Police Photos Show Michael Brown Violently Robbed Store Right Before He Was Shot
As Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson revealed the name of the officer who shot unarmed teenager Michael Brown, he also released surveillance camera photos showing a man believed to be Brown “strong-arm robbing” a convenience store.
The officer who shot Brown, identified as Darren Wilson, was also the officer investigating the convenience store robbery in which Brown was the “primary suspect.”
Police say the video shows Brown and his friend Dorian Johnson getting in a confrontation with a store clerk and stealing a box of Swisher Sweets cigars, typically used to roll “blunts.”
The images released show a large man wearing a white t-shirt, cargo shorts, and a red hat as he robs the store.
Brown was wearing the same cargo shorts and shoes when he was shot and a red baseball cap was found near his body.
The police report says the clerk “had just come out of the restroom when Brown said he wanted several boxes of cigars. As the attendant was placing boxes on the counter, Brown grabbed a box of Swisher Sweet cigars and handed them to Johnson who was standing behind Brown.”
The clerk said Brown had to pay for the cigars.
“That is when Brown reached across the counter and grabbed numerous packs of Swisher Sweets and turned to leave the store,” the police report states.
The clerk calls 911 and another employee comes out from “behind the counter and attempts to stop Brown from leaving.”
“That is when Brown grabbed him by the shirt and forcefully pushed him back into the display rack,” the officer wrote. “He backed away and Brown and Johnson exited the store with the cigars.”
The suspect was described as about 6-foot-4 and around 290 pounds.
“A second person, also at that scene, identified himself as being with Brown,” the officer reported. “After observing Johnson and reviewing the video, I confirmed he is the second suspect in this incident.”
When asked to comment, employees at the store were hesitant after seeing the devastation the local QuikTrip endured.
“People are going to come and kill us,” an employee told The Daily Mail. “We are worried. Are you going to protect us?”

Wesley Warren, pictured above with his elephantine balls, died from a heart attack at age 49. The Las Vegas man suffered from scrotal lymphedema, which caused his testicles to swell with watery fluid. Even though surgeons cut off his nads in an epic bout of surgery, the heart attack that felled Warren was his third in a row, alongside his diabetes and the infections that it caused.
The Learning Channel, which broadcast a program seen by millions featuring Warren’s operation that was not exploitive of him in any way said: “We are saddened to hear about the sudden loss of Wesley. He was a lovely man who bravely told his story, and we share our condolences with his family and friends.”
Warren’s saga began after he accidentally by crushed his privates while in bed. Doctors prescribed antibiotics for the inflammation but instead of going down, the swelling increased until his scrotum was the size of a soccer ball. The swelling continued at a mad pace, sometimes three pounds a day. Though Wesley already weighed 300 pounds before his balls, the swelling was a game-changer in his life.
