Anti-Gun States, Gun Grabber Groups Band Together To Fight Pro-Gun Decision  October 2, 2018 by Tom Knighton

When the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned Hawaii’s ban on open carry, it sparked a firestorm. In one fell swoop, the most anti-gun court in the country overturned a gun control law, and an anti-gun state was forced to allow people to carry firearms openly when it would prefer they not carry at all.
Unsurprisingly, there’s a fight going on about this where anti-gun groups and anti-gun states are joining forces.

JFK was the first election I voted in (didn't vote for him) but I remember the presidents before him and none were ever treated as badly as Pres. Donald Trump......not even Nixon.

Image may contain: 1 person, closeup and text  This woman is the one that had a Chinese driver for 20 years, when it was discovered that he was a SPY. She is VERY outspoken on the subject of governmental gun control, taking away some or all of our 2nd amendment rights.

I think that aside from apologizing to Kavenaugh, she should be investigated herself to find what her SPY driver learned from her over those 20 years. what SECRETS may have been discussed in his presence. Whatever he may have learned and reported back to China.

Didn't I ALSO read that she helped hustle him out of the country after it was found that he was a spy ?

Be careful what you wish for. Senate Dems accidentally admit Exec. Branch controls FBI    By Kelly-Oct 2,2018
Senate Democrats inadvertently admit President can order and conclude FBI investigations  By Robert Roman
The Senate Judiciary Committee on Sept. 28 advanced to the Senate floor for a vote the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.
But, retiring Sen. Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.) did so conditionally, saying he would only support Kavanaugh on the floor if the FBI is ordered by President Donald Trump to conduct another background check on Kavanaugh in a limited period of time no longer than a week.

The Committee then issued a statement saying it “will request that the administration instruct the FBI to conduct a supplemental FBI background investigation with respect to the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to be an Associate Justice on the Supreme Court. The supplemental FBI background investigation would be limited to current credible allegations against the nominee and must be completed no later than
one week from today.”

.....And then President Donald Trump ordered the additional background investigation, issuing a statement saying, “I’ve ordered the FBI to conduct a supplemental investigation to update Judge Kavanaugh’s file. As the Senate has requested, this update must be limited in scope and completed in less than one week.”
Senate Judiciary Committee Democrats have already staked out this position at the Sept. 27 hearing. In questioning Kavanaugh,
Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) told Kavanaugh to “turn to your left in the front row to Don McGahn, counsel to President Donald Trump, ask him to suspend this hearing and nomination process until the FBI completes its investigation of the charges made by Dr. Ford and others and goes to bring the witnesses forward and provides that information to this hearing.”
Here, the Senate Judiciary Committee, Senate Democrats and Flake are all inadvertently admitting that President Donald Trump under Article II of the Constitution — which clearly states “The executive power shall be vested in a president of the United States of America” — unequivocally has the power to order and conclude FBI investigations, Americans for Limited Government President Rick Manning noted in a statement.
Manning said, “Remember, the FBI announced that they were not going to investigate the unsubstantiated and uncorroborated claims of Christine Blasey Ford beyond including them in the briefing file. The potential re-opening of the investigation for a short time period by order of the President of the United States shows everyone that Donald Trump has the power to open and determine the length of any investigation by the DOJ, FBI or any of their designees. Today’s Pyrrhic win for the Democrats ends, once and for all, any discussion of whether the President had the authority to fire James Comey and whether his alleged comments on the Mike Flynn investigation were legal — the new Christine Ford standard shows that they were.”
Meaning, Trump had the power to fire former FBI Director James Comey for any reason or no reason at all. Or to tell Comey to lay off on any potential investigation of former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, for that matter.
The primary reason Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was not to investigate Russian interference in the election, but besides that to look at the Comey firing as some sort of obstruction of justice even though Rosenstein had recommended the firing and even though the President has that power under Article II of the Constitution to conclude investigations and decide who runs the FBI.
Now, with the demands that President Trump revisit the FBI investigation of Kavanaugh, the entire rationale by Rosenstein for the investigation falls apart at the seams. If the President has prosecutorial discretion to order an investigation into Kavanaugh, then he has prosecutorial discretion in any and all investigations.
Either the President has the executive power under the Constitution or else a creature of Congress, the special counsel or the FBI Director, can be more powerful than the President. It’s an unconstitutional absurdity that the framers could have never envisioned.
In the meantime, the FBI background investigation will move forward and in a few short days, the Senate will vote on Kavanaugh. Perhaps it will dawn on Senate Democrats that in their bid to stop Kavanaugh that they inadvertently opened the doors to what will be Trump’s primary defense — that he has the power to order and conclude such investigations.
Naturally, they’re already complaining about the length and scope of the investigation. Tough. You get what you get.
The lesson to Senate Democrats is to be careful what you wish for.

