Judge in Trump Case Suddenly in Trouble – New Accusation Shakes Up Donald’s Trial

From the very start of the New York civil trial against Donald Trump, many were skeptical. The judge presiding over the case, Arthur Engoron, has been accused of having an anti-Trump bias.

Recently, he refused to let Trump read a disclaimer from his banking records that might have destroyed the prosecution’s case. Previously, he sparked outrage when he smugly smiled at reporters’ cameras.

Now, one right-wing activist is blowing the whistle on a possible connection to Judge Engoron. If true, Trump’s team might move for a mistrial.

Screenshots obtained by investigative journalist Laura Loomer showed that Mrs. Engoron created, liked, and shared a number of anti-Trump posts, many of which were directly related to the trial.

One post included an AI-generated image of Trump bald in an orange prison jumpsuit next to one of an old lady scrawling “F*ck Trump” on a brick wall. Another was simply the latter.

Posts have emerged that suggest the wife of Judge Engoron has posted a variety of anti-Trump images to X. Some of them include AI images of Trump in prison, while others contain expletives against the former president.

Many Trump supporters have expressed doubts that Judge Engoron will rule fairly. Trump has repeatedly accused Engoron of having a bias against him. Considering the case is being held in blue New York, many will agree with Trump.

These posts could prove that Engoron holds a strong bias against the defendant. Should Americans believe whatever ruling he gives is fair, if his wife really is behind these posts?

According to Newsweek, a liberal website, Engoron’s wife denied making the posts.

“I do not have a Twitter account. This is not me. I have not posted any anti Trump messages,” she said.

It is common for public figures to claim social media posts are not theirs, sometimes claiming their accounts have been hacked. It is unclear if Engoron is backtracking or if her statement is factual.

Regardless, this development will give Trump supporters more reason to distrust this trial. And Trump’s lawyers might have grounds to demand it be thrown out.

The official stance of the Biden administration is to support the nation of Israel. As Israel wages its war against Hamas, the United States has pledged military aid, among other forms of help.

Biden has offered aid to citizens of Gaza. But it looks like someone close to Vice President Harris intends to do much more.

The fundraiser, which has netted more than $7.8 million so far, is being operated by the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund, a nonprofit based in Kent, Ohio, which raked in more than $21 million in 2021, according to ProPublica.

Kamala Harris’s stepdaughter is supporting a fundraiser to help Gaza residents. The drive has brought in a reported $8 million. It is being run by a group called “Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund.”

Critics have already slammed Harris’s family over the news. Rep. Van Drew, member of the House Homeland Security Committee, said “it was almost certain” that the money will be used by Hamas.

It has been documented how Hamas takes much of the money meant for Gaza citizens. The money is never used to provide humanitarian aid. Instead, Hamas uses it to construct missiles and other weapons used on Israel.

Others have questioned Emhoff’s alliances. Despite her father being Jewish, she has said she does not consider herself Jewish. Even her representative once said, “Ella is not Jewish.” It’s unclear why the vice president’s daughter appears to be hostile toward Israel.

But many young liberals are siding with Palestine, accusing Israel of being an “apartheid state.” Many college students have signed letters condemning Israel and its response to the October 7 attacks. Some have even claimed Israel has lied about the attacks, faking footage.

President Biden has vowed $100 million in “humanitarian assistance” for residents of Gaza. But many have claimed this money will end up helping Hamas, not civilians.

It was a show-stopper moment in the political show trial of former President Donald Trump

On the witness stand on Monday in his civil fraud trial in Manhattan, the former New York real estate king and leading 2024 GOP presidential candidate drew a piece of paper from his jacket pocket that he said would end the case once and for all.

Naturally, he wasn't allowed to read it.

According to the New York Post, the document was likely a disclaimer notice, a kind that's routine in major financial transactions, that warned potential lenders to the Trump Organization that they needed to conduct their own valuations of Trump properties before deciding to lend the business money.

A $250 million civil suit brought by New York's politically ambitious Attorney General Letitia James accuses Trump and his business of overvaluing the Trump Organization's assets in order to borrow money on more favorable terms.

Setting aside the absurdity of a lawsuit that doesn't even make a claim that any person or entity was victimized -- all loans were repaid at the agreed-upon interest.

It's simply ludicrous to believe that the sharp-eyed money men (and women) of Manhattan's financial scene were so wet behind the ears that they would lend 10 cents, much less tens of millions of dollars, based solely on the word of the borrower.

It's even worse to pretend that a state attorney general in a fiscal disaster like New York -- a state that's bleeding population and battered by budget problems \-- is going to do a better job watching out for private bank money than the extremely highly paid bank managers are going to do.

