The group of Muslims who attempted to establish the first Islamic Sharia court inside the United States in the town of Irving, Texas just received a devastating blow thanks to the town’s mayor standing strong and not backing down.
Mayor Beth Van Duyne made a public Facebook post stating that she backs the new Texas law which prohibits any kind of foreign law from being practiced in the state of Texas.
 After calls, threats and toddler-like demands to apologize from the Muslims who attempted to form the Sharia tribunal along with representatives from the Council on Islamic-American Relations, a known front for the Muslim Brotherhood, the mayor never once backed down.
There were a multitude of illegal activities taking place behind the attempted formation of the Sharia court, including the fact that all four of the “voluntary” Sharia lawyers were not licensed to practice law in Texas — that’s a third degree felony.
The rules of the Sharia court had different guidelines for women and men, with typical Islamic humiliation tactics to be used against women, which is constitutionally illegal.

The Republican presidential front runner spoke with Fox News’ Eric Bolling on Cashin’ In about the issue. During the interview, Trump expressed his deep concern about potentially letting jihadists come into the country as “refugees.”

 

“They were talking about 3,000 people coming,” he told Bolling. “Then I heard 10 [thousand], then I heard 25 [thousand], then I heard 200,000 people.”
“And Eric, if you look at this migration, it’s mostly men,” Trump said. “And they look like young men, and strong men, and they look like fighters.”
Trump said he wondered “why aren’t they fighting for their own country — Syria?”

A Utah man goes all out for Halloween every year, decorating his yard with scary animatronic figures that he makes himself. One of these, a man hanging from a gallows, has the local NAACP chapter crying racism. Never mind that it is a white dummy hanging, black radicals think anything with a noose is racist and they want it taken down.
KPLR Reports that Kevin Van Miltenberg of Roy, Utah has been decorating his house with his scary creations for years. The offending hanging figure has gone up for the past six years with no complaints, but for some reason it became racist this Halloween.
Van Miltenberg made the hanging man from PVC pipe and hooked it up to a windshield wiper motor to make the legs kick. The figure is hooded, but you can clearly see that the condemned man has white hands.
“My intention is not to make it racist at all; I am far from racist. It has white hands. It’s not portraying a black person at all,” said Van Miltenberg.

Plan B for the NAACP is to demand that Van Miltenberg take down the hanged man. They issued a statement that reads in part:

The NAACP finds the hanging character to be extremely offensive. There is no doubt what this is. The founding in 1909 and history of the NAACP was because of the many lynchings in our country and has become synonymous with the lynchings of African Americans. This display makes a mockery of the history of lynchings in our country.

Obama Quietly Uses Executive Orders For Two New Gun Control Laws

Just a few weeks ago Obama quietly used executive action—one of his new favorite pastimes—that has got gun owner’s feathers in a ruffle.  According to Obama’s newest unconstitutionally enacted law, healthcare professionals are now required to violate HIPPA privacy laws and submit medical data to the government.  The illegally obtained data is then used as justification for gun confiscation by the federal government.

Showing exactly the kind of man Obama is, and not having been able to pass these gun control laws through congress, Obama has unconstitutionally used executive actions to pass the laws he wasn’t able to through legal means.

In what some are interpreting to be a much bigger and devious than it seems,—a tip of the iceberg type deal—the government is mandating healthcare professionals disregard their oaths and state law.  The government has mandated that patient’s medical data be submitted to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).
After which the government will sort through and analyze those not fit to own a weapon (i.e. those who were “involuntarily committed to inpatient or outpatient facilities”). Basically the government is starting out slowly and testing the water to see how the public will react to not only gun confiscation but a governmental invasion of legally protected privacy.

BRUNSWICK, Md. — At least two students at a Maryland high school were asked to change out of clothes displaying the Confederate symbol.
School district spokesman Michael Doerrer says the students at Brunswick High School wore the Confederate symbol Tuesday. The Frederick News-Post reports  Tuesday also marked USA Day. During the event, the school encourages students to wear patriotic colors in honor of Spirit Week.
Doerrer says the school doesn't ban Confederate symbols, but administrators can ask a symbol to be removed on a case-by-case basis if it proves disruptive.
Brunswick High Principal Nancy Doll says administrators spoke with three students who "cooperatively and respectfully" changed their clothing.
Last month, about 20 students at Christiansburg High School in Virginia were sent home for refusing to shed their Confederate flag gear.

One of the easiest things to forget about Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is that he was just a person. One of the most influential people of the 20th century, no doubt, but a person with unique flaws and quirks that made him different from the Christ-like figure he’s often portrayed as today.
At the time of King’s assassination on April 4, 1968, he was still the personification of the civil rights movement in the United States. But those near him said he appeared to have lost a step, in part because of conflicts in his inner circle of advisers and a growing estrangement from his former ally President Lyndon B. Johnson over the Vietnam War.

