Transcripts From Ukraine Envoy Just Debunked The ENTIRE Impeachment Narrative Posted November 5, 2019 in Politics Edited by: CollinRugg

According to transcripts that were released on Tuesday, Kurt Volker, the former U.S. envoy to Ukraine claimed that President Donald Trump did **NOT** seek to withhold or delay a meeting with the Ukrainian president unless they started an investigation into former Vice President Joe Biden.

The comments were made by Volker last month during a closed-door deposition and came when he was asked if the President delayed the meeting with Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelensky until he promised a probe into Biden.

“The answer to the question is no, if you want a yes-or-no answer. But the reason the answer is no is we did have difficulty scheduling a meeting, but there was no linkage like that,” Volker replied.

Check out what Fox News reported:

Recently revealed text messages showed Volker appearing to link the investigations to a D.C. visit by Zelensky. The deposition transcript seems to reflect Volker asserting the contrary.

House Democrats have established an impeachment inquiry to investigate the circumstances surrounding President Trump’s July 25 call with Zelensky, in which he urged him to “look into” allegations surrounding the 2016 election and the Biden family’s activities in the country

Democrats have alleged that a quid pro quo took place, with Trump leveraging military aid until the Ukrainians investigated the claims. Trump and Zelensky have claimed that no pressure was placed on them.

During the same testimony, Volker was asked if President Trump asked Zelensky to "manufacture dirt on the Bidens."

“No,” he responded. “And I’ve seen that phrase thrown around a lot. And I think there’s a difference between the manufacture or dig up dirt versus finding out did anything happen in the 2016 campaign or did anything happen with Burisma. I think – or even if he's asking them to investigate the Bidens, it is to find out what facts there may be rather than to manufacture something.”

Volker continues:
Volker’s testimony, along with that of former E.U. Ambassador Gordon Sondland, was released Tuesday amid increasing calls from Republicans for the impeachment inquiry to be more open and transparent. They have accused Democrats of running “Soviet-style” hearings behind closed doors. Democrats have shot back, accusing the GOP of focusing on process rather than the president’s conduct.

While the White House released the transcript of the call, and a House committee released the original complaint by the whistleblower that sparked the process, much of the inquiry is now focusing on what officials understood to be the president’s intent at the time.
...
When Volker testified last month, Republicans said his testimony did not comport with what they called “Democrats’ impeachment narrative.”
Meanwhile two witnesses were scheduled to give depositions on Tuesday, but didn’t show up to the House Intelligence Committee. They are Michael Duffey, an associate director for National Security Programs at the office of Management and Budget, and Wells Griffith, director of international energy and environment at the National Security Council.

Just for fun....

Sheriff Wayne Ivey Calls On Citizens To Arm Up & Prepare For An Attack - Viral Video    Indicrat

Brevard County Sheriff's Office, Florida -

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCD0H... ...The Florida sheriff who urged citizens to arm themselves stands behind message. Sheriff Wayne Ivey, who posted a controversial message on social media urging citizens to arm themselves in self-defense said Monday the response has been overwhelmingly positive. “Less than one percent of the people on Facebook disliked it,” Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey told Fox & Friends. “Everybody else loved it and the comments were overwhelmingly positive.”

Ivey posted the video on Facebook Wednesday two days after a deadly workplace shooting in nearby Orlando killed five people.

“Folks, now more than ever is the time for our citizens to be prepared to serve as the first line of defense, not only for them, but for their families,” Ivey said in the video.

“The video was about preparedness,” Ivey said on Fox & Friends. “We want our citizens to understand that there’s no way to prepare where the next attack is coming from, even the next active shooter."

The sheriff said the best law enforcement agencies in the country have response times in the minutes but a violent criminal “can take you in a second.”

“So we need our citizens to be well prepared, to have already though out their emergency plan,” Ivey said. “If they’re concealed carry holders, carry their gun with them. It’s not doing any good at the house or in the car.”

Sheriff calls on America's "good guys" to shoot "bad guys" ...
"One of the great things about being sheriff is that you're able to do and say what needs to be said and done to protect the citizens of your community."...
"The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun."

Whistleblower attorney called for 'coup' and 'rebellion' against Trump in 2017.

'Coup has started,' whistleblower's attorney said in 2017 posts calling for impeachment

Mark Zaid, one of the attorneys representing the intelligence community whistleblower at the center of the Democrats' ongoing impeachment inquiry, tweeted conspicuously in January 2017 that a "coup has started" and that "impeachment will follow ultimately."

Then, in July 2017, Zaid remarked, "I predict @CNN will play a key role in @realDonaldTrump not finishing out his full term as president." Also that month, Zaid tweeted, "We will get rid of him, and this country is strong enough to survive even him and his supporters."