But James campaigned on a promise of getting Trump, and she's keeping that promise -- no matter what damage it does to the concept of justice under the law in New York.

She's being abetted in the vendetta by New York Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron, who has made his disdain for the defendant abundantly clear throughout the proceedings (it's an opinon Trump clearly returns in spades).

In fact, as Reuters reported in September, Engoron has already ruled on the heart of the case -- finding that Trump and his organization are guilty of fraud. What's being argued now boils down to the penalties.

So, naturally, Engoron had no use for Trump's reading the disclaimer document.

"I would love to read this, Your Honor, if I could?” Trump said, according to the Post.

“Not at this point, not at this point,” Engoron replied.

"I'm shocked," Trump answered.

The dispute over the document eventually set off a witness stand eruption by the 45th president.

"He called me a fraud and he didn’t know anything about me!” Trump shouted, pointing at Engoron, according to the Post.

He then included James in his denunciation.

“The fraud is on the court and not on me … the fraud is on her!” he said, the Post reported.

Courtroom outbursts are rarely justified, of course, but if ever one was, it was this one.

Judges have no legal authority to bar Trump from 2024 ballots

As state court proceedings get under way in Colorado, Michigan and Minnesota in lawsuits aimed at barring Donald Trump from appearing as a presidential candidate on the ballot in next year’s presidential election, the judges in those cases should understand that the text, history, and application of the 14th Amendment make it clear that they have no legal authority to take any such action.

Due to Trump’s supposed actions on Jan. 6, 2021, the challengers are trying to argue that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, the disqualification clause, prevents him from being president even if he is elected, so he should be removed from the ballot by state election officials.

Section 3 provides that:
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector for President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States … who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States … to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same … . But Congress may, by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.

Because Trump allegedly engaged in an insurrection, according to the challengers, he is disqualified by Section 3.

There are three major legal problems with that claim, however.

First of all, Section 3 only applies to individuals who were previously a “member of Congress,” an “officer of the United States,” or a state official. Trump has never been any of those. He has never held state office or been a U.S. senator or representative, and the U.S. Supreme Court held in 1888 in U.S. v. Mouat that “officers” are only those individuals who are appointed to positions within the federal government.

Individuals who are elected—such as the president and vice president—are not officers within the meaning of Section 3. The Supreme Court reiterated that view in 2010 in Free Enterprise Fund v. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, in which Chief Justice John Roberts concluded “the people do not vote for ‘Officers of the United States.’” They are appointed under Article II of the Constitution.

A high-ranking Russian official is touting his nation's nuclear arsenal as the world's best.

Nikolai Patrushev, secretary of Russia's Security Council, said during a recent appearance at the Znanie (Knowledge) education expo in Moscow that his nation for the first time has surpassed all other countries in terms of nuclear proficiency.

Patrushev, former director of the Federal Security Service and a close confidant of Russian President Vladimir Putin since the 1970s, has been rumored to be a possible successor to Putin. Patrushev worked with Putin at the KGB and has been steadfast in supporting Russia's war in Ukraine since the February 2022 invasion.

"For the first time in the history of the existence of nuclear missile weapons, our country is ahead of its competitors in this [nuclear] domain," Patrushev said at the Znanie expo, according to the state-owned RT television channel.

He reportedly alluded to his country's "unique strategic weapons, including hypersonic ones," predicting that this "will guarantee Russia's security for many decades."

Speaker Mike Johnson Leaves Democrats Literally in Tears Over Israel and IRS Funding

In one of the weirdest scenes I've ever heard about happening on Capitol Hill, Democrats left the House floor in tears on Thursday. I don't mean that in a hyperbolic fashion. I mean that there were Democrats who literally started crying.

 
What got them so worked up? Speaker Mike Johnson and other Republicans passed a bill to fully fund aid to Israel by using unspent increases in IRS funding.

So let me get this straight. These Jewish Democrats aren't brought to tears by the fact that their own colleagues, including Rashida Tlaib and Cori Bush, are actively showing support for Hamas. Yet, relatively small spending cuts for the IRS are their breaking point? Does that make sense to anyone?

The context here is an $80 billion increase in funding for the IRS passed as part of the laughably named Inflation Reduction Act. As I wrote back in July, citing the government's own numbers, that "investment" has been a total bust. The amount of unpaid taxes recouped by increased enforcement is infinitesimal compared to the amount of taxpayer money that was spent and will be spent.

