Find the Handcuffs: Trump’s DOJ Issues First Indictment of Uranium One Scandal   By V Saxena January 13, 2018

On Friday, the Justice Department filed an 11-count indictment against a Maryland businessman who bribed Russian officials in order to secure business contracts to transport uranium to the United States from a Russian entity linked to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
The businessman, Mark Lambert, previously served as the “co-president of a Maryland-based transportation company that provides services for the transportation of nuclear materials to customers in the United States and abroad,” according to a DOJ news brief.
The charges against Lambert involve an alleged plot by him and other company executives to bribe Vadim Mikerin, a top official at JSC Techsnabexport, or TENEX, “a subsidiary of Russia’s State Atomic Energy Corporation and the sole supplier and exporter of Russian Federation uranium and uranium enrichment services to nuclear power companies worldwide.”
Apparently, the company’s clients needed uranium, so Lambert and his peers bribed Mikerin in a bid to convince TENEX to conduct business with them.
But I know what you’re wondering: What does this have to do with Clinton? Possibly everything.
As noted by The Daily Wire, “TENEX is the commercial sales arm for Russia’s Rosatom, which took full control of Uranium One in 2013,” thus acquiring control over roughly 20 percent of the United States’ uranium production capacity.
“The sale occurred in stages, beginning in 2009 when Rosatom purchased a minority stake in Uranium One, and continued in 2010, when the Russian agency took ownership of a 51 percent share of the company,” adds Politico. “In 2013, a third transaction gave Rosatom full ownership of Uranium One.”

But the only reason Rosatom was able to get this far is because of Clinton, who “was secretary of state in 2010 when the State Department signed off on Rosatom’s purchase of Uranium One,” as noted by Politico.

That would be perfectly fine, I suppose, if it weren’t the mounds of evidence showing that “(s)everal of Uranium One’s owners were also donors to the Clinton Foundation, giving $145 million to the charitable foundation.”
While Politico further notes no direct evidence exists proving that these donations were meant as quid pro quo payments for Clinton’s approval of the Uranium One deal, conservatives have long believed — in part because of Clinton’s shady history — that they were indeed.
Dovetailing back to Lambert, the DOJ notes that between as early as 2009 and as late as October 2014, he and his peers made “corrupt and fraudulent bribery and kickback payments to offshore bank accounts associated with shell companies, at the direction of, and for the benefit of” Mikerin
The charges against him include one count of conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and commit wire fraud, seven counts of violating the FCPA, two counts of wire fraud and one count of “international promotion money laundering.”
Though conservatives are no doubt thrilled to see this bad man be brought to justice, I suspect many of them are patiently waiting for the day a similar indictment is finally at lost last filed against Hillary Rodham Clinton.
*fingers crossed*

Oprah Winfrey "White People Have To Die!"

Racist Oprah Winfrey Says - White People Have To Die Oprah Winfrey, one of the wealthiest people in the world, is throwing the race card again. During an interview with the BBC Friday, she not only said that President Obama is treated with disrespect because he's black, but also that entire generations of racists are going to have to die for racism to end WILL GOMPERTZ, BBC: The issue of the civil rights movement, and the way that black people around the world are treated, particularly I suppose in, around the world... OPRAH WINFREY: Around the world. GOMPERTZ: Around the world. Look at place like Russia, it's, you know... WINFREY: Around the world. GOMPERTZ: So is this, is this, I suppose from a movie point of view, what the movie and the messages hold and the other movies we were discussing, and "Scottsboro Boys," are these historical comments or are we still looking at a contemporary issue? WINFREY: Good question. Well phrased. Good job. It would be foolish to not recognize that we have evolved in that we're not still facing the same kind of terrorism against black people en masse as was displayed with the Scottsboro boys. It's gotten better. Are there still places where people are terrorized because of the color of their skin, because of the color of their black skin? Yes. But there are laws that have allowed us to progress beyond what we saw in the Scottsboro boys and beyond the even the prejudice we see in "The Butler." Notice that Winfrey added "color of their black skin." Why not just leave it as "color of their skin?" Why do folks such as her only see racism through the prism of how blacks are treated? By looking at the problem so narrowly, doesn't it make matters worse? We are by far the most diverse nation in the world containing more ethnic and religious groups than any other on the planet. Likely each of them has at times rightly or wrongly felt mistreated for the color of their skin or their religious beliefs. When we as a nation look at this problem more honestly and not just as it pertains to one group, racism will have a chance of being solved. Unfortunately, Winfrey has another solution: GOMPERTZ: Are you saying problem solved? WINFREY: I'm saying problem not solved. I'm saying that, you know, that's the beauty of a film like "The Butler," and it's the beauty of a film like "12 Years a Slave," and it's the beauty of what we're seeing on stage with "Scottsboro Boys" is that it allows people to see where the root of the problem started. It allows people to see, "Oh, that's where it all started, this is how far we've come, and now this is how much farther we need to go." Of course problem is not solved. You know, as long as people can be judged by the color of their skin, problem's not solved. As long as there are people who still, there's a whole generation -- I say this, you know, I said this, you know, for apartheid South Africa, I said this for my own, you know, community in the south - there are still generations of people, older people, who were born and bred and marinated in it, in that prejudice and racism, and they just have to die. So in Winfrey's view, it's older white people that are the problem, and once they die, racism ends. Yet three months ago, she said of the George Zimmerman verdict, "It's ridiculous to look at that case and not to think that race was involved." Zimmerman's only 30 years old and is Hispanic. It is patently absurd to suggest that racism is caused by old white people when racism and religious bigotry cut across all generations and ethnicities. But folks such as Winfrey don't want to look at it that way, for they have a different agenda: GOMPERTZ: Do you think, has it ever crossed your mind that some of the treatment of Obama and the challenges he's faced and some of the reporting he's received is because he's an African-American, and if he wasn't an African-American, if he was a white guy, those wouldn't have happened, he wouldn't have been treated in quite the same way, he wouldn't have to deal with quite the same confrontations? Some question, huh? You'd think Obama was the first president to ever have challenges and confrontations. Was Gompertz on another planet when George W. Bush was regularly being attacked by his opponents? With the race card nicely placed on the tee, Winfrey predictably hit it a long way:

Who Is Crazy?   Susan Stamper Brown Posted: Jan 08, 2018

Who Is Crazy?

