After a Look at This Woman’s T-Shirt, You Won’t Have Much Trouble Determining What She Got Busted for Nov. 9, 2014    Dave Urbanski     Deborah Asher couldn’t have been looking for this much trouble, right?Whatever was going through the mind of the 37-year-old from Somerset, Kentucky, she got hold of a black T-shirt emblazoned with the phrase, “I (heart-symbol) Crystal Meth.”

 

Ready for the plot twist? Asher was arrested Tuesday on charges of possessing crystal meth, WKYT-TV reported — and she wore said T-shirt for her mug shot.
K-9s helped out the investigation by finding several grams of crystal meth as well as a set of digital scales. Asher was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, first degree, as well as possession of methamphetamine, WKYT said.
She remained in custody on a $25,000 bond, The Daily Mail reported.

Using “gun violence” as its cover, the Obama administration has quietly unleashed a cache of federal dollars that will be used for testing students for signs of mental health issues in K-12 schools.
Critics say personal information scooped up in the screenings will be logged into databases that will follow the child throughout his or her academic career and beyond.
Public schools, which have increasingly taken on aspects of psychiatric clinics in recent years, will get infused with more than $150 million in federal grants to further this agenda under the auspices of Obama’s 2013 executive action titled “Now is the Time to Do Something About Gun Violence.”
Obama took the action following the Sandy Hook, Connecticut, school shooting, putting Vice President Joe Biden in charge of a task force on “gun violence.”
These are the goals that came out of Biden’s task force:

• Strengthen the background check system for gun sales
• Require background checks for all gun sales
• Pass a new, stronger ban on assault weapons
• Limit ammunition magazines to 10 rounds
• Finish the job of getting armor-piercing bullets off the streets
• Give law enforcement additional tools to prevent and prosecute gun crime
• End the freeze on gun violence research
• Make our schools safer with new resource officers and counselors, better emergency response plans and more nurturing school climates
• Ensure quality coverage of mental health treatment, particularly for young people.

The last two measures are where the mental health screenings for students come into play.

President Barack Obama says he intends to issue an order easing the threat against deportation for immigrants in the country illegally.

He'd act despite warnings from Republican leaders that he would be poisoning the well with a newly elected GOP-controlled Congress.

Obama tells CBS' "Face the Nation" that even if he goes ahead, there still would be room for Congress to pass immigration legislation.

He says if Congress does act, it would take the place of whatever he puts into place by his own authority.

Obama is expected to issue an order before the end of the year.

It's a step that incoming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker John Boehner both warned against in postelection news conferences.

UPDATE WITH NAME: Racist Texas High School Teacher Tells Whites To “Kill Themselves”

A violently racist high school teacher in Texas is telling white people who give their opinions about the Ferguson shooting to kill themselves. The teacher quickly deleted her twitter account, but a screen shot indicates it was @duckseason6. She works at Duncanville High School.

The actual name of the teacher has been difficult to nail down, but in the twitter post, she writes:

“Who the fuck made you dumb duck ass crackers think I give a squat fuck about your opnions about my opinions. RE: #Ferguson? Kill yourselves.”

Interestingly, while WeaselZippers is reporting the tweet, as is the site “Young Conservatives,” they don’t identify the teacher by name.
The twitter feed she used to spew her violent, racist remarks was taken down, but another Twitter feed that belongs to her, @_SouthernGirl70, is still up and running.
When and if her identity is disclosed, we will let you know – in addition to any disciplinary action that may be taken.