First Lady Melania Trump Dazzling In Africa 10/02/2018 Source: American Update by: AU Staff

First Lady Melania Trump is in the midst of her first solo trip abroad since Trump took office and she is receiving huge praise. The first lady is in Africa to promote her "Be Best" campaign.

According to
Fox News:
First lady Melania Trump has embarked on her first big solo international trip – and first visit to Africa – with plans to visit four countries in just five days, focusing on child welfare.

Her trip will include a bevy of visits to schools, shelters and hospitals while she focuses on the well-being of children. The mother of a 12-year-old son, child welfare is an important issue for Trump, who launched her advocacy initiative "Be Best" earlier this year. As Trump says, the campaign is "shining a spotlight on successful programs and organizations that teach children tools and skills."

First up on the trip for Trump is Ghana. She arrived in the West African nation on Tuesday and visited a baby clinic. She toured wings of the Greater Accra Regional Hospital, including an older part of the hospital and a newer facility, and passed out teddy bears wrapped in blankets.

Trump, too, got a firsthand look at how babies are weighed at the hospital. (They’re placed in sacks that are then hung from a hook attached to a scale.) She also watched a nurse demonstrate how vitamins are administered to babies by mouth. The trip is reportedly also helping to show the people of Africa that they are positively on the Trump White House agenda.

A FEW YEARS BACK, BUT THAT'S WHEN "THEY" WERE DENYING THEIR EXISTANCE IN THE EASTERN U.S.....I'm sure a growl from this guy would make the hair on the back of your neck STAND UP !

Kavanaugh Accuser’s High School Yearbooks Reveals History Of Drunken Promiscuity

On Monday Sept. 17th, Christine Blasey Ford’s high school yearbooks suddenly disappeared from the web.
I read them days before, knew they would be scrubbed, and saved them.
How did I know they would be scrubbed? Because if roles were reversed, and Christine Blasey Ford had been nominated for the Supreme Court by President Trump, the headline by the resistance would be something like this:

And....what will happen if it is found that these accusations are FALSE ? Will "Dr. Ford" be charged and prosecuted ? OR...will she be allowed to just WALK AWAY ?

Common Sense Soapbox

Okay, it’s time to just blow this wide open. “We should believe Dr. Ford! She took a polygraph! That means she’s telling the truth!” Sorry, but that’s not how this really works. In fact, if anything, the polygraph results further destroy her already flimsy story and lack of credibility.
First, the examination didn’t happen at a police station or even an office. It was at Ford’s hotel. Bizarrely, the person conducting the polygraph — who was a third-party examiner — had Ford scribble down her nearly 40-year-old memory of the drunken party, and then asked her two vague questions.
1) Is any part of your statement false?
2) Did you make up any part of your statement?
This is absolutely important to understand: Again, the polygraph test didn’t actually ask the main accuser any questions about Kavanaugh. His name was never brought up by the interviewer. Instead, Ford was simply asked if she she believed her own hand-written statement.
It gets even more strange, as nowhere in that written statement does the name “Kavanaugh” appear, either. Furthermore, she scratches out corrections on her own statement and if you listened to her testimony yesterday, her story has shifted once again from the statement posted here. Oh, and icing on the cake, the statement to the polygrapher also contradicts the July 30th letter to Diane Feinstein and then another contradiction to her Washington Post story.
July 30 (to Dianne Feinstein): “It was me and four other people.”
August 7 (to polygraph examiner): “There were four boys and a couple of girls.”
September 16 (to Washington Post reporter): “There were three boys and one girl.”
The fact that Ford “passed” the polygraph based on a statement that she later herself contradicted while telling the story to other people shows how unreliable this “evidence” truly is.

Kavanaugh Accuser's Lawyer is Vice Chair of Soros Funded Org Opposing Kavanaugh

Kavanaugh's accuser is being represented by Debra Katz, a Washington D.C. lawyer and the vice chair of the board of the Project On Government Oversight.
POGO co-signed a letter to Senator Dianne Feinstein and Senator Grassley along with a variety of lefty groups demanding Kavanaugh records. This was the obstruction tactic of choice of the left for trying to secure the Court seat before they fastened on to this latest smear.
Where does PGO gets its funding?
From, among other sources, George Soros and his Open Society Foundation tentacles.
And, to no one's surprise, she's allegedly a Democrat

What a surprise! Debra Katz, the lawyer representing the woman accusing Brett Kavanaugh of sexual assault, has donated thousands of dollars to Obama, Hillary and the DNC!

UPDATE: I've received a message from POGO stating that they wish to be described as a non-partisan watchdog and that they have a Republican board member.

This could be the best post of the day/week/month..????
