Philadelphia Schools Fined 2.3 Million For Blatant Anti-White Discrimination   By Phoenix Brooks | privilege

A six year lawsuit involving security contracts going to companies based on the racial makeup of their owners has been settled, and the courts have found that a Philadelphia school district is guilty of racism against white people.

The case begins back in 2010, when a Newton based security firm, Security & Data Technologies Inc (SDT), was offered a $7.5 million no-bid contract to install security cameras in multiple schools. These particular Philadelphia area schools were labeled as ‘persistently dangerous.’

As SDT was finishing the preliminary work, Superintendent Arlene Ackerman, who has since passed away, chose to award the contract to Philadelphia based security firm, IBS Communications by claiming it to be an emergency contract.

  

After the decision was handed down, the school district released a public statement saying that it was disappointed with the outcome of the case.

It sounds crazy but it may not actually be that crazy. According to the Vatican, Pope Francis sent $500k to assist migrants in the caravans at the US-Mexico border. This comes at a time where most officials inside the U.S. acknowledge that there is a major crisis at the border.

The Pope used money from the "Peter's Pence collections" to assist the migrants at the border. What's the motive here? Is it to help the migrants and keep them safe at the border? Is it to simply keep them at the border?

“The Catholic Church hosts thousands of them in hotels within the dioceses or religious congregations, providing basic necessities, from housing to clothing,”

One has to wonder why the Pope wouldn't just send that money to their hometowns and assist them there. After all, not all of these folks are escaping violence or oppression. Many are just looking to come to the U.S., illegally and quickly, instead of waiting in line.

The president has repeatedly floated the idea of closing certain parts of the southern border in order to stem what he described previously as an “attempted invasion of illegals.”

President Trump may be onto something here. We are seeing massive caravans of illegals showing up at our border and, just recently, attack our Border Patrol agents.

U.S. officials said they arrested or denied entry to more than 103,000 people along the border with Mexico in March, more than twice as many as the same period in 2018.

Trump has pushed this issue and recognized the seriousness of the problem from the beginning of his campaign. Republicans didn't act for safety when they had the power and it seems democrats won't act in defense our citizens either. The president could sure use a little help from the members of Congress to ensure the safety of the citizens of the U.S. Will he get it?

No need to wait on a bill from Congress. Turns out, Donald Trump’s most repeated and significant campaign promise is a building project that could literally get started on day one.

That’s because Congress has already passed a bill that authorizes a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.

In fact, the Secure Fence Act, passed with bipartisan support in 2006 including “yea” votes from then Senators Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, authorizes the Secretary of Homeland Security to “take all actions the secretary determines necessary and appropriate to achieve and maintain operational control over the entire international land and maritime borders of the United States.”

According to the Washington Examiner’s Byron York:
Specifically, the law called for the usual mix of high-tech sensors, cameras, border checkpoints, vehicle barriers and other measures along the U.S.-Mexico border. And then it ordered Homeland Security to “provide for [at]* least 2 layers of reinforced fencing” and “the installation of additional physical barriers” for hundreds of miles on the southern border. For example, it ordered double fencing for the area “10 miles west of the Calexico, California port of entry to 5 miles east of the Douglas, Arizona, port of entry” — a span that would cover nearly the entire Arizona-Mexico border. The law ordered heavy fencing in other border areas as well.

The law’s reference to “at least” a double-layer fence, plus its mention of “additional physical barriers,” suggests that Congress specified the minimum amount that Homeland Security should do — not the maximum.

Jessica Vaughn of the Center for Immigration Studies told the Examiner: “The Secure Fence Act and the later amendment give full leeway to the president to determine what kind of fencing is appropriate, as long as it enhances security. Clearly, action to upgrade the existing fencing and add additional barriers is authorized. If the president and his border security team want a wall instead of a fence, or an electric fence instead of a double chain link, or a fence of flowers instead of steel, they can do it.”

Obama appointed federal judge shuts down Michigan recount

A “later amendment” was passed the next year, sponsored by Texas Republican Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson, that gave DHS some leeway in the construction, but it did nothing to prevent more from being done.

So in effect, should Trump decide to keep his promise (and there’s no reason to think he won’t), construction could begin on day one of his presidency, completing a job that was only barely started with 36.3 miles of double-layer fencing existing now along America’s 1,954 mile southern border.

York writes that lawsuits will be the most serious obstacle for Trump’s wall, “From environmentalists. From property owners. From activist groups. From political opponents. From gadflies. From all around.”