As Sen. Ted Cruz said last year, “The Democratic Party’s base is bat-crap-crazy,” especially when it comes to President Trump and will believe, do and say anything if they think doing so damages him

More recently, they’ve latched on like leeches to Michael Wolff’s new book, “Fire and Fury,” which the author himself admits he’s not sure if everything is true. The book’s prologue states: “Many of the accounts of what has happened in the Trump White House are in conflict with one another; many, in Trumpian fashion, are baldly untrue. These conflicts, and that looseness with the truth, if not with reality itself, are an elemental thread of the book.”

In essence, Wolff unloaded a pile of garbage and dutiful Democrats were right there to scoop it up. They will cling to Wolff’s book like they did the Fusion GPS Steele dossier, which we now know was little more than a political ploy cooked up by the Democratic Party, the Clinton campaign and the Russians. An interesting side note-when the dossier scheme was being cooked up, Michelle Obama was speaking at the DNC convention saying, “When they go low we go high,” which roughly translated means, “When they go low, we scrape the bottom.”

King Solomon once wrote in the book of Proverbs the most annoying sound on the planet was a nagging wife.  Obviously, he’d never heard what Democrats sound like after they lose elections.

Anti-Gun Celebs Gather For Golden Globes Under Protection Of Men With Guns    January 7, 2018 by Tom Knighton

One of Hollywood’s premiere events is taking place later today with the Golden Globes set to take the stage. Host Seth Meyers has already promised to get political during the show–which never turns out badly for Hollywood, now does it–and that may well mean some slams on guns and gun ownership.

Even if it doesn’t, however, the audience will be filled with people who have pontificated on the topic of firearms and the Second Amendment, usually without having a freaking clue what they’re talking about. They’ll be sitting there with their fellow celebrities and, oddly enough, they’ll be nice and safe.

Why?
Because despite their insistence that guns are a problem, they’ll be protected by men with guns.

This gets real - what do YOU think of Chelsea Manning?
 American Military News

I knew Chelsea Manning in Basic Combat Training. Here's the story you haven't heard

January 2017 – as one of his final acts in office, President Obama yesterday commuted the 35-year prison sentence of Chelsea Manning down to just four years with a scheduled release date of 17 May 2017. For supporters, it must have been an unbelievable victory, and for her critics, an outrage. For those that have known her, there’s an added dimension of anecdotes, personal interactions, and concrete memories of her conduct, all of which color the quality of that commutation. She is a hero to some, a traitor to others.

Unable to Defeat Trump at the Polls, Dems Enlist Yale Psych Prof to Diagnose Him Mentally Unfit
"an emergency evaluation of the president’s mental capacity, by force if necessary"

What if you knew a truth about someone that harboured dangers of such magnitude that it could be the key to future human survival? What if that "someone" happened to be the President of the United States? And what if you were told to keep silent about it? In a controversial new book, "The Dangerous Case of Donald Trump", Yale psychiatrist Bandy X. Lee and 27 colleagues argue that their "duty to warn" the world about Trump’s mental health overrides any professional gag order.
Dr. Lee speaks to FRANCE 24’s Douglas Herbert about Donald Trump’s state of mind, and why remaining silent just wasn’t an option.

FBI Deception Exposed, Congress Finds Written Evidence Of Clinton Criminal Acts

Deputy Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe testified in a closed session to congressmen. His testimony suggested that the FBI’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email server investigation was unusual, and designed to reach their preferred conclusion: that Hillary Clinton committed no crime and should not be charged with anything.
While the media is focusing all their attention on a witch-hunt looking to find anything that even sounds like collusion between Russia and the Donald Trump campaign, evidence of collusion of another sort keeps coming to light.  Strangely, that evidence always comes back to one name; Clinton. All the proof suggests that Hillary Clinton colluded in one way or another.
Evidence has recently come to light that Hillary’s State Department colluded with the New York Times to respond to negative press.  There’s evidence that the Hillary campaign colluded with Russian individuals to prepare a dossier to smear Donald Trump with.  Recently, even more evidence has come to light that Hillary Clinton received special treatment from the Federal Bureau of Investigations concerning her use of a private email server and the flow of CLASSIFIED documents through that server.
Republicans on congressional committees claim that they have found yet MORE evidence of contradictions and double standards concerning the investigation of Hillary’s private email server. These are not just ‘anonymous sources’ making claims concerning information they may not be privy to; these claims have real weight behind them.

During his campaign, candidate Donald Trump promised to bring Hillary Clinton to justice for the crimes she committed in removing classified information from secure systems. However, it seems like there is little to no will to actually bring Hillary to justice, and even President Trump seems to have his attention elsewhere.

The more time goes by, the more obvious it becomes that Hillary Clinton is guilty of multiple crimes, and that she simply wasn’t charged due to her political connections.  The Clinton family remains a shining example of how there are two standards in the United States: one for the everyday person, and a much more lenient standard for the politically connected.
