Activist Court Tries to Take Down Trump, and Gowdy Responds   02/10/2017  Source: AAN  by: AAN Staff

The 9th Circuit is known for its liberal interpretation of the Constitution. It's the go to venue for social justice warriors, because it almost always delivers for them. Their decision to rule against Donald Trump's immigration order is no exception, and liberals are really happy.

Trey Gowdy isn't, and this morning, he offered a blistering
response to their decision:
Gowdy said in a statement that no one should be surprised with the ruling that came from the court and that the 9th Circuit “has a well-earned reputation for being presumptively reversible. Unlike the district court order, there is at least a court opinion which can be evaluated.”

“Of particular interest is the 9th Circuit Court of Appeal’s suggestion that even those unlawfully present in the country have certain due process rights with respect to immigration,” Gowdy continued. “The Court cites Zadvydas v. Davis, 533 U.S. 678, 695 (2001) for the proposition that even aliens who have committed and been convicted of certain crimes while in the U.S. unlawfully may have due process rights with respect to travel to or from the United States. In addition, the Court ventures curiously into its own role in reviewing a President’s national security conclusions.”

Gowdy said in his statement of the 9th Circuit’s opinion reference to the 2001 case that “Legal permanent residents, non-citizens with current valid visas, non-citizens with expired visas (which were once valid), aliens with no legal standing, aliens who have committed a crime but have not yet been deported and aliens who are not even present in the United States but seek to come are just a few of the categories the Supreme Court will need to determine what process is due, if any.”

Zadvydas v. Davis was a Supreme Court case that essentially mandated the release of thousands of criminal aliens into the United States, two months prior the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. The case centered around the long-term detention of two criminal aliens.

Immigration authorities could not find a country who would accept the aliens in question in the case within the statutory 90-day removal period. In an attempt to continue to detain the aliens after 90 days, the government invoked a statute that allows the attorney general the authority to detain an alien for more than 90 days if the AG found it necessary to do so for public safety circumstances.
Assad says some refugees are 'definitely' terrorists

Published on Feb 9, 2017
Syria President Bashar al-Assad, commenting on U.S. President Trump's travel ban in an exclusive sit-down interview with Yahoo News' Chief Investigative Correspondent Michael Isikoff in Damascus, said he believes some refugees fleeing his country are "definitely" terrorists.
Sen. Cruz: SCOTUS Will Rule Trump's Order 'Explicitly Legal'
Sen. Ted Cruz is predicting President Donald Trump's executive order banning seven Muslim-majority countries ultimately will prevail at the Supreme Court.
In an interview on "The Michael Berry Show" Thursday, the Texas Republican said "if the Supreme Court follows the law, federal statutes are straightforward, the president has this authority."
And, he said, the high court "is likely to conclude exactly that when the case is before it."
The comments, posted by The Hill, came after the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled unanimously a nationwide restraining order against Trump's temporary travel ban may continue while a federal judge considers a lawsuit over the policy.
Cruz said he was not surprised by the appeals panel's opinion, calling it the "most liberal activist court of appeals" in recent history.
"If you look at what the president's order did, the heart of the order was a four-month pause in allowing refugees to come to this country so we can improve the vetting of refugees," he said. "That in my judgment is explicitly legal."

College Hosts Anti-Racism Class...For Toddlers

Evergreen State College in Washington state has a new solution to that apparent "racist toddler” epidemic.

With the help of a group called Teaching for Change, Evergreen State is launching a workshop called “A is for Anti-Bias.” They plan to launch a national conversation about biases present in small children.

The workshop will combat this alleged toddler bias by “educating” parents on how to make sure their kids stop being so darned racist. Instead, it will teach parents how to make sure the little tikes grow up as politically correct as possible.

On their website, Teaching for Change explains that their goal is to create “an approach to early childhood education that sets forth values-based principles and methodology in support of respecting and embracing differences and acting against bias and unfairness.”

The event is geared towards (presumably very, very liberal) parents of children, aged 3-6, and includes presentations, handouts, and even homework.

SO....YOU WANT TO LET THE IMMIGRANTS IN, THEY'RE GOOD PEOPLE, WHY NOT ??