Thankfully, Trump-the-builder has more than a little experience dealing with such frivolities, which may turn out to be the billionaire-developer turned president-elect’s most valuable experience yet.

House Oversight and Reform Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings is threatening fines or even imprisonment for a former White House official if he refuses to satisfactorily answer questions when he appears for a closed-door interview on Wednesday.

“There is no tool in our toolbox that we should not explore,” Cummings (D-Md.) told reporters on Tuesday, warning that he could move to hold former White House Personnel Security Director Carl Kline in contempt of Congress.

The committee is investigating the White House security clearance process, including allegations from a whistleblower that Kline overruled career national security officials in approving security clearance applications that were initially denied.

Some administration officials who applied for clearances were flagged for potential foreign influence risks, according to Tricia Newbold, who has worked at the White House for nearly 20 years under administrations of both parties. Newbold also alleged that Kline retaliated against her when she raised concerns about the clearance process.

The White House has permitted Kline to only answer general questions about the security clearance process, something Cummings said the committee has already been briefed on. White House Counsel Pat Cipollone has also demanded that a lawyer from his office be present during Kline’s transcribed interview. Cummings initially rejected that demand, but said he would allow it for Wednesday’s interview in the interest of fairness.

“I’m going to make it clear — and my staff will make it clear — that if he comes in there tomorrow and if all he wants to talk about is process, which we already know, and does not want to talk about his actions with regard to retaliation and what happened in these cases, then we will move forward to take whatever action we have to take to enforce our subpoena,” Cummings told POLITICO.

“I’m going to make that clear: don’t waste my time,” Cummings added. “We can’t afford to have any stalling.”

Donald Trump Jr. on Saturday ripped The New York Times over a cartoon published in its international print edition this week that the newspaper pulled due to "anti-Semitic tropes."

"Disgusting. I have no words for flagrant anti-Semitism on display here," the president's son tweeted. "Imagine this was in something other than a leftist newspaper?"

The Times' opinion section apologized on Saturday for the cartoon, which depicted President Trump wearing a yarmulke and walking a portrayal of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as a dog on a leash.

"The image was offensive, and it was an error of judgment to publish it," the newspaper said in a tweet. "It was provided by The New York Times News Service and Syndicate, which has since deleted it."

New York City Civil Court Judge Ellen Edwards ignored prosecutors’ requests to hold “G Stone Crips” member Ismail Abraham on a $25,000 bond for his most recent offense, the New York Post reported.

Instead, she imposed a homework assignment and an 8 p.m. curfew on the known gang member.

Abraham, 18, has four previous arrests, all of which have been sealed.

President Donald Trump on Thursday called into Sean Hannity's show to discuss the findings of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report. Attorney General William Barr made it very clear that no collusion and no obstruction took place between Trump's 2016 presidential campaign and Russia. Now that more information is being released, we've learned mainstream media outlets, like BuzzFeed and the Washington Post, were sent unsubstantiated information about alleged leaks. The outlets wrote news stories on the information, although it wasn't verified. And guess what happened? The FBI used those exact news articles to investigate and spy on the Trump campaign. 

Translation: The entire "investigation" saga was, as Trump has said, a witch hunt.

In President Trump's eyes, he believes this Russia probe is "far bigger than Watergate." In fact, he believes "it's possibly the biggest scandal in political history."

And, in a lot of ways, Trump is right. America saw an unprecedented attack on our elections and our way of life. Those attacks weren't just from Russia and other foreign agencies. Those attacks came from government officials who abused their power and an overzealous liberal media who wanted to make sure Secretary Hillary Clinton won the election...and look how well that worked out for them.

Even though we have the evidence that no collusion or obstruction took place, the Democrats are still trying to run with this idea that Trump and his team did something wrong. And who's leading the charge? The same news outlets – CNN, MSNBC, WaPo, New York Times – whose reporting lead America down this rabbit hole. And, to make matters even worse, a few of the news organizations won Pulitzer Prizes...for stories that weren't even true!

Look, there's no doubt about it, Watergate was a horrible scandal that shook America to its core. It was nasty and showed the truly ugly side of politics (as if there's really any glamor?) but the Russia probe has proven that a handful of people's disdain for one man can truly derail America as we know it. Government agencies shouldn't interject themselves into our elections. Neither should foreign governments. We need to call this what it is: a political hit job that didn't go according to plan...and it's a good thing their plan went haywire.
