A federal judge in Texas who was sick and tired of all of the liberal protesters and “Not My President” garbage told the immigrants he was swearing in as American citizens knew that Donald Trump is “your president, and if you don’t like that, you need to go to another country!”
Now he’s in hot water. U.S. Magistrate Judge John Primomo was suspended Monday from overseeing further citizenship ceremonies, San Antonio Express-News reports.
Primomo said he was not trying to tell the new Americans to leave if they didn’t like Trump.
“I would never say anything like that. I wasn’t trying to say anything for or against Donald Trump,” Primomo, 64, said. “I was just trying to say something hopeful and unifying[,] and unfortunately it was taken out of context.” Despite his assurances, the U.S. district judges at San Antonio’s federal courthouse — who appoint and oversee federal magistrate judges — issued a statement saying they “have determined that he will no longer be handling citizenship ceremonies, and the judges are meeting with him to see how this matter can be resolved and concluded.”
Primomo has been a go-to judge for such ceremonies since 1989 and has sworn in more than 100,000 new citizens. The ceremonies are held roughly once a month, in various venues, and can include live bands, singing, speeches from guests or testimony from participants. Wow. So this judge gets suspended because he was pumping up new citizens to love our country and respect our President? Liberalism. This is EXACTLY why we elected Donald Trump. This bullsh*t needs to end. Bull escapes Philadelphia slaughterhouse, runs loose on city streets By FOX 29

SKYFOX was over the scene of a bull on the loose in Center City, Philadelphia Tuesday afternoon. Pennsylvania Game Commission has since shot the bull. No officers or civilians were injured. Reports of the loose animal came in around 2:00 p.m. Officers could be seen surrounding a small wooded area near 7th and Vine Streets, along the Vine Street Expressway and I-95, after it was spotted on I-95 and I-676. Police say the bull got loose from a slaughterhouse on the 2100 block of Hancock Street.

NEWARK, N.J. – The U.S. Justice Department filed a lawsuit Tuesday charging a New Jersey town violated federal anti-discrimination laws when it blocked an Islamic group from building a mosque on property the group had bought.
The complaint alleges the town of Bernards discriminated against the Islamic Society of Basking Ridge by amending its zoning ordinances and treating the group differently than it treated other religious groups.

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — Gov. Tom Wolf has signed a bill into law that expands the list of firearms permitted for hunting in Pennsylvania to include semi-automatic rifles and handguns.
The new law doesn't make semi-automatic weapons legal for hunting in time for the upcoming firearm deer season, which begins Monday.
Semi-automatic firearms discharge one shot for each pull of the trigger. The next cartridge is automatically pushed into the firing chamber.
The use of semi-automatic rifles for hunting has been debated by legislators in some form since 2011. With its approval, Pennsylvania becomes the 49th state to allow hunters to use them.
Sen. Scott Hutchinson, a Venango Republican and co-sponsor of the bill, says he's pleased the measure is now law.

There is a terrible tragedy ongoing on the streets of Chicago affecting thousands of black lives, and no one on the left seems to care.

Paul Ryan was all smiles after Donald Trump won the Presidential election. He credited Trump for the coattails that helped save the Republican majorities in the House and Senate. But in a post-election interview, Ryan let it slip that he intends to squash efforts to implement a key part of Trump’s agenda. During the campaign, President-elect Trump made ending illegal immigration and deporting criminal illegal aliens a top policy priority. Many pundits believe it was Trump’s strong language on immigration in his announcement speech that rocketed him to the top of the GOP primary polls – a position he never relinquished. Trump stayed true to his immigration proposals during the general election and his belief in securing our borders, and his America First immigration policies were pivotal in his victory over Hillary Clinton. But now that the Republicans control the White House and both chambers of Congress, it is up to leadership in the House and Senate to pass the border security measures President-elect Trump campaigned on. And there is early word Paul Ryan may be trying to sabotage that work. In an interview with CNN, Ryan claimed deportations wouldn’t be a focus of a Trump administration.