WATCH – ’60 Minutes’ Wanted to Prove Muslim Refugees ‘Peaceful’ – Didn’t See THIS Coming   Barack Obama and other globalists want to take in large numbers of refugees including from places like Syria. They bury their heads in the sand over the fact that other countries who have done this are having major problems as a result

A crew from the television show 60 Minutes went to Sweden to cover the effect of Muslim refugees in the country. However, the Muslim refugees reacted violently by throwing things at the journalists and hitting them.

This video demonstrates the problem with blindly accepting Muslim refugees into any country. Many Muslims do not assimilate into the host culture—instead, they try to change it. When they do not get their way, they lash out in violence just as they did here.

The journalist only wanted to question the two Muslim men, but the driver instead ran hisar over one of the cameraman’s feet. Is this the kind of thing you want happening in this country?
The liberal media are always defending Muslims by arguing that the majority of Muslims are peaceful. Sure, obviously not all Muslims are violent. However, our vetting system as it stands now, and apparently those of many European countries, can’t tell the difference between kind Muslims and radical Muslims.

How much violence needs to occur before the mainstream media will say we cannot afford to have unvetted Muslim immigrants or refugees in our country? I believe one incident of violence against an American is enough to justify a rigorous vetting process for all non-citizens who wish to enter our country.
The liberal media never discuss the fact that the Quran calls for violence against those who do not believe in Islam. The liberal media also never acknowledge that ISIS has explicitly stated they will attempt to use immigration and refugees to infiltrate the United States.
Our children deserve to live in a country where we investigate the background of those who come here. Our children deserve to be free from terrorist attacks and free from fear of them. Americans, of every age, deserve to live in a country where there is law and order.
This is why Donald Trump has proposed significant upgrades to our vetting system. We need to determine which refugees or immigrants are members of potential terrorist groups and which are not. Those who called Trump a racist for these policies refuse to explain why Sweden is having so many problems with violence. Obviously, Trump simply wants to put American citizens first. There’s nothing racist about that.
If the liberal media want to demonstrate how peaceful Muslims can be, they are free to do so, but they should also be showing their viewers (those they have left) the incidents of Muslim violence as well. If they do not, then they are just as guilty of generalizing Muslims as those they think are saying “all Muslims are violent.” The truth is that, as with all groups of people, not all Muslims are peaceful.
Travel Ban Suspension Upheld by Fox News' Bill O'Reilly on Talking Points

Published on Feb 9, 2017
Everyone throws around "the Constitution", as an excuse for the liberal ninth circus' decision. but cannot get specific. O'Reilly spells out the steps in chronological order, from "The Factor" Fox News, Bill O'Reilly.
Putting the 9th Circuit's Decision Concerning Trump's Travel Restrictions into Perspective

On the evening of February 9, 2017, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit issued an order denying the Government’s motion for a stay of a temporary restraining order from a U.S. District Court in Washington State preventing the Government from enforcing an executive order signed by President Trump which put a temporary halt to the admission of refugees, and to the admission of aliens from seven countries which have been deemed to be a danger to national security.  The case is entitled, The State of Washington, et al. v. Donald Trump, et al.

Immediately, both sides took to the airwaves and to the Internet attempting to turn the decision into a bigger deal than it really is.  Both sides have an incentive to engage in a publicity war and court public opinion.  The opponents of the executive order have an interest in giving the impression that this decision is a major victory against the Trump Administration.  Likewise, the proponents have an interest in creating a public perception that the judiciary needs to be reigned in with more favorable presidential appointees.

In this publicity battle, it is important to keep the 9th Circuit’s decision in perspective, and consider what it is that the Court did and didn’t do.

Terror Threat: Venezuela Has Been Selling Official Passports to Anyone Willing To Pay...In Iraq  Katie Pavlich  Posted: Feb 09, 2017

Terror Threat: Venezuela Has Been Selling Official Passports to Anyone Willing To Pay...In Iraq
According to a new investigative report from CNN, the Venezuelan government has been issuing official passports to any individual willing to pay for one in Iraq, even if they have ties to terrorism.
A whistleblower working for the Venezuelan Ambassador to Iraq alleges workers in the embassy have been making millions of dollars off of the practice, putting the lives of people living in western countries at risk.