Amid a slew of impeachment-related posts, Zaid assured his Twitter followers that "as one falls, two more will take their place," apparently referring to Trump administration employees who defy the White House. Zaid promised that the "coup" would occur in "many steps."

The tweets, which came shortly after President Trump fired then-acting Attorney General Sally Yates for failing to defend federal laws in court, are likely to fuel Republican concerns that the anonymous whistleblower's complaint is tainted with partisanship. Trump's call with Ukraine's leader, which is the subject of the complaint, occurred in July 2019.

Ukrainian Whistleblower Blows Up Schiff’s Lies – Says Obama Admin Pressured Ukraine All of the Time! Steven Ahle Nov. 7, 2019

Andrii Telizhenko, an official at the Ukrainian Embassy and a whistleblower says he was approached by DNC operative Alexandra Chalupa, who was working with Ukrainian government officials trying to sabotage the Trump campaign.  Chalupa told Andril that she wanted dirt that would tie Trump to Russia.

The Ukrainian embassy in Washington was told to cooperate with Chalupa and to help her with anything she needed. She was also looking for dirt on Paul Manafort and she got it. Andril interviewed Jack Posobiec and he told him that Obama pressured Ukraine all the time starting after Obama appointed Marie Yovanovitch as ambassador to Ukraine. Andril said she would call the Ukrainian president and give him orders. She is also a NeverTrumper.

Soros Sends Last-Minute Cash to Virginia Prosecutor Candidates   Washington Free Beacon
Liberal billionaire bids to reshape state's  country's criminal justice system

Liberal billionaire George Soros is flooding Virginia with hundreds of thousands of dollars in a last-minute effort to support Democratic prosecutors on the ballot on Nov. 5. The money is part of a liberal effort to reshape the state's criminal justice system: Progressive Democrats in several races have committed to reforms focused on reducing felony convictions.

Soros's targeted candidates have expressed opposition to the death penalty and prosecuting marijuana possession and seek to reduce incarceration rates by bringing lower-level charges. The billionaire's contributions to the candidates in all but one case are by far the largest they have received for their races.

The main reason this article caught my eye, since I'm from Philadelphia is below....

[One candidate backed by Soros in recent years was progressive Larry Krasner, a defense attorney who joked during his campaign in Philadelphia that he had built a career that made him completely unelectable, which included representing Occupy Philadelphia and suing a police department more than 75 times. Krasner ultimately received $1.7 million from Soros and won in a landslide.

Within days of taking over the position, Krasner purged dozens of prosecutors from the district attorney's office. The individuals terminated by Krasner were primarily from the homicide division, drug enforcement, and civil asset forfeiture units. The firings stalled court cases and led to a judge lambasting the moves after a murder trial was postponed.]

Sondland Updates Impeachment Testimony, Describing Ukraine Quid Pro Quo   Michael S. Schmidt  24 mins ago

WASHINGTON — A critical witness in the impeachment inquiry offered Congress substantial new testimony this week, revealing that he told a top Ukrainian official that the country likely would not receive American military aid unless it publicly committed to investigations President Trump wanted.

Gordon D. Sondland, the ambassador to the European Union, gave a more robust description of his role in alerting top Ukrainian officials that they needed to go along with investigative requests by the president’s personal lawyer. The disclosure from Gordon D. Sondland, the United States ambassador to the European Union, in four new pages of sworn testimony released on Tuesday, confirmed his involvement in laying out a quid pro quo to Ukraine that he had previously not acknowledged. The issue is at the heart of the impeachment investigation into Mr. Trump, which turns on the allegation the president abused his power to extract political favors from a foreign power.

Mr. Trump has consistently maintained that he did nothing wrong and that there was no quid pro quo with Ukraine.

Mr. Sondland’s testimony offered several major new details beyond the account he gave the inquiry in a 10-hour interview last month. He provided a more robust description of his own role in alerting the Ukrainians that they needed to go along with investigative requests being demanded by the president’s personal lawyer Rudolph W. Giuliani.
By early September, Mr. Sondland said, he had become convinced that military aid and a White House meeting were conditioned on Ukraine committing to those investigations.

The additions Mr. Sondland made to his testimony were significant because they were the first admission by a senior figure who had direct contact with Mr. Trump that the defense money for Ukraine was being held hostage to the president’s demands for investigations into his political rivals. A wealthy Oregon hotelier who donated to the president’s campaign and was rewarded with the plum diplomatic post, Mr. Sondland can hardly be dismissed as a “Never Trumper,” a charge that Mr. Trump has leveled against many other officials who have offered damaging testimony about his conduct with regard to Ukraine.