Obama's DOJ Fines Denver Sheriff Department For Not Hiring Non-CitizensLeah Barkoukis Posted: Nov 22, 2016
president obama’s Justice Department is penalizing the Denver Sheriff Department for making U.S. citizenship a requirement for applicants.
The sheriff’s department will now have to pay a $10,000 fine for its hiring practices in 2015 and 2016. Additionally, the DOJ is requiring them to comb through old applications for those who were disqualified for being a non-citizen and consider those people for future positions.
“The Justice Department’s investigation found that from approximately Jan. 1, 2015, until approximately March 23, 2016, the Denver Sheriff Department discriminated based on citizenship status by requiring applicants for deputy sheriff positions to be U.S. citizens and publishing job postings with U.S. citizenship requirements, in violation of the INA,” the DOJ wrote in a statement.
“The INA’s anti-discrimination provision prohibits employers from limiting jobs to U.S. citizens except where the employer is required to do so by law, regulation, executive order or government contract. The Denver Sheriff Department was not subject to one of the INA’s exceptions.”
The settlement also requires that the sheriff’s department train its human resources employees on the INA’s anti-discrimination provision and change its policies to comply with those requirements.
“The Denver Sheriff Department maintains its commitment to treat all people with dignity and respect, and is proud to have one of the most diverse workplaces in Colorado,” sheriff’s spokesman Simon Crittle told The Denver Post. “While we didn’t commit this violation intentionally, we accept responsibility and are taking steps to clarify policy and amend language in hiring documents.”

A bill prefiled by Texas State Rep. Matt Krause would make it illegal for state or local law enforcement officers to enforce federal gun bans that contradict state law.
In other words, don’t mess with Texas. If a gun is legal in the Lone Star State, the feds can’t touch it.
Since the federal government largely relies on state and local law enforcement to execute federal gun bans, if passed the bill would nullify unconstitutional gun laws.
The bill, H.B. 110, reads, in part:
An agency of this state or a political subdivision of this state, and a law enforcement officer or other person employed by an agency of this state or a political subdivision of this state, may not contract with or in any other manner provide assistance to a federal agency or official with respect to the enforcement of a federal statute, order, rule, or regulation purporting to regulate a firearm, a firearm accessory, or firearm ammunition if the statute, order, rule, or regulation imposes a prohibition, restriction, or other regulation, such as a capacity or size limitation or a registration requirement, that does not exist under the laws of this state.

“Federal law enforcement is stretched too thin to stop them” and such laws “could have effects beyond a simple symbolic statement,” the Huffington Post huffed in 2015 when reporting on state efforts nullify federal gun bans.
Krause has called his bill “The Come And Take It Act,” referring to a 1835 incident in which Mexican soldiers, fearing a revolt, demanded the settlers of Gonzales, Texas, return to the government a cannon loaned to them as defense against Indian raiders. Flying a banner reading “Come And Take It,” the Texans used the cannon to fire on the attempted confisactors.

Obama has two months left in his presidency, and he’s using it to shut down aerial surveillance over the U.S/Mexican border. President Elect Donald Trump takes office in January, and President Obama wants to make Trump’s deportation promises as difficult as possible.
Obama’s Department of Homeland Security isn’t doing their job. Rather than secure the southern border to the best of their abilities, they’ve shut down vital measures to insure security. An obvious move to open the borders, undocumented people who wish to sneak into the U.S., rather than legally immigrate, are free to do so without difficulty. If they can’t be seen, they can’t be caught. Watchdogreports:
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security quietly shut down Operation Phalanx, an aerial surveillance program that intercepts drugs and illegal crossings along the Mexican border. Rep. Henry Cuellar, D-Laredo, vows to challenge DHS’s move, saying Congress provided “full funding” for 2017. Cuellar, a member of the House Appropriations Committee and the Homeland Security Subcommittee, is drafting a letter to DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson protesting the shutdown. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott and Cuellar challenged Johnson last February when DHS reduced Phalanx’s flight operations.
This time, Cuellar is seeking reinforcements from Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, and Reps. Mike McCaul, R-San Antonio, and John Carter, R-Round Rock.
Having worked in South Korea, I’m well aware of the importance of documented immigration. Should I snuck into the country, avoiding the legal process, I would not have claimed I was being oppressed should I have been deported. The argument that Trump’s border policies mean he’s racist and hates immigrants is a non sequitur. Our country has immigration laws the Obama administration would rather not enforce. Shutting down means of tracking illegal entry is a malicious move to make Trump’s plans to actually enforce our laws more difficult.