One confidential intelligence document obtained by CNN links Venezuela's new Vice President Tareck El Aissami to 173 Venezuelan passports and ID's that were issued to individuals from the Middle East, including people connected to the terrorist group Hezbollah.
Venezuela is a close ally of Iran, the backer of Hezbollah, and extremely hostile to the United States. Hezbollah is the most prevalent terrorist organization in the world and be fore 9/11 was responsible for more American deaths than any other terrorist organization. The group operates in over 40 countries and on 5 continents, including operations in at least 15 U.S. cities and four major Canadian cities. Those traveling on a Venezuelan passport must obtain a visa to enter the United States, but can enter 130 other countries without one.
ISIS, which has taken over large swaths of Iraq and Syria, has hundreds of millions of dollars at its disposal to purchase official passports. Additionally, the terror army has set up their own fraudulent passport system.
President Trump recently signed an executive order barring all refugees and visas holders from seven countries, including Iraq and Syria, without proper vetting procedures.

Like I said before....What news can you believe ??? I think Ryan is a SNAKE !!

Paul Ryan Has Been Hiding A Damaging Secret

Establishment Republicans like Paul Ryan were assumed to be fighting Donald Trump on behalf of the donor class.
But just who were the donors they were fighting on behalf of?
A new report reveals jaw dropping details of who was funding anti-Trump Republicans.
The big money donor class has always fought for open borders and global trade deals.
They demand cheap labor and government managed trade deals to boost their profits by shipping jobs overseas and driving down the wages of American workers.
Donald Trump campaigned on securing the border and pulling out of global trade agreements like the TPP and NAFTA.
For his beliefs, he faced fierce resistance from establishment Republicans.
But who was funding their effort?
None other than employees of a hedge fund started by left-wing billionaire George Soros himself.

Dumb and Dumber: Maxine Waters says Putin Invaded ‘Korea’ while Nancy Pelosi ‘Can’t work with President Bush’
bing.com/news   eheadlines.com

Maxine Waters ... where Congresswoman Waters reiterated calls for President Trump’s impeachment.

She complained about the fact that the president was ‘wrapping his arms around Putin while Putin is continuing to advance into Korea‘ She was probably told that it was Crimea but she wouldn’t know the difference anyway.
Then it was Nancy Pelosi’s turn,
“While its only been a couple of weeks since the inauguration, we’ve seen nothing that I can work with President Bush on,”
The people behind her looked uncomfortable that she was talking about one of 2 presidents who hadn’t been in power for many years, but bless them, they didn’t have the heart to interrupt her.
Her mind hasn’t been working too well lately anyway as only a couple of days ago, she blamed President Trump for the war in Yemen; which started 2 years ago under President Obama’s watch.
Nancy Pelosi also appeared on Meet the Press with Chuck Todd on Sunday where he asked her,
“Does the Democratic Party need new leaders to touch base on this stuff?” referring to comments made by Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass.), who in a speech over the weekend indicated her belief that Democratic leadership has lost touch with the current electorate.
“Whether it’s Hillary Clinton, yourself, Chuck Schumer—you’ve all been in power a long time and there was a rejection of that in the 2016 election.”
“We have plenty of room for all kinds of leadership at every level, but right now we need experience as well,” said Pelosi.
She said that she knew about being a “new leader.”
“I was a new leader when I emerged myself, so I’m all for that,”
With people like Nancy Pelosi and Maxine Waters leading the Democrats, the GOP shouldn’t have any concerns about staying in power for a long long time.

"16 Fake News Stories Reporters Have Run Since Trump Won"    thefederalist.com

By

Journalists, media types, reporters, you have two choices: you can fix these problems, or you can watch your profession go down in flames

Since at least Donald Trump’s election, our media have been in the grip of an astonishing, self-inflicted crisis. Despite Trump’s constant railing against the American press, there is no greater enemy of the American media than the American media. They did this to themselves.

We are in the midst of an epidemic of fake news. There is no better word to describe it than “epidemic,” insofar as it fits the epidemiological model from the Centers for Disease Control: this phenomenon occurs when “an agent and susceptible hosts are present in adequate numbers, and the agent can be effectively conveyed from a source to the susceptible hosts.”
The “agent” in this case is hysteria over Trump’s presidency, and the “susceptible hosts” are a slipshod, reckless, and breathtakingly gullible media class that spread the hysteria around like—well, like a virus.
It is difficult to adequately sum up the breadth of this epidemic, chiefly because it keeps growing: day after day, even hour after hour, the media continue to broadcast, spread, promulgate, publicize, and promote fake news on an industrial scale. It has become a regular part of our news cycle, not distinct from or extraneous to it but a part of it, embedded within the news apparatus as a spoke is embedded in a bicycle wheel.
Whenever you turn on a news station, visit a news website, or check in on a journalist or media personality on Twitter or Facebook, there is an excellent chance you will be exposed to fake news. It is rapidly becoming an accepted part of the way the American media are run.
How we will get out of this is anyone’s guess. We might not get out of it, not so long as Trump is president of these United States. We may be up for four—maybe eight!—long years of authentic fake news media hysteria. It is worth cataloging at least a small sampling of the hysteria so far. Only when we fully assess the extent of the media’s collapse into ignominious ineptitude can we truly begin to reckon with it.

