After coming under huge pressure from his fans on social media, Italian opera singer Andrea Bocelli has decided not to perform at Donald Trump’s inauguration ceremony, which will take place one month from today after his victory was rubber-stamped by the Electoral College on Monday.
The Italian tenor had reportedly been courted by Trump in person last week after a performance at Madison Square Garden in New York, and was said to be pondering the offer.
Trump is known to be a huge fan of the blind singer, and has previously booked Bocelli to perform at a private party at his club in Florida.
However, under pressure from a backlash by his fans on social media, Bocelli has now stepped back from the proposed performance.

Somalis Given Access to Sensitive Information
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released 31 pages of records from U.S. Customs and Border Protection revealing that the Department of Homeland Security has given Somalis “community engagement tours,” including security briefings, in secured areas at least three major U.S. airports – Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and Columbus, Ohio.
The records came in response to a May 2016 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, which sought records, documents and communications regarding a “Community Engagement Tour” in Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport on February 18, 2016.
The briefings provided to the Somali groups were so sensitive that in 14 instances the agency redacted portions of the records under Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) exemption (B)(7)(e), the law-enforcement “risk circumvention” exemption, which reads:

Georgia Finds 9 More DHS Attempts To Hack State Election System

Posted on Thursday, 15th December 2016

Georgia is asking Donald Trump to investigate the DHS after discovering 9 more attempts to hack the state’s election system. As the corporate media continues to claim that Russia hacked the U.S. election system to help Donald Trump win the election, despite no proof and several agencies disavowing the claims, the only state reporting any hacking attempts is the state of Georgia.

Earlier today they revealed that the Department of Homeland Security has attempted to hack their election system 10 different times since February 2nd of this year. Georgia first revealed on December 8th the state discovered an attempt to hack it’s election system that originated from an IP address that was tracked to the United States Department of Homeland Security, making the revelations known in a publicly released letter the state sent to the agency demanding an explanation for the cyber attacks.

Barack Obama Just Accused Donald Trump of Treason

White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest has made a stunning admission.
He claimed Donald Trump knew about the Russians “hacking the election”.
And many are outraged at the Obama White House leveling the most serious charge possible at Donald Trump.
So much for a smooth transition of power.   READ MORE

The results of the election were decisive.
Trump won 306 Electoral College votes and won outside the margin in key states that were reversible under recounts.
But rather than look inward and examine the failed Obama policies that led to a massive repudiation in the 2016 election, the left has tried to undermine confidence in the American electoral system and steal the election at the Electoral College vote through threats and smear campaigns.

The FBI Just Gave Hillary Clinton Really Bad News

The FBI’s investigation into the Clinton Foundation struck at the heart of Bill and Hillary’s corrupt dealings.
But many thought comments made by President-elect Donald Trump after the election implied federal agents were going to stand down.
However a new report reveals just how much Bill and Hillary Clinton have to fear from this investigation.
Officials at the FBI field office in New York have been told to proceed with the investigation into the Clinton Foundation.

Electoral College Meets Amid Effort to Deny Trump Presidency
And you thought Election Day was in November.

Electors are set to gather in every state on Monday to formally elect Donald Trump president even as anti-Trump forces try one last time to deny him the White House.

Protests are planned for state capitals, but they are unlikely to persuade the Electoral College to dump Trump. An Associated Press survey of electors found very little appetite to vote for alternative candidates.

Republican electors say they have been deluged with emails, phone calls and letters urging them not to support Trump. Many of the emails are part of coordinated campaigns.

"The letters are actually quite sad," said Lee Green, a Republican elector from North Carolina. "They are generally freaked out. They honestly believe the propaganda. They believe our nation is being taken over by a dark and malevolent force."

Wirt A. Yerger Jr., a Republican elector in Mississippi, said, "I have gotten several thousand emails asking me not to vote for Trump. I threw them all away."

A joint session of Congress is scheduled for Jan. 6 to certify the results of the Electoral College vote, with Vice President Joe Biden presiding as president of the Senate. Once the result is certified, the winner — likely Trump — will be sworn in on Jan. 20.

The Electoral College has 538 members, with the number allocated to each state based on how many representatives it has in the House plus one for each senator. The District of Columbia gets three, despite the fact that the home to Congress has no vote in Congress.

To be elected president, the winner must get at least half plus one — or 270 electoral votes. Most states give all their electoral votes to whichever candidate wins that state's popular vote. Maine and Nebraska award them by congressional district.

The AP tried to reach all of the electors and interviewed more than 330 of them, finding widespread aggravation among Democrats with the electoral process, but little expectation Trump would be derailed.