Congressman: We Will Impeach Obama “Immediately” for Passing Amnesty

President Barack Obama simply doesn’t seem to care about the constitutional limits on the power of the presidency, despite the fact that, as a senator and presidential candidate, he often complained about George W. Bush exceeding the authority of his office.
Obama has issued numerous executive orders and taken other actions that have been countermanded by the Supreme Court unanimously–that is, with the full agreement of even the four liberal judges–over a dozen times. Rather that rethink his position vis-à-vis the other branches of government, Obama continues to look for more ways to ignore the Congress, the courts, and the Constitution in the pursuit of his liberal agenda.   
Now the president is threatening to do it again, this time with sweeping immigration reform that he plans to announce in coming weeks. According to patdollard.com, Representative Steve King says that if that happens, “the House of Representatives will immediately begin impeachment proceedings.”
The Iowa Republican says that not all of his party in the House support impeachment today, but that would change if Obama “completely destroys the rule of law with the stroke of a pen” by granting work permits through executive order. King says that’s not only what he believes should happen; it’s what he believes will happen.
“That’s my position and that’s my prediction,” King said, also predicting “a thunderclap of eruption” from both Congress and everyday Americans in response to any grant of amnesty by Obama.
  
Representative King may actually be understating the truth in this case. Polling indicates that Americans do not support amnesty–in fact, they support increasing deportations by a significant margin. Moreover, fully one third of the American people already support impeaching President Obama, according to a recent CNN poll–not exactly an unbiased source.
Even some prominent liberals and Democrats are now denouncing Obama’s usurpation of power from Congress, and one would think that Democrats in the House and Senate would wake up to that reality sooner or later.
At this point, impeaching President Obama seems to many observers to be not an option for the House, but its responsibility. Waiting until after the midterm elections is probably wise, but waiting much longer than that might not be.

Loretta Lynch, the U.S. attorney in Brooklyn, is expected to be President Barack Obama's pick for attorney general, U.S. officials briefed on the matter said.

An announcement is expected in the coming days, though the timing is complicated by the President's plans to travel to Asia this weekend.

People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is slamming the Discovery Channel for airing an episode of Eaten Alive that shows a man–New Jersey native Paul Rosolie—being gobbled up whole by an anaconda. Network sources are saying that the snake is still alive and wasn’t harmed during the filming process, but that’s not enough for PETA. More from People.
    “This blatant publicity stunt sounds far-fetched, but if the description is accurate, the snake was tormented and suffered for the sake of ratings, as animals usually do when they’re used for entertainment,” PETA, which has yet to see the special, said in a statement. “Anacondas go days without eating and expend the energy needed to do so selectively. Making this snake use up energy by swallowing this fool and then possibly regurgitating him would have left the poor animal exhausted and deprived of the energy that he or she needs.”

    "Shame on this pseudo 'wildlife expert' for tormenting this animal, and shame on the Discovery Channel for giving him the incentive to do so," the group continued. "PETA has not heard back after reaching out to the Discovery Channel asking them to pull the show, whether it is a hoax or not."

A brand new, post-election poll on Americans’ feelings about illegal immigration shows that the public, by an almost 2-to-1 margin, clearly favors:

-enforcement of current law,
-repatriation of young illegal immigrants to their home countries, and
-limiting the President’s ability to use executive action to legalize immigrants on his own.

In other words, this new survey, like so many before it, finds that Americans by and large disagree with Barack Obama’s immigration policies and his stated intent to move forward with executive action on amnesty.

 

Before heading to the White House for a scheduled meeting with the president and other Congressional leaders today, Friday, John Boehner issued a stern warning to Obama about proceeding with any executive order on Illegal immigration.

“I’ve made clear to the president that if he acts unilaterally on his own outside of his authority, he will poison the well and there will be no chance for immigration reform moving in this Congress,” Boehner said.
“When you play with matches, you take the risk of burning yourself. And he’s going to burn himself if he continues to go down this path.”

And while no Republican leader on the hill is now mentioning the “i” word — impeachment — Fox News Senior Judicial Analyst, Judge Andrew Napolitano, certainly is.
In no uncertain terms, Judge Napolitano says that if Obama does what he says he will do regarding amnesty, Republicans in Congress will have “very little recourse” for stopping him other than pursuing impeachment.

Issa reacts to Holder attacking him in Fast and Furious docs House oversight committee Chairman Darrell Issa told Fox News on Thursday that a massive trove of emails handed to his office on the eve of the elections indicates Attorney General Eric Holder was “at the heart” of deliberations over the Operation Fast and Furious scandal.