Since Trump’s election, here’s just a small sampling of fake news that our media and our journalist class have propagated.

Under Trump's Exec Order, 75% of Illegals Could Be Deported
President Donald Trump's executive order on immigration allows three-quarters of immigrants who entered the country illegally be subject to deportation, according to The Center for Immigration Studies' Ronald Mortensen.

Trump's Executive Order 13768 "will not 'exempt classes or categories of removable aliens from potential enforcement,'" unlike former President Barack Obama's immigration measures, writes Mortensen. "This means that the vast majority of people unlawfully in the United States are once again subject to deportation."
Trump addressed police officials Wednesday at the Major Cities Chiefs Association, where he asked for their aid in identifying and deporting illegal immigrants.
"I want you to turn in the bad ones," Trump said in his speech, according to Yahoo News.

Fake news as media wilfully lie about Social Security gun ban

The mainstream media have declared war.  All the "fake news" and street violence you see are intentional.

Just read this report.  Congress yesterday overturned a Social Security regulation, with the support of strong liberals like mental health professionals and the ACLU.

But the mainstream media lied about it -- intentionally -- to make it appear Republicans had abolished background checks on guns.

The result?  Anger and death threats against Republicans.

Read on about now the mainstream media are using increasingly violent liberals are wage war on Republicans...

A top National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) scientist says that the agency deliberately faked global climate data in hopes it would scare world leaders into ratifying a United Nations climate agreement.

This makes my blood boil. They had good data from one source. And they threw it out and 'corrected' it by using bad data from somewhere else.

And the scientist in charge who tried to draw attention to the government's actions? Well, he was silenced.

Tell this story to your "warmist" friends. It's time to shut down the religion of climate change.

Kansas judge throws out pro-gun law, setting up epic battle over Gorsuch   By  D.E

A Kansas judge may have just made the nomination of U.S. Circuit Court Judge Neil Gorsuch to the U.S. Supreme Court a massive battle for gun rights.
Shane Cox and Jeremy Kettler were arrested in October 2015 after Cox sold Kettler a suppressor they believed was exempt from the National Firearms Act.  In their trial they cited Kansas’ Second Amendment Protection Act, which states that any Federal law infringing upon constitutionally-protected rights is null and void.
“Any act, law, treaty, order, rule or regulation of the government of the United States which violates the Second Amendment to the Constitution of the United States is null, void, and unenforceable in the state of Kansas,” it reads.
They were nonetheless convicted, and appealed their case.
Now they have a ruling.  U.S. District Court Judge J. Thomas Marten not only rejected their appeal, he ruled the Second Amendment Protection Act is unconstitutional.
That ruling will almost certainly be appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court.
If confirmed, Gorsuch would be one of the nine justices hearing that case.
The consequences are enormous.  If Gorsuch is confirmed, he could be the deciding vote to uphold, or strike down, state laws nullifying Federal gun control.
That means anti-gun groups are about to take their anti-Gorsuch campaign to even more extreme levels.

Fake News: Major Outlet Accuses Trump of Plotting to Murder Journalists   02/07/2017   Source: American Action News   by: Remington Strelivio

Left-leaning news channel MSNBC is taking their anti-Trump hysteria to a new level: now, they’re accusing Donald Trump of planning to murder journalists.

During an interview with Nebraska Senator Deb Fischer, a Republican, Katy Tur compared Donald Trump to Vladimir Putin—and suggested that Trump could start systematically killing journalists.

Tur claimed Trump praised Putin, by saying "America does bad and terrible things, too, when Bill O'Reilly asked him if Vladimir Putin was a killer."

"As we know, there's, since 2000, been a couple dozen suspicious deaths of journalists in Russia who came out against the government there,” she added.