Some Democrats have argued that the Electoral College is undemocratic because it gives more weight to less populated states. That is how Hillary Clinton, who got more than 2.6 million more votes nationwide, lost the election to Trump. Some have also tried to dissuade Trump voters by arguing that he is unsuited to the job. Others cite the CIA's assessment that Russia engaged in computer hacking to sway the election in favor of the Republican.

But despite the national group therapy session being conducted by some Democrats, only one Republican elector told the AP that he will not vote for Trump.

A raging guest article from Robert Ringer.
I rarely make predictions, because life has a way of coming up with surprises that can change the landscape in a hurry. As you know, however, one prediction that I felt completely comfortable making several years ago was that Hillary Clinton would never become president of the United States.
To me, it was a no–brainer, but many of my readers assured me that my prediction would be wrong. And, to be honest about it, I was surprised and disappointed that she came as close to winning as she did. But she did lose.

What A Sad Way To Go: MSNBC's Morning Joe Rips Clinton On Post-Election Blame Game Antics
Matt Vespa  Posted: Dec 19, 2016

Morning Joe Panel Slams Clinton's Response to Why She Lost The 2016 Election

MSNBC’s Morning Joe ripped Hillary Clinton’s sour grapes post-election persona, where she has blamed Russian hacking and FBI Director James Comey for costing her the election against President-elect Donald Trump. Clinton made these remarks to a bunch of donors last Thursday. Columnist Mike Barnicle said that this was a sad way for Clinton to leave public life,   adding that the Comey letter to Congress in which the FBI director said that they would be analyzing new emails found on the laptop of top aide Huma Abedin, reminded people of what Clinton didn’t do concerning handling her email fiasco: be transparent and have a credible story for this unusual email arrangement.
He also said that her campaign had no story, other than “it’s my turn.” The New York Times’ Jeremy Peters noted that this perpetual blame game allows the Clinton and the Democrat to avoid introspection and the tough question about why they lost this election.

A Major Republican Governor Just Sold Out Conservatives

Ohio Governor John Kasich based his failed presidential campaign – where he won just one contest and routinely finished at the bottom of the pack – on his brand of poking a stick in the eyes of conservatives to earn cheers from the left-wing press.
After returning to Columbus to finish out his term, Kasich was presented with a bill conservatives had fought tooth-and-nail to send to his desk.
But what Kasich did with the bill has made conservatives across the country label him as the worst sellout in America.
The Ohio legislature sent a “heartbeat bill” to the Governor’s desk.
The bill would have banned abortions after six weeks, at which point a fetal heartbeat is detected.
Kasich had the chance to save thousands of lives.
21,000 abortions were performed in Ohio just last year.
But rather than stand with the conservative activists who helped elect him by protecting protect the right of the most vulnerable in society, Kasich heartlessly vetoed the bill.
Lifezette reports on his bitter betrayal:
“However, Kasich also used his one-line veto power to strike down the Heartbeat Bill. This very important bill would have prohibited abortions once a fetal heartbeat is detected — and a baby’s heartbeat can be picked up at approximately six weeks.
The governor — and former presidential candidate — justified his split decision on these matters by explaining that other strict abortion laws have been ruled unconstitutional. It would be a waste of taxpayer dollars to sign such a controversial, conservative law in Ohio, he said. It would restrict a woman’s right to choose because she may not even know she is pregnant before the six-week mark, he noted.
Kasich’s effort, however, to find middle ground on an issue that is either right or wrong is vastly disappointing.
He has incensed pro-life conservatives and failed to appease pro-choice liberals. With his lukewarm compromise, he has merely condoned taking the lives of the smallest, most innocent human beings. His excuse that it would be a waste of taxpayer money makes no sense — since taxpayer money currently funds such pro-abortion organizations as Planned Parenthood.”
Republicans won a massive victory in Ohio when Trump trounced Clinton by nearly ten points.
And Senator Rob Portman won his re-election in a massive landslide.
Many experts believe a key part in this Republican wave was voters turning out to protect the Supreme Court seat which was vacant after Justice Antonin Scalia’s tragic death.
Voters believed appointing a conservative nominee – and allowing a President Trump along with a Republican senate to nominate and confirm conservative justices for future vacancies – would finally create a pro-life majority on the court.
But Kasich spit right in the fact of these voters.
Critics argue he has no idea how a future court would rule on the constitutionality of the “heart beat” bill.
President Trump and a Republican senate may very well place pro-life justices on the bench.
But critics also argue Kasich vetoed this legislation because he isn’t committed to being pro-life.
Protecting the rights of abortion mills in Ohio that end thousands of lives each year is just another sell-out in his long line of conservative sell outs.
And when he was in Congress, Kasich supported Bill Clinton’s gun ban.
He also strongly backs amnesty for illegal immigrants.
When he championed expanding ObamaCare in Ohio, he famously said he did so because when he got to the pearly gates, he would be asked what he did for the poor.
What will his answer be for what he did to protect unborn babies?