I can hear the retorts now. “But that $80 billion will help fund increased enforcement for decades!” First of all, no it won’t. IRS funding will inevitably be increased at some point during that period because nothing in government ever remains static. Secondly, even if you assume IRS funding remains at its current level, garnering an extra $38 million every few months (I’m assuming that means three to four months) means it would still take hundreds of years for taxpayers to break even.

In other words, Johnson and company simply took money that was going to be completely wasted and shifted it over to help re-arm Israel in its war with Hamas. How is that a bad thing? How is that worthy of crying over?

The argument will be that this House bill is DOA in the Senate. That's fine, but why must the Republican House bend the knee to a one-seat margin in the Senate? Why don't these Democrats push Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to negotiate offsets in order to get the aid to Israel?

I know the answer, or at least, I think I do. This is really about Ukraine funding. Democrats and some Republicans in the Senate are obsessed with tying Ukrainian aid to Israeli aid despite the conflicts being completely disconnected. Ukraine has already received hundreds of billions of dollars in worldwide aid, and that conflict is now in a stalemate nearly two years later. In comparison, Israel has the military ability to wipe Hamas out in short order. The dynamics are simply not the same.

Regardless of the reason, though, being brought to tears and accusing Johnson of not following the Bible over cutting IRS funding is comical. Where in the Bible does it talk about foreign aid and the IRS? The entire meltdown is stupid and juvenile. I don't doubt these Jewish Democrats want to help Israel, but they need to hold their own party accountable instead of pointing fingers at those actually trying to get money sent there.

Climate Denier, Racist, NAZI, and Antisemitism, are words that have been exhaustively misused to psychologically beat people into a submission of shame. It is a human-control technology that works on many people.

When you point out the facts which expose the man-made global warming theory as a hoax, you are called a Climate Denier or a Science Denier. We are expected to trust the science even if it doesn’t scientifically add up. The group mind has been conditioned to look down upon those who question the official narrative. And the word Denier, or Denial, has been made into a curse. This deceptive word play, along with the term ‘Hate Speech’, both stem from the Holocaust Denial trials of the 1980s.

In 1983, the founder of the Canadian Holocaust Remembrance Association, who was a holocaust survivor, filed a private complaint against German-born citizen, Ernst Zündel, before the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal. In 1984, the Ontario government joined the criminal proceedings and Zündel was charged of spreading false news by publishing the book “Did Six Million Really Die? The Truth At Last.”

He was not making claims that the Holocaust did not happen, just that, it did not happen as we were told. The main argument was simply challenging the number six million. Many others have worked out the math and concluded that six million would have been impossible based on multiple logistical factors.

The charge against Zündel alleged that he knowingly published a false statement intended to stoke racial intolerance. He was found guilty by two juries but was acquitted by the Supreme Court of Canada in 1992 who ruled it was a violation of the guarantee of freedom of expression under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. But in 1995 Ewald Althans got three and a half years’ imprisonment in Germany for asking this same question.

From a logical perspective, discussing observable reality should not be so emotionally offensive. But Zündel was a fan of Hitler and was surrounded by extreme Neo-NAZIs so there was no sympathy for his persecution. And the term Holocaust Denier became the absolute worst thing anyone could be charged with.

Zündel left Canada and moved to the United States. In 2003, Germany issued a warrant for his arrest. US authorities arrested him for violating immigration rules and deported him to Canada where he was tried, found guilty, and given the maximum sentence of five years in prison for violating the Volksverhetzung law in the German penal code which bans incitement of hatred. This quickly evolved into the term “Hate Speech” and those paying attention could see that this would soon be used against anyone the government wanted to silence.

The Zionist government, who funds and operates Hamas under the Mossad maxim; By way of Deception Thou Shalt Do War, is openly calling for the genocide of all Palestinian people under the banner of their god. Are we still bad people for asking logical questions based on observable facts?

The number six million has been ritually used by Zionists since their official beginning in the late eighteen hundreds, decades before the Holocaust. It obviously means something. Six million is a six followed by six zeros. And so it can represent sixty-six. Sixty-six is also two-thirds. The Hebrew prophet Zechariah wrote that two-thirds of the nation of Israel will be cut off and die. Many believers of biblical prophecy believe that this mass blood sacrifice is necessary in order for their messiah to return.

The Zionists seem to be no friend of the Jewish people, but by simply showing this information, many of you are triggered into thinking I am an antisemite, a racist, or even a NAZI! And yet all I am doing is reporting on the unbiased scientific inquiry that people have had for decades in the pursuit of truth.

Mind control is a real threat and we are all affected.
