostile to America?” asked Waller.

Why, indeed? Biden’s order offers no explanation for suspending Trump’s proscription. This part of Biden’s new executive order is not just foolhardy, but reckless. Congress should raise a stink about it, and Biden should revoke it, forthwith.

Officials Face Backlash After Calling For ‘Permanent’ Fence Around Capitol While U.S. Halts Border Wall  By Ryan Saavedra  Jan 29, 2021 DailyWire.com

Officials in the nation’s capital are facing backlash after they called for “permanent fencing” to go up around the U.S. Capitol Building in response to the riot that broke out earlier this month.

Capitol Police Chief Yogananda Pittman said on Thursday that she had ordered the department to “conduct a physical security assessment of the entire Capitol Complex,” which led her to the conclusion that the fencing, which was supposed to be temporary, needed to be made permanent.

“As I noted earlier this week, even before September 11, 2001, security experts argued that more needed to be done to protect the U.S. Capitol,” she wrote. “In fact, a 2006 security assessment specifically recommended the installation of a permanent perimeter fence around the Capitol.”

“In light of recent events, I can unequivocally say that vast improvements to the physical security infrastructure must be made to include permanent fencing, and the availability of ready, back-up forces in close proximity to the Capitol,” she continued. “I look forward to working with Congress on identifying the security improvements necessary to ensure the safety and security of the Congress and the U.S. Capitol.”

The permanent fencing and other measures would need to be approved “by the Capitol Police Board, which includes the Senate and House sergeants-at-arms as well as the architect of the Capitol,” The Washington Post reported.
“Appropriations for large sums of money, such as a bill to permanently fortify the Capitol, would also need approval by the House and Senate.”

The move comes as Democrat President Joe Biden signed an Executive Order on his first day in office that canceled ongoing construction of the border wall on the southern border, which was being built to put a dent in illegal immigration and trafficking activities along the U.S.-Mexico border.

Then-Acting CBP Commissioner Mark Morgan told reporters earlier this month that halting construction of the border wall could cost taxpayers a significant sum of money.

“It’ll cost taxpayers billions of dollars, billions of dollars in settlement fees,” he said. “We’re going to walk away from areas of the wall that have already been constructed. There are going to be some areas where, let’s say we’ve already started to dig a trench and put some rebar in there, we’re actually going to have to stop and pay extra to have them remove the rebar and fill in the trench.”

The idea of putting up permanent fencing around the Capitol was criticized by the vast majority of those who weighed in on the issue online.

Like Clockwork: Liberal States Suddenly Decide Covid Isn’t Dangerous, Ending Lockdowns As Biden Takes Office by A.M. Smith

It’s like clockwork. Lockdowns all over the country are being lifted now that Donald Trump is no longer President. Isn’t it amazing? The China Virus has been cured! It’s no longer a danger!                                                       ( It must be a "Republican" virus )

It has been less than a week since Joe Biden was inaugurated, and COVID restrictions are being ended in Michigan, Chicago, California and New York.  What an odd coincidence, eh?  Now that Democrats are running everything, it turns out that there is no longer any need for such fear-based control mechanisms.  At this point, we are being told that happy days are here again and that the next four years are going to be just great.

Of course, the economic devastation that was caused by all of the lockdowns is going to be with us for a while.  The lockdowns permanently destroyed more than 100,000 small businesses, they plunged us into the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression of the 1930s, and they sent suicide rates skyrocketing all over the globe.

But at least our rightful rulers are now back in control, and so it was a small sacrifice to make.

Sometimes I use sarcasm to express my frustrations, and there is much to be frustrated about these days.

Beware Biden’s Sure-to-Come Gun Control Agenda
January 28, 2021 | Bob Barr

Second Amendment supporters should take no comfort in the fact that President Biden issued no executive orders restricting firearms or ammunition during his first week in the Oval Office. The new Commander in Chief remains a clear and present danger to our Second Amendment rights, and with Democrat majorities in both houses of Congress, it is only a question of when and how boldly he will move his gun control agenda forward, not if he will do so.

Even by most Democrat Party standards, many of the Biden campaign’s gun control proposals were extreme. The former vice president is too sly and too experienced from his long tenure in the Senate to believe he will succeed in quickly accomplishing every item on that wish list. But, by having set the bar so high with his campaign’s radical gun control agenda, now as President he can make his Administration appear magnanimous and willing to “compromise” with the GOP by adopting the agenda bit by bit (a façade that always appeals to “moderate” Republicans).

To paraphrase Shakespeare’s Hamlet, “there may be method to his madness.

Insurrection Against Whom? george rasley  conservativehq

Trump-deranged Democrats and establishment Republicans and their allies in the media have relentlessly promoted the deceit that in his January 6, 2021 speech to supporters then-President Trump incited an insurrection against the United States, and thus merits impeachment.

That Democrats were already talking about impeaching President Trump for availing himself of last-ditch constitutional measures to preserve his presidency in the face of well-documented evidence of election fraud is a strong tell that they intended to lash Donald Trump out of Washington no matter what happened on January 6.

But let’s assume for a moment that this second impeachment of President Trump was not a political vendetta and examine the evidence to see if there really is a case as stated in the House-passed Articles of Impeachment.

The charge is that Mr. Trump incited the crowd at his January 6, 2021 “Stop the Steal Rally” to engage in an insurrection against the government of the United States, so the charge must therefore stand upon his actual words at the rally.

A fair reading of the transcript of his remarks reveals no such incitement, “We have come to demand that Congress do the right thing and only count the electors who have been lawfully slated, lawfully slated. I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard,” was Mr. Trump’s direction to the crowd.