While the ethical reasons for the FBI’s monitoring of King were murky (at best), the recordings do make up much of what we now know about the man’s personal life. King had engaged in so many extramarital affairs that his wife, Coretta Scott King, had reportedly become disillusioned with their marriage.

SCOTUS Watch: 'Assault Weapons' Bans

Jazz Shaw, our friend over at our sister site Hot Air,  wrote about a looming decision about Second Amendment rights from the Supreme Court that could come as early as this Tuesday. It deals with Chicago’s ordinance that bans semi-automatic rifles that carry more than 10 rounds (via LA Times):

The justices on Friday were to consider the appeal in Friedman vs. City of Highland Park. If they refuse to hear the appeal, the announcement could come as early as Tuesday morning. Such a decision would signal that cities have the authority to restrict high-powered weapons.
But if the justices vote to take up the case, it would put in doubt the constitutionality of laws in other places, including California, that prohibit semiautomatic weapons.
"These are some of the most popular firearms commonly used by law-abiding citizens in America," said David H. Thompson, a lawyer for the Illinois gun owners who are challenging the assault weapons ban adopted in the North Shore Chicago suburb of Highland Park.

What do you have to do to the mind of a 10 year old girl for it to make sense for her to take birth control “medications?” How about to have those pharmaceuticals implanted via intrauterine devices (IUDs) in those 10 year old bodies?
Well, according to Judicial Watch, this is happening in Washington state schools, on the taxpayers’ dime, and without parental consent!
Now, why would a 10 year old girl need to use an IUD? Is this an implicit protection of pedophiles? What kind of conversation are these “educators” having with children to justify this and where will this conversation lead to?
And the question begs to be asked, what are these educators planning on doing to your children without your permission?
Of course, LifeNews points out the absurdity of the whole situation:

Parents tend to want to impart to their kids so that the kids can have the strength of character to live a good life. How far will the government go to subvert that morality and control the kids for their own purposes?

Leaked Benghazi Docs Directly Implicate Barack H. Obama…

The week that will supposedly define President Obama’s legacy just got a splash of cold water thrown on it. New documents have surfaced showing that President Obama and his officials were directly involved in the “blame the video” narrative following the terrorist attack in Benghazi in 2012
The documents, released by a Freedom of Information Act Request, show that top Obama officials were directly involved in determining how to mislead the American people about the reason behind the terrorist attack that took the lives of 4 Americans.
As we all know, not much happens involving the White House that doesn’t have the approval of the president. At some level, President Obama was involved in the construction of this narrative, even if his name isn’t on ‘from’ line of an email, and now we have the documents that show that.
Judicial Watch’s coverage of the cover up reveals some fascinating information:
“A September 11, 2012, email sent at 6:21 p.m. by State Department spokesperson Victoria Nuland to Meehan [Bernadette Meehan, a spokesperson for the National Security Council], Under Secretary for Management Patrick F. Kennedy, and Clinton’s personal aide Jacob Sullivan shows that the State Department deferred to the White House on the official response to the Benghazi attack.  Referencing pending press statements by Barack Obama and Clinton, Nuland wrote: ‘We are holding for Rhodes [then-White House deputy strategic communications adviser] clearance. BMM [Meehan], pls advise asap.’
“Meehan responded three minutes later, at 6:24 p.m.: ‘Ben is good with these and is on with Jake now too.’”
This clearly indicates that the White House was calling all of the shots on what information went to the public, including the false narrative about Muslim unrest over a Youtube video.
Additionally, an email sent by Rashad Hussain, the Obama administration’s special envoy to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), on September 12th stresses the need to blame the attack on a film.
It states, “I am sure you are considering putting a statement on the film and the related violence.  In addition to the condemnation of the disgusting depictions, it will be important to emphasize the need to respond in a way that is consistent with Islamic principles, i.e. not engaging in violence and taking innocent life …”
Yes, by all means, let’s make sure to not offend the people who just butchered American citizens.
Another email, sent on September 14th by Ben Rhodes to prep former Ambassador Susan Rice stated, ” ‘Goal’: To underscore that these protests are rooted in an Internet video, and not a broader failure or policy.” (H/T Judicial Watch)
That doesn’t sound fishy at all…
This of course falls on top of the mountain of evidence that President Obama and his administration knew right away that this wasn’t a protest gone wrong, this was a terrorist attack.
This is absolutely disgusting. It’s time for Republican leadership in Congress to take measures to impeach Obama, or hold him accountable in some way.