And then, Tur went in for the kill—actually suggesting that Donald Trump could actively
start
"Donald Trump has made no secret about going after journalists and his distaste for any news that doesn't agree with him here. Do you find that this is a dangerous path he is heading down?”

Fischer, for her part, kept calm and refused to take the bait about President Trump—staying focused on Vladimir Putin, who Fischer called “a thug.”

In response to Trump complimenting Putin, Fischer explained it as Trump merely trying to establish a working relationship with the Russian president—and expressed her hope that Trump would have "very firm, very harsh, if need be, conversations with Putin to let him know that here in the United States we understand who he is.”
“We will see if they are convinced by that,” said Tur, ending the segment.

Super Bowl Ads Go Political, Marring Otherwise Classic Game   Todd Starnes Posted: Feb 07, 2017

Super Bowl Ads Go Political, Marring Otherwise Classic Game
Super Bowl 51 was one heck of a game, folks. We were treated to a presidential coin flip, all the players stood for the national anthem and Lady Gaga kept her clothes on.
Miss Gaga also got bonus points for not injecting politics into the halftime show – and also for not wearing a dress made out of brisket.
Good on all of you, as we say back home in Tennessee.
It’s just too bad the Super Bowl’s advertisers did not follow Miss Gaga’s example. A number of companies decided to play politics with their high-profile and high-dollar advertisements.
Let’s start with Audi, the German car company. Their ad featured a dad and his daughter promoting equal pay for women.
“Audi of America is committed to equal pay for equal work,” they declared – apparently unaware America already has that law on the books.
The folks over at AirBNB ran a commercial on inclusiveness as did Google and Coca-Cola.
10 Haircare, a hair product company, trolled President Trump’s lustrous mane.
“America, we’re in for at least four years of awful hair, so it’s up to you to make up for it with great hair,” the narrator of the commercial said.
But the most controversial ad came from 84 Lumber. It was titled, “The Journey.”
Their Super Bowl ad told the story of an illegal alien and her daughter -- trying to sneak across the border -- only to be stymied by a giant beautiful wall. When all appeared hopeless, the illegals discovered a door built by a guy using 84 Lumber materials.
In the final scene, the woman and her daughter open the door and violate American sovereignty.
“The will to succeed is always welcome here,” the ad said.
The hardware company was only allowed to show 90 seconds of the six-minute commercial during the Super Bowl. The remainder was posted online.
It was supposed to tug at the heart strings -- instead it gave Americans a bad case of heart burn. Critics bashed the hardware store – accusing them of spreading anti-American propaganda.
I'm not quite sure whose bright idea it was to crack American patriots over the head with a political 2x4.
It does seem a bit unusual that a company would spend millions of dollars in advertising just to send their customers to Home Depot.
If only 84 Lumber's female illegals had crossed the border in an Audi.
Trump Blasts 'Haters': 'I Don't Know Putin'
President Donald Trump on Tuesday tweeted that he does not know Russian President Vladimir Putin, has no deals in Russia, and issued a reminder that former President Obama made a deal with
Iran - "#1 in terror!"
Trump tweeted: "I don't know Putin, have no deals in Russia, and the haters are going crazy - yet Obama can make a deal with Iran, #1 in terror, no problem!"
The president's tweet came soon after The New York Times posted an editorial questioning Trump's "bromance" with Putin, calling it "disturbing."
It appears further fueled by the heated debate surrounding Trump's "killers" discussion with Bill O'Reilly on Sunday and continued Democrat criticism of his relationship with the Russian leader.
During a taped interview that ran Sunday before the Super Bowl, O'Reilly asked Trump about forging an alliance with Putin, a known "killer."
"There are a lot of killers. You think our country's so innocent?" Trump shot back.
Iran leader rebuffs Trump warning, says he shows America's "real face"

DUBAI, Feb 7 (Reuters) - Ayatollah Ali Khamenei dismissed Donald Trump's warning to Iran to stop its missile tests, saying the new U.S. president had shown the "real face" of American corruption.
In his first speech since Trump's inauguration, Iran's supreme leader called on Iranians to respond to Trump's "threats" - which he said had failed to frighten Iranians - on Friday's anniversary of the 1979 revolution.
"We are thankful to (Trump) for making our life easy as he showed the real face of America," Khamenei told a meeting of military commanders in Tehran, according to his website.
"During his election campaign and after that, he confirmed what we have been saying for more than 30 years about the political, economic, moral and social corruption in the U.S. ruling system," he added.
Trump responded to a Jan. 29 Iranian missile test by saying "Iran is playing with fire" and slapping fresh sanctions on individuals and entities, some of them linked to Iran's elite Revolutionary Guards.
The White House said the test was not a direct breach of a 2015 nuclear deal with six world powers but "violates the spirit of that." A U.N. Security Council resolution underpinning the pact urges Iran to refrain from testing missiles designed to be able to carry nuclear warheads, but imposes no obligation.
"No enemy can paralyze the Iranian nation," Khamenei said. "(Trump) says 'you should be afraid of me'. No! The Iranian people will respond to his words on Feb. 10 and will show their stance against such threats."