Borrowed from "thedaleygator"...I can't believe the STUPIDITY of these so called COLLEGE STUDENTS.

Shakespeare portrait removed to promote diversity  Because exclusion is the new inclusion

Students at the University of Pennsylvania have removed a portrait of Shakespeare from its Fisher-Bennett Hall and have replaced it with a picture of a black lesbian poet Audre Lorde in the name of “diversity.”
The most obvious question is this. Why not add the portrait of Lorde, rather than replacing Shakespeare? I mean Shakespeare is one of the most important literary figures in history after all. The answer, of course, is that this is not about diversity at all. It is about payback for all those “oppressed” students who are bitter, angry, and bigoted. It is also about racism. Shakespeare was White, so he is bad. Really these students are no different than any other bunch of racist buffoons are they? They are ignorant, hateful, and wish to force their views on others.
Perhaps more upsetting is the reaction of fellow students at UPenn and an English professor, who were all thrilled at this act of “inclusion”
Penn English professor and Department Chair Jed Esty was surprised to find a large portrait of William Shakespeare waiting in his office.
Now imagine, imagine an English professor reacting with apparent glee that Shakespeare is outta there!
“Students removed the Shakespeare portrait and delivered it to my office as a way of affirming their commitment to a more inclusive mission for the English department,” Esty wrote in the email. He added that the image of Lorde will remain until the department reaches a decision about what to do with the space.
Good Grief! There is nothing “inclusive” about their action. Adding a portrait, picture, whatever of Lorde and keeping the Shakespeare portrait would be inclusive. Now, consider what some students said

Is National Geographic Complicit in a Form of Child Abuse?

What comes to mind when you hear the words National Geographic? Do you think of exotic pictures from the jungles of Africa or up-close documentation of an erupting volcano or the discovery of a stone-age, Amazon tribe previously lost to civilization? If so, brace yourself.
The January, 2017 edition of this venerated publication focuses on the “Gender Revolution,” and it features the photo of a 9-year-old “trans-activist” on the front cover, accompanied by this quote: “The best thing about being a girl is, now I don’t have to pretend to be a boy.”

According to Fusion.net, this young child, named Avery Jackson, “rose to stardom last year when she began documenting her transition with ‘Avery Chats,’ a series of YouTube videos describing how she came to understand her identity at such a young age and eventually came out to her parents as trans.”

Is National Geographic now complicit in this “child abuse” by making a confused young child into an international celebrity?

That is between National Geographic and God, although the magazine’s readers will come to their own conclusions. I can only rue their celebration of the “gender revolution” and pray for God’s best for Avery.

Obama’s Pick For The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights Has Infuriated The Nation’s Largest Police Union  Matt Vespa  Posted: Dec 17, 2016

Obama’s Pick For The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights Has Infuriated The Nation’s Largest Police Union
While Debo Adegbile’s nomination to become Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division failed in 2014, President Obama decided to put him on the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights, which has infuriated the country’s largest police union. Adegbile was a lawyer with the NAACP that worked to appeal the conviction of Mumia Abu-Jamal, who murdered a Philadelphia police officer in 1981. The Abu-Jamal appeal is what sunk his assistant attorney general nomination. Even with Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) nuking the filibuster rules for presidential appointments, except for those relating to the Supreme Court, every Republican and seven Democrats voted against his nomination 52-47.
Now, The Fraternal Order of Police and The International Union of Police Associations have condemned his latest appointment, which carries a six-year term and does not require Senate confirmation (via Brent Scher/Free Beacon):
The Obama administration announced on Thursday that it was nominating Adegbile for a six-year term on the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Unlike its appointment of Adegbile in 2014 to chair the Justice Department Civil Rights Division, this nomination does not require approval from the Senate.
John McNesby, president of the Fraternal Order of Police’s chapter in Philadelphia, lashed out at the Obama administration over the appointment, calling it “Obama’s goodbye present to police across the nation.”
“That’s just the old kick in the teeth to the cops,” McNesby said during an appearance on the Dom Giordano Show on Friday morning. “I guess it’s Obama’s goodbye present to police across the nation.”
McNesby said that he saw the appointment as “payback to the FOP” and vowed that he would push the incoming Trump administration to fight it.