In fact, the Washington Post reported that the riot at the Capitol began at least 20 minutes before Mr. Trump finished speaking, begging the question how his remarks could have “incited” people who were unlikely to have heard them and were already brawling with police.

What’s more, the authorities have revealed that extremists on both the Right and the Left had been making threats and organizing for violence for weeks leading up to the brawl at the Capitol. The massive security failure in the face of a known and publicized threat hardly constitutes an “insurrection” and the almost universal use of the term during and after the January 6 riot suggests more of a political narrative than a legal analysis.

What is an "INSURRECTION"..?

Democrat Dream to End Filibuster Gets Crushed
JANUARY 26, 2021

Moderate Democrat Senators including  Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema have crushed Democrats’ hopes of ending the filibuster.

According to The Washington Free Beacon:

West Virginia senator Joe Manchin (D.) said he will defend the congressional filibuster despite pressure from liberal activists to abolish the legislative maneuver.

Manchin’s office told the Washington Free Beacon the senator’s opposition to eliminating the filibuster has not changed. Other moderate Democratic senators such as Kyrsten Sinema (Ariz.), Amy Klobuchar (Minn.), and Chris Murphy (Conn.) have also expressed their support for the procedure despite internal pressure.

Manchin’s continued support for the filibuster affirms the stance he has taken since President Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 election. The West Virginia senator has repeatedly said he opposes ending the filibuster, which would allow Senate lawmakers to enact legislation with a simple majority of votes. “I can assure you I will not vote to end the filibuster, because that would break the Senate,” he said. “We’ve harmed the Senate enough with the nuclear option on the judges…. The minority should have input—that’s the whole purpose for the Senate.”

After dual triumphs in the Georgia runoff elections, Democrats hold a narrow 50-50 majority in the Senate with Vice President Kamala Harris casting a tie-breaking vote. One defection from the party is all that is necessary to prevent the elimination of the filibuster.

Dick Durbin and Jim Clyburn are also on that list.

Rand Paul Smokes Out Anti-Constitutional GOP Senators
The Senate yesterday voted down a motion brought by principled limited government

constitutional conservative Republican Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, who challenged the constitutionality of an impeachment trial against a former president.

(We have argued along similar lines in our articles “Insurrection Against Whom?” “Tell Senators Impeachment of Citizen Donald J. Trump is Unconstitutional” and “A Senate Trial After Trump Leaves Office Would Be Unconstitutional.”)

Only five Republicans joined all the Democrats in voting down Senator Paul’s point of order and moving to proceed with the anti-constitutional persecution of former President Trump. The vote was an indication that Democrats will not attract the 17 Republicans that would be needed to convict Mr. Trump at trial.

Five Republicans — Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, Mitt Romney, Ben Sasse and Pat Toomey — joined all Democrats in voting to table the point of order, brought by Senator Paul.

His motion stated that “as of noon last Wednesday, Donald Trump holds none of the positions listed in the Constitution — he is a private citizen” and therefore the trial “violates the Constitution.”

Paul’s motion also asserted that Chief Justice John Roberts’s absence from the proceeding “demonstrate[s] that this is not a trial of the President, but of a private citizen.”

Paul declared victory after the vote even though 55 senators, including five Republicans, voted to table his argument that the proceeding is unconstitutional.

“It shows the impeachment is dead on arrival. If you voted that it was unconstitutional, how in the world would you ever vote to convict somebody for this?” he said.

“Forty-five of us, almost the entire caucus ... voted that the whole proceeding was unconstitutional, so this is a big victory for us,” he said. “This vote indicates it’s over.”

Paul added he last spoke to Trump about a week ago “but not about this.”

WASHINGTON (SBG) — A group of Republican lawmakers introduced an amendment Monday that would set term limits on members of Congress. AUSTIN DENEAN, Sinclair Broadcast Group  Tuesday, January 26th 2021

The amendment is being led in the House by South Carolina Rep. Ralph Norman and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz in the Senate.

The legislation would limit members in the House to three two-year terms and the Senate to two six-year terms.

In a statement, Cruz said the "rise of political careerism in today's Congress” isn’t what the nation’s founders intended.

Senator Ted Cruz @SenTedCruzJan 25
Today my colleagues and I reintroduced a constitutional amendment to impose #TermLimits on Members of Congress. The amendment would limit U.S. senators to two six-year terms and members of the U.S. House of Representatives to three two-year terms.

"Every year, Congress spends billions of dollars on giveaways for the well-connected: Washington insiders get taxpayer money and members of Congress get re-elected, all while the system fails the American people," the statement says.

Norman said it is wrong for people to make a long-term career out of holding elected office.

“What we need are people who serve in Congress for a sensible period of time and then are REQUIRED to get out. Because with each passing year, the allure of Washington makes it easier and easier to lose sight of your district back at home,” he wrote in a Facebook post.

Rep. Ralph Norman
January 25 at 9:38 PM

Term limits ought to apply to Every. Single. Person serving in Congress. Including me.
It’s just wrong that someone could make a long-term career out of elected office, especially on the federal level. Some have defended life-long politicians by saying, “We need those folks because they know the system and keep things running.” That’s bunk.
What we need are people who serve in Congress for a sensible period of time and then are REQUIRED to get out. Because with each passing…

If the amendment were to pass, Cruz would be two years into his final term after winning reelection in 2018. Norman, who has promised to voluntarily set term limits on himself, would also be serving his final term after being elected to a third term in November.
