Is the fix already in on a nationwide gun ban?
It’s no secret that Democrat Presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is anti-gun. Back in the 1990s, her husband, former President Bill Clinton instituted an assault weapons ban, and Hillary will likely do the same if she assumes office.
However, as we know, Americans are passionate about their Second Amendment rights. More and more states are adopting constitutional carry, and even Washington, D.C. — a place that’s notoriously anti-gun — is fighting back against unconstitutional gun laws. So the question for liberals becomes: how do we get the public to support anti-gun measures?
If your goal is an outright gun ban, you need to use terms such as “common sense gun legislation” to fool the public, a Hillary Clinton campaign delegate admitted in a recent undercover sting video released exclusively to Infowars.
“Saying you want to ban guns altogether, that’s going to piss everybody off,” the Clinton alternate delegate, Mary Bayer, told a Project Veritas reporter.
Instead, Bayer revealed, Democrats use “moderate” language when it comes to guns to obscure their true purpose, a complete elimination of the Second Amendment.
“You have to take that sort of moderate… ‘We just wanna have common sense legislation so our children are safe!’” Bayer told the reporter, adding, “You say shit like that, and then people will buy into it.”
Bayer also admitted Hillary “for sure” would support banning guns, and said the only way to actualize that goal would be to “get Democrats in office.”
Bayer made her shocking admission to an undercover Project Veritas reporter at the Democratic National Convention. When Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe subsequently confronted Bayer, she stole his property and whined that what O’Keefe had done was wrong because it hurt her feelings.
The Second Amendment hangs on by the skin of its teeth in this cay and age. Governments have extended their reach to include most basic liberties on the grounds that something is “fair” or “safe.” As Benjamin Franklin observed, “They who can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.”