As such, Mr. Sondland’s new, fuller account is likely to complicate Republicans’ task in defending the president against the impeachment push, effectively
leaving them with no argument
other than that demanding a political quid pro quo from a foreign leader may be concerning, but — in the words of Mr. Trump himself — is not “an impeachable event.”

Mr. Sondland had said in a text message exchange in early September with William B. Taylor Jr., the top American diplomat in Ukraine, that the president had been clear there was no quid pro quo between the aid and investigations of former Vice President Joseph R. Biden Jr., his son and other Democrats. But Mr. Sondland testified last month that he was only repeating what Mr. Trump had told him, leaving open the question of whether he believed the president. His addendum suggested that Mr. Sondland was not completely forthcoming with Mr. Taylor, and that he was, in fact, aware that the aid was contingent upon the investigation

In his new testimony, Mr. Sondland said he believed that withholding the aid — a package of $391 million in security assistance that had been approved by Congress — was “ill-advised,” although he did not know “when, why or by whom the aid was suspended.” But he said he came to believe that the aid was tied to the investigations.

Ukraine ‘Whistleblower’ Identity EXPOSED! Tried To   Interfere In 2016 Election! by Doyle Alexander

Real Clear Investigation’s (RCI) Paul Sperry has revealed the name of the young man he believes is the Ukraine “whistleblower.” If true, and Sperry makes an extremely compelling case, I suppose he is no longer a whistleblower. A better description might be “person of interest.”

Apparently, all of Washington has known his name for quite some time. I first heard his name as one of three possibilities a couple of weeks ago. And last weekend, an OANN report revealed his identity. His name is Eric Ciaramella (pronounced char-a-MEL-ah). He is a 33-year-old CIA analyst who once worked for (drumroll please)…former CIA Director John Brennan.
Sperry wrote a detailed piece about Ciaramella which can be viewed here.

Excerpts from Sperry’s report:

* Ciaramella is a registered Democrat held over from the Obama White House, previously worked with former Vice President Joe Biden and former CIA Director John Brennan, a vocal critic of Trump who helped initiate the Russia “collusion” investigation of the Trump campaign during the 2016 election.

* Ciaramella left his National Security Council posting in the White House’s West Wing in mid-2017 amid concerns about negative leaks to the media. He has since returned to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia.

* “He was accused of working against Trump and leaking against Trump,” said a former NSC official.

* Earlier this year, Schiff recruited two of Ciaramella’s closest allies at the NSC — both whom were also Obama holdovers — to join his committee staff. He hired one, Sean Misko, in August — the same month the whistleblower complaint was filed.
* A CIA officer specializing in Russia and Ukraine, Ciaramella was detailed over to the National Security Council from the agency in the summer of 2015, working under Susan Rice, President Obama’s National Security adviser. He also worked closely with the former Vice President.

* Former White House officials said Ciaramella worked on Ukrainian policy issues for Biden in 2015 and 2016, when the vice president was President Obama’s “point man” for Ukraine. A Yale graduate, Ciaramella is said to speak Russian and Ukrainian, as well as Arabic. He had been assigned to the NSC by Brennan…He was held over into the Trump administration, and headed the Ukraine desk at the NSC, eventually transitioning into the West Wing, until June 2017.
* Federal records show that Biden’s office invited Ciaramella to an October 2016 state luncheon the vice president hosted for Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi. Other guests included Brennan, as well as then-FBI Director James Comey and then-National Intelligence Director James Clapper…Several U.S. officials told RCI that the invitation that was extended to Ciaramella, a relatively low-level GS-13 federal employee, was unusual and signaled he was politically connected inside the Obama White House.

* “He was moved over to the front office” to temporarily fill a vacancy, said a former White House official, where he “saw everything, read everything.”…The official added that it soon became clear among NSC staff that Ciaramella opposed the new Republican president’s foreign policies. “My recollection of Eric is that he was very smart and very passionate, particularly about Ukraine and Russia. That was his thing – Ukraine,” he said. “He didn’t exactly hide his passion with respect to what he thought was the right thing to do with Ukraine and Russia, and his views were at odds with the president’s policies.”
* Ciaramella worked with a Democratic National Committee operative who dug up dirt on the Trump campaign during the 2016 election, inviting her into the White House for meetings, former White House colleagues said. The operative, Alexandra Chalupa, a Ukrainian-American who supported Hillary Clinton, led an effort to link the Republican campaign to the Russian government. “He knows her. He had her in the White House,” said one former co-worker, who requested anonymity to discuss the sensitive matter.

The Washington Examiner’s Steven Nelson contacted Ciaramella’s attorney’s office on Wednesday after Sperry’s report was published. Their spokesperson refused to confirm or deny if Ciaramella was the whistleblower.