(EMBARRASSING VIDEO) This Congresswoman Wants to Impeach Trump. But is She the One That's Unfit for Office?02/07/2017  Source: AAN   by: AAN Staff

Maxine Waters represents California's 43rd district, and is a former chair of the Congressional Black Caucus. She's been around for quite some time, so you'd imagine she'd have her finger on the pulse of American foreign policy.

You'd be wrong.

Yesterday,Waters attempted to make the case for President Trump's impeachment, and she launched into an incoherent rant that suggested she doesn't know the first thing about American foreign policy, or even current events. As the
American Mirror reports:
“How can a president who is acting the manner he is acting — whether he’s talking about the travel ban, the way he’s targeted Muslims, or whether he’s talking about his relationship to (Vladimir) Putin and the Kremlin and knowing that they have hacked our (Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee) and the (Democratic National Committee),” she said.

But then the already wobbly wheels began falling off Waters’ rhetoric wagon.

“And knowing that he’s responsible for supplying the bombs that killed innocent children and families in, um, in, um,” she said, forgetting the name before someone behind her murmured, “Aleppo.”

“Yeah, in Aleppo,” she said.

Waters continued, “And the fact that he is wrapping his arms around Putin while Putin is continuing to advance into Korea.”

Korea, Crimea, what’s the difference, besides spellings, cultures and continents?
Waters is almost 80 years old. You might forgive her for being a bit slow on the uptake. Although Water's early advocacy against the injustice of apartheid is laudable, her career since has been a long, swift tumble downhill. The California congresswoman has a long, sad history of saying really stupid things.  Over the years, Waters defended the environment of negligence at Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that helped cause the housing crisis. She defended the violence that occurred during the LA riots, and she's threatened to nationalize oil companies.

The only thing that's clear about Waters rant is that she has no idea what she's talking about. At this point in her career, she's nothing more than an empty vessel to be filled with Democratic talking points.  It's clear that she's absolutely checked out. She should retire while she still has a speck of dignity.

Kremlin Demands Fox Apology for Putin 'Killer' Question to Trump
The Kremlin said on Monday it wanted an apology from Fox News over what it said were "unacceptable" comments one of the channel's presenters made about Russian President Vladimir Putin in an interview with U.S. President Donald Trump.
Fox News host Bill O'Reilly described Putin as "a killer" in the interview with Trump as he tried to press the U.S. president to explain more fully why he respected his Russian counterpart. O'Reilly did not say who he thought Putin had killed.
"We consider such words from the Fox TV company to be unacceptable and insulting, and honestly speaking, we would prefer to get an apology from such a respected TV company," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on a conference call.
Fox News and O'Reilly did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
Trump's views on Putin are closely scrutinised in the United States where U.S. intelligence agencies have accused Moscow of having sponsored computer hacking to help Trump win office, and critics say he is too complimentary about the Russian leader.
Trump, when commenting on the allegations against Putin in the same interview, questioned how "innocent" the United States itself was, saying it had made a lot of its own mistakes. That irritated some Congressional Republicans who said there was no comparison between how Russian and U.S. politicians behaved.

VP Mike Pence explains the “Muslim ban” – Hint: It isn’t a Muslim ban     By Kelly

Vice-President Mike Pence makes a very clear argument for a temporary ban on people travelling from terrorist nations.
He is not happy that federal judges are making policy from the bench and he stresses how important national security is to this Administration. It will not be held hostage to sloppy, politically (in)correct thinking.
Far from being a "Muslim ban" as the fake news media is calling it, it's a short-term, prudent step to assess the risk of people entering the country illegally.
It will also prevent the entrance into this country of special types of criminals that I am sure you will find morally repugnant.
To cut through the bull, I've included the actual Executive Action here.