The International Union of Police Associations, a member organization of the AFL-CIO, also condemned the appointment on Friday.
“President Obama has, once again, gone out of his way to demonstrate his utter distain for our nation’s law enforcement officers,” said Sam Cabral, the union’s president, in a Friday statement.
Guess settling some old scores is on Obama’s docket before he makes his exit on January 20.

CNN Just Found Itself In Hot Water

CNN has fallen to third place.
Their woeful performance in TV ratings is largely due to their hopelessly biased coverage and trying to bring down Donald Trump.
Their coverage has become even more slanted post-election and it’s put the network in some deep trouble.
President-elect Trump continued to hammer the network for their coverage of his transition:

Hillary Clinton’s Scheme To Steal The Election Just Blew Up In Her Face

Before there were Russian hackers and death threats to Electoral College voters, the Democrat’s initial plan to try and steal the election was backing the recounts requested by Green Party candidate Dr. Jill Stein.
Stein pushed for recounts in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
But the results shocked everyone and left Hillary Clinton with an egg on her face.
Stein’s recount efforts were viewed by many as a fundraising scam.
She initially said her campaign needed $2.5 million to fund the recounts.
Then when she blew through that number, she claimed the recounts would cost $4.5 million.
Finally she settled on $7.5 million.
But her recount efforts were all for naught.
Wisconsin certified the results of Donald Trump as the winner.
The kicker was Trump even gained 162 more votes from the effort.
Thanks to Stein, Clinton actually lost the election by a tiny margin more than initially reported.
Her push for a recount in Pennsylvania was even more embarrassing.
She missed the deadline to file and requested a federal judge to order one on the grounds that the vote tallies were “hacked”.
The judge rejected her request and responded with a blistering opinion that tore Stein’s arguments to shreds.
CNN reports:
“Pennsylvania, meanwhile, said it certified Trump as its winner hours after a federal judge blocked Stein’s push for a recount, saying her suspicion of hacking “borders on the irrational.”
US District Judge Paul Diamond wrote in a 31-page decision that there are “at least six separate grounds” requiring him to deny Stein’s request for a by-hand count of Pennsylvania’s paper ballots.
“Most importantly, there is no credible evidence that any ‘hack’ occurred, and compelling evidence that Pennsylvania’s voting system was not in any way compromised,” Diamond wrote in the decision.
It’s the latest setback for Stein’s effort to have votes recounted in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania — three states where President-elect Donald Trump narrowly defeated Hillary Clinton.”
A federal judge in Michigan also put a stop to Stein’s ridiculous recount requests.
Clinton lost all three states by just under 100,000 votes.
The biggest swing ever in a recount was the 1,247 votes Al Gore cut in George W. Bush’s margin in Florida.
Pushing the recount was a fool’s errand by Clinton, but some argue she had two motivations.
Either she was trying to overturn the election results, or she was trying to delegitimize Trump’s victory and set him up for defeat in 2020.
She failed on both counts.
Donald Trump responded by gloating on Twitter.

So ...Ryan talked to Trump about the constitution....The way he acts I think Trump could teach Ryan a thing or two.....Why didn't anyone talk to obama about the constitution ? He's the one that STEPPED ALL OVER IT, WENT AROUND IT AS OFTEN AS HE COULD, Had no respect for the U.S. at all

Paul Ryan Says He Has Talked 'Extensively' About Constitution With Donald Trump

Paul Ryan And Donald Trump Have Discussed The US Constitution

Published on Dec 2, 2016
It was revealed in an excerpt of “60 minutes” that Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and President-Elect Donald Trump talk about the US constitution everyday. Ryan stated in the clip, “Oh, we’ve talked about that extensively. We’ve talked about the Constitution, Article 1 on the Constitution, the separation of powers. He feels very strongly, actually, that under President Obama’s watch, he stripped a lot of power away from the Constitution, away from the legislative branch of government, and we wanna reset the balance of power so that people and the Constitution are rightfully restored.”

My warning to China is a Christmas one.

"You'd better watch out. You'd better not cry. You'd better not   pout. I'm telling you why. Santa Claus is coming to town. He's making a list. Checking it twice."

If the Communists in China think they're going to test Donald Trump with an act of aggression in international waters I would advise them to reflect upon the fact he's not known to back down from a show of strength by an inferior enemy.
Think about it, he's just set up a huge fight over the Office of Management and Budget by suggesting Anti-Deficit Crusader Rep. Mick Mulvaney, a VERY strict fiscal conservative, as its leader.

Remember, too, he's looking at Rick Perry for the Department of Energy, a body the former Texas Governor has already threatened to shut down.

And don't forget, he can always call upon former United States Ambassador to the United Nations, John Bolton, if he wants to kick some diplomatic butts.

This isn't the pusillanimous Obama Administration, China. Be careful what you wish for.
