IF I AM ANTI -- ABORTION ...Why are funds including MY tax money, given by our government to PLANNED PARENTHOOD ? I don't want ANY TAX FUNDS to go to Planned Parenthood, for any reason at all.....ESPECIALLY $528.4 MILLION DOLLARS .... !!!

Unlike the Governor of Virginia we do not have millions of dollars from Planned Parenthood and other liberal special interest groups. The Republican Party of Virginia does have something far more important on our side: God and the belief in the basic dignity of human life, born and unborn, regardless of race.

The president of Planned Parenthood says the group is willing  to talk to Republicans about threats to its federal funding  “because [at] Planned Parenthood, we’re nonpartisan.” In fact,  the group’s political action committee gave 98 % of its  campaign contributions in the 2016 election to Democrats. Earlier this week I unpacked Planned Parenthood’s fallacious reporting mechanisms which attempt to hide the fact that they are the nation’s leader in aborting babies.. Planned Parenthood admittedly aborted at least 327,653 unborn babies last year and took in $528.4 million in our tax dollars, 41% of its total revenue, last year.

With that in mind, here is some of what you helped pay for this year with your tax dollars:

• “[A]ctively lobbying in state legislatures” to “protect access to … abortion”;
• Indoctrinating “1.5 million young people” and “18,000 teachers, school staff, and other youth-serving professionals” with “what Planned Parenthood does better than anyone else – provide sex education”;
• Texting “125,000 young people in moments of crisis” about “sex” and “emergency contraception,” i.e. abortion pills; and
• Running “the largest Affordable Care Act [ObamaCare] canvass” in the U.S., ensuring that “1.7 million” people have insurance that covers abortion.

Planned Parenthood also could have used your tax dollars to pay its legal bills, using the courts to implement its radical abortion agenda.  Planned Parenthood spends an entire page of its report touting that it “won court victories protecting abortion” in numerous states, from Arizona to Iowa.