Trump’s Advisor Kellyanne Conway Responds To Chelsea Clinton On Twitter
Kellyanne Conway on Chelsea Clinton

President Donald Trump’s senior advisor Kellyanne Conway hit back at Chelsea Clinton after the former first daughter trolled Conway for her comments about the non-existent “Bowling Green massacre.”
On Feb. 2, Conway spoke to MSNBC’s Chris Matthews in an interview about Trump’s controversial executive order to restrict immigration and travel from seven Muslim-majority nations. Conway said former President Barack Obama did something similar during his term.
“I bet it’s brand-new information to people that President Obama had a six-month ban on the Iraqi refugee program after two Iraqis came here to this country, were radicalized, and they were the masterminds behind the Bowling Green massacre,” Conway told Matthews, according to The Hill. “It didn’t get covered.”
There is no such thing as the Bowling Green massacre. Countless people, including Chelsea Clinton, hit back at Conway for her gaffe.
“Very grateful no one seriously hurt in the Louvre attack …or the (completely fake) Bowling Green Massacre,” Clinton tweeted on Feb. 3. “Please don’t make up attacks.”

Conway later clarified in a tweet that she “meant to say ‘Bowling Green terrorists,'” and attached a link describing the arrest of two Iraqi refugees living in Bowling Green, Kentucky, who were arrested for sending weapons and money to Al-Qaeda, ultimately leading to a stricter vetting process for refugees and immigrants, notes ABC.

In another tweet, Conway issued a scathing response to Clinton for her criticism.
“Bosnia lie a Great reminder,” the presidential advisor tweeted. “And 2 [Chelsea Clinton] & others, you can’t “invent” quality candidates either. I misspoke; you lost the election.”

Conway was referring to Chelsea’s mother, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, who once erroneously stated that she was attacked upon entering Bosnia as First Lady in 1996.
“I remember landing under sniper fire,” Mrs. Clinton said at the time, according to CNN. “There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base.”
This never happened. The former secretary of state later said that she “misspoke.”

The liberal media has completely lost their minds.

CBSN has recently put out a video, claiming that the Statue of Liberty was originally intended to be a Muslim woman: “Well it turns out that one of the most potent symbols of American freedom began life as a Muslim woman. Asst. Attorney General tweets “F–K DONALD TRUMP” on Twitter

No, you’re not reading an Onion headline.  An assistant attorney general for the state of Massachusetts sent out a tweet with the hashtag #FuckDonaldTrump.

M. Claire Masinton describes herself as “a senior Assistant Attorney General in the Insurance & Financial Services Division of the Attorney General’s Office in Boston, MA…Our group does affirmative civil litigation to stop individuals and/or businesses from engaging in fraud and/or deceptive and unfair business practices.”
Oh, and she REALLY hates Donald Trump.
As The Black Sphere reported, Masinton sent out a retweet critical of President Trump, with a cartoon showing Donald Trump as Jabba the Hutt and Lady Liberty as Princess Leia, chocking him to death. Masinton included a classy hashtag she added herself. Check it out.

Not only is her tweet against the ethical standards she has to abide by as an attorney general, it is illegal to threaten the President with violence, even with a cartoon.
Now, check out her Twitter profile.

Actually, that WAS her Twitter profile.
Masinton is now trying to cover her tracks. She has protected her account, so her tweets can no longer be seen. She’s also removed her title from her Twitter account profile description. Now her Twitter account just identifies her as a “soccer mom” and a “mother of 6.” However, check out her profile picture.

Now, check out the profile picture on Claire Masinton’s LinkedIn page. Her LinkedIn account is still public and readily identifies her as as assistant attorney general.

Comcast Is Paying Anti-Trump Protesters?

klepper-post1
I found out today that a friend and former student of mine was fired from Comcast in Philly because after they gave their employees the opportunity for paid “protest time”, he went out and protested…..against the anti-Trump protesters. Apparently, Comcast only supports your right to protest with pay if it follows their idea and mindset on what is right and wrong. Even though Mike didn’t mention Comcast in his blog post, or even mention that he was an employee, they fired him for expressing his belief after they told the employees they could do it with pay. His belief did not mirror theirs and they fired him for it. This is what many people out there are up against, and it needs to be stomped on HARD! Companies like Comcast only want you to “Express yourself with pay” when it follows their agenda. I have re-posted Mike’s blog post below the email.
