Dr. Michael Baden, the former New York City medical examiner hired by the Epstein family to oversee the autopsy, said in a new interview that no DNA test was performed on Epstein to confirm the identity of the Justice Department’s highest profile suspect who died mysteriously in federal custody.
Shockingly, Dr. Baden — who worked on hundreds of high-profile cases during a five-decade medical career — added:
“He (Epstein) was brought there (to the Coroner’s office) from the prison and had been previously identified in the prison,” Baden said during an exclusive interview. “Now, if somebody switched the body in the prison, you know that’s beyond our expertise.”

Federal officials maintain Epstein was found dead in his Manhattan federal prison cell in New York City in August, a reported victim of suicide. But Dr. Baden revealed in a separate interview on FOX News just last week that Epstein’s autopsy and body showed telltale signs of homicide, specifically homicidal strangulation.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff began the hearing with his opening statements, saying that the president’s July 25 phone call with Ukraine was an impeachable offense and questioning whether Trump was trying to “exploit” the country’s “vulnerability” for his own personal gain. The inquiry, which is based on an August whistleblower complaint, has received pushback from Republicans who have voiced support for being able to question the person behind the complaint.
Arguments broke out after opening statements about who the whistleblower is and whether House members will be able to question the person. Republican New York Rep. Elise Stefanik announced a point of order before hearing from two witnesses. She noted that “only one member and their staff on this committee has direct knowledge of the identity of the whistleblower” and wondered if Schiff would be preventing witnesses from answering members’ questions as he had “in the closed-door depositions.”

The impeachment hearings started on Wednesday and almost immediately, far-left Representative Adam Schiff lied to the American public when he claimed that he did not know the identity of the anti-Trump whistleblower who started the entire impeachment inquiry.
This claim is blatantly false considering Schiff and his staff met with the whistleblower multiple times before the whistleblower complaint was even made.

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff is threatening Republican lawmakers ahead of the first public impeachment inquiry hearing on Wednesday and warning that any criticism of the whistleblower could prompt an Ethics Committee investigation. Schiff is also going out of his way to protect the Biden's from scrutiny.
"As explained in my November 9, 2019, response to the Ranking Member, it is important to underscore that the House's impeachment inquiry, and the Committee, will not serve as venues for any Member to further the same sham investigations into the Bidens or into debunked conspiracies about the 2016 U.S. election interference that President Trump pressed Ukraine to undertake for his personal political benefit," Schiff wrote in a memo to the Committee laying out the rules for the hearing. "Nor will the Committee facilitate any efforts by President Trump or his allies to threaten intimidate, or retaliate against the whistleblower who courageously and lawfully raised concerns about the President's conduct."

So The New York Times reported that Joe Biden’s own staff thought the Ukrainian gas company Burisma paying Hunter Biden $83,333/month while his father was Vice President was “unseemly” or “worse” — and they made State Department officials help them do damage control.

So it seems Sen. Chuck Schumer wants to implement “impeachment reform” because the rules for impeachment that are already in place are going to unravel their evil little plans.
On Sunday, Schumer said, “I’m ready to sit down with Leader McConnell and try to come up with fair rules [on impeachment]. There’s no reason why we shouldn’t be able to do that.”

In San Francisco, California, there’s a new District Attorney in town.
What’s puzzling about the new D.A. though is that it seems he doesn’t like prison. The term brazenly thrown around is “Criminal Justice Reform”, but while some seek actual reform, there’s the group of individuals that proclaim it’s racist and broken and fail to say how to fix the alleged malfunctions.
Chesa Boudin, the son of two murderous, anti-war extremists sent to prison for murder when he was a toddler, managed to win San Francisco’s race for district attorney after campaigning to reform the criminal justice system.
