Sen. John Kennedy is co-sponsoring the bill. He said, “It’s not a bank’s job to create policy. They need to leave the policy making to Congress. Banks should not be able to discriminate against lawful customers on the basis of social policy. The banks should keep in mind that these lawful customers are the same hard-working taxpayers who bailed them out during the recession,” according to a press release from Cramer’s office.

“This legislation will ban big banks from refusing to do business with customers that may not share the same political values as the bank. This kind of power move is an unfair assertion of dominance by the big banks, which is why it should be illegal,” Kennedy added.

Cramer and Kennedy are both members of the Senate Banking Committee.

Over 2,500 subpoenas were issued and 500 witnesses were interviewed. No collusion was found. None. As such, Mueller’s report also exposed the so-called Trump dossier as a complete fabrication. It was largely unverified. Now, it’s total garbage and yet, it was used as a point of reference for scores of anti-Trump liberals hoping that the Russian collusion narrative would be enough to impeach the president.

As reported by 100 Percent Fed Up last month, Chicago Tribune reported, that after being approached by a politically connected lawyer, State’s Attorney Kimberly Foxx asked Chicago police Superintendent Eddie Johnson to turn over the investigation of Jussie Smollett’s reported attack to the FBI, according tamaso communications provided to the Tribune.

Foxx reached out to Johnson after Tina Tchen, former chief of staff to first lady Michelle Obama, emailed Foxx saying the actor’s family had unspecified “concerns about the investigation.” Tchen, also a close friend of Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s wife, said she was acting on behalf of the “Empire” actor and his family. A relative later exchanged texts with Foxx.

Kellyanne Conway Calls For Adam Schiff To Resign After Release Of Mueller Report Fox & Friends

One of President Trump's top advisors is calling on anti-Trump Congressman Adam Schiff to resign. Kellyanne Conway wants the disgraced Congressman to resign after his claims about Russian collusion were proven untrue by the Mueller report.
According to The Daily Caller:

White House adviser Kellyanne Conway called on Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff of California to resign Monday after the release of Robert Mueller’s Russia report.

“When you’re talking about collusion and talking to Russia, and conspiracies and obstruction of justice for two years with no proof other than people leaking to you or you just, you just guffawing with the anchor next to you and fake lawyers on TV and the journalists who are pretending to be lawyers for that moment. You’re calling us all … You’re saying that we did not win fairly and squarely,” Conway said on “Fox & Friends” Monday.

“You in fact running around jutting your jaw out and saying ‘I’m worried about the effect of institutions.’ You were disparaging the institutions. You were demeaning and deriding our great democracy — The presidency of the United States. Adam Schiff should resign,” she continued. “He has no right as somebody who has been pedaling a lie day after day after day. Unchallenged. Unchallenged and not under oath. Somebody should have put him under oath and said, ‘Do you have evidence? Where is it?’ Because Bob Mueller already ran the fair and the full investigation. And any partisan, politicized investigation from here on in will never have the credibility of the Mueller investigation.”

Attorney General William Barr delivered his report on the Mueller probe to Congress Sunday, and wrote that Trump and his campaign team did not collude with any Russian entities during the election. Barr also said there was no evidence to suggest Trump obstructed justice.

Conway also stated that the media has gotten away with the inherent bias they have against the administration and have yet to pay the price for their misleading Russia narrative.

So-called “no-knock” search warrants — a tool used with increasing frequency since the 2001 USA PATRIOT Act greatly expanded their availability — have proved extremely dangerous to civilians on the receiving end of such actions. A scandal involving the use of such a warrant earlier this year in Houston, Texas, however, illustrates just how dangerous these situations can be to everyone involved, including the law enforcement officers executing such warrants; especially if undertaken with little or no regard for truth or accountability.

In January, 59-year old Navy veteran Dennis Tuttle and his wife were suddenly shaken by the sound of their front door being smashed in. What happened next left both Tuttle and his wife dead from gunshot wounds, and five Houston police officers injured. The police had been hoping to find large quantities of heroin in the Tuttle’s home. What they came away with — in addition to two human beings shot dead, five officers injured, and one pet dog killed — was a small amount of drugs.
