Vindman Exposed For Exaggerating Resume Before Hearing 2019-11-19 by: TTN Staff

 

A new report from the Federalist indicates that Colonel Alexander Vindman, who testified against the Trump administration on Tuesday before a Congressional Impeachment hearing, exaggerated his resume.

The report follows criticism from the White House which questioned Vindman's judgement. 

As The Federalist reports:

Lt. Colonel Alexander Vindman was caught exaggerating his resume and his role in the White House to congressional lawmakers in Tuesday’s round of public hearings during the Democrats’ partisan impeachment proceedings.

Vindman previously claimed in his opening statement to be the “principal advisor to the National Security Advisor and the president on Ukraine and the other countries in my portfolio.”

When asked about the claim however by Republican Congressman Mike Turner of Ohio, Vindman admitted to having never met, spoken with, or advised the president on anything.
“You’ve never spoken to the president and told him advice on Ukraine,” Turner said.“ That is correct,” Vindman said.

AG Barr Unloads On Democrats, Accuses Them of Sabotaging Trump

During a Federalist Society dinner in Washington D.C. on Friday evening, Attorney General William Barr unloaded on congressional Democrats, accusing them of "sabotaging" President Trump and his administration.

“I deeply admire the American presidency as a political and constitutional institution,” Barr said. “Unfortunately over the past several decades, we have seen a steady encroachment on executive authority by the other branches of the government.”

He continued by hammering Democrats for trying to obstruct President Trump's appointees.

“Immediately after President Trump won the election, opponents inaugurated what they called the ‘resistance,’ and they rallied around an explicit strategy of using every tool and maneuver to sabotage the functioning of the executive branch and his administration,” Barr added.

“The cost of this constant harassment is real,” he continued.

Barr finished: “The fact is, that, yes, while the president has certainly thrown out the traditional beltway playbook and punctilio, he was upfront about what he was going to do and the people decided that he was going to serve as president,” he said.

Barr’s comments came on the same day the House Intelligence Committee held its second day of public hearings in the House impeachment inquiry.

Trump has been caught up in an impeachment inquiry over allegations that he pressured Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden and his son Hunter, who served on the board of a Ukrainian energy company.

During an interview with Sean Hannity of Fox News on Friday, conservative show host Mark Levin shredded Democrats for their bogus impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump.

Levin hammered House Democrats for their “outrageous violation of the Constitution” and slammed the media for claiming that a tweet by President Trump was "witness intimidation."

During an interview with Sean Hannity of Fox News on Friday, conservative show host Mark Levin shredded Democrats for their bogus impeachment inquiry into President Donald Trump.

Levin hammered House Democrats for their “outrageous violation of the Constitution” and slammed the media for claiming that a tweet by President Trump was "witness intimidation."

“You know, Sean, this is amazing,” Levin started. “I hope the American people know what you are witnessing is tyranny. You can have tyranny of the legislature. You can have tyranny of the executive branch. You can have tyranny of the judiciary. You are witnessing tyranny in the House of Representatives in the Intelligence Committee that doesn’t do intelligence work anymore. This is an outrageous violation of the Constitution. Here’s the constitution. How often is the Constitution read during these hearings? Never. Never. And it’s never going to be because they are destroying the Constitution of the United States. They are undermining the franchise. By they, I not only mean the Democrats on this committee, I mean the media.”