More than 64,000 pages of documents were given to the committee Monday night, a move Issa, R-Calif., said was a ploy to make sure they didn’t sway the election. But he said his staff is starting to go through them – already, one email exchange has surfaced in which Holder in 2011 blasted Issa “and his idiot cronies” looking into the botched anti-gun trafficking operation.

     In that email, published by The Wall Street Journal, Holder claimed Issa and others “never gave a damn about” the program “when all that was happening was that thousands of Mexicans were being killed with guns from our country.” He accused them of trying only to “cripple ATF and suck up to the gun lobby.”

Issa rejected the charges, saying on Fox News the culpability lies with higher-ups, not the ATF, anyway.

‘I’m pretty sure I’ll take some actions that some in Congress will not like,’ he said. ‘That’s natural. That’s how Democracy works.’
Much of reporters’ tussling with the president focused on executive orders related to immigration reform – what some tea party Republicans call an ‘amnesty’ – which he plans to implement this year.
He acknowledged that the GOP won Tuesday’s elections, but framed the results as a mandate for Republicans to work with him, instead of the other way around.
‘Obviously the Republicans had a good night,’ he said.

Polls were taken yesterday in Alabama. One of the amendments was whether or not to ban foreign laws from being reinforced or even recognized in their state.

      By voting, voters made sure that no Sharia Law (Islam laws) could be ever recognized or imposed in their courts.
With a large consent the amendment was added to the Alabama Constitution.
Statewide Amendment 1: Called “The American and Alabama Laws for Alabama Courts Amendment,” Amendment 1 relates to the application of foreign law during the legal process involving an Alabama citizen. Foreign law refers to the laws of other countries or cultures. Currently, judges or other legal authorities discern whether foreign law is applied. Amendment 1 would create constitutional protection that foreign law is not applied if it violates the guaranteed rights of Alabama citizens.
Muslims were outraged claiming that the amendment was racist.
Alabama voters reminded them that Islam is not a race and many of the Sharia laws go against the American Constitution.

As of now, the Republicans hold a 53-seat majority, although they may gain another seat in Louisiana. 
Voters across the United States stood against President Barack Obama’s policies and, in doing so, have elected candidates who will stand up for the Second Amendment.
We now have more new pro-gun Senators and Congressmen heading to Capitol Hill to aid as reinforcements in the battle to protect our right to keep and bear arms.
GOA’s Political Victory Fund was proud to endorse a number of these new pro-gun Senators -- men and women who will stand up for the Second Amendment and for the freedom of firearms ownership.

First lady michelle obama did both on Monday in an interview with TVOne’s “NewsOne Now,” telling host Roland Martin that black people should vote Democrat no matter who is on the ticket.

TVOne targets black viewers, with a website that says it“represents a connection to the authentic, rich, and diverse experience of African American life, history, and culture.                           
Essentially, the first lady told Martin that blacks cannot and should not think for themselves and instead be mindless Democrat zombies.

“That’s my message to voters. This isn’t about Barack, it’s not about the person on the ballot, it’s about you,” Obama said. “And for most of the people that we’re talking to, a Democratic ticket is the clear ticket that we should be voting on, regardless of who said what or did this. That shouldn’t even come into the equation.”

The scary part is that isn’t the worst of what she said. Her highness gave permission to “her people” to treat themselves after they follow her orders and mindlessly cast their vote.

Black Chicago Pastor Endorses Republican, Gets Death Threats, Church Robbed, Has to HIDE Family







Fox News reports:

 A black Chicago pastor is speaking out about death threats he has received after publicly supporting the Republican candidate for governor.
The harassment didn’t end there. This weekend, nearly $8,000 was stolen from New Beginnings Church’s collection box.
Corey Brooks told Steve Doocy this morning that the box had been there for six months, with members putting in change and small amounts.
The money was going to go toward the construction of a community center on the South Side.

“The young people have nowhere to go. They have nowhere to express or enhance their lives. … Our church has been working diligently to raise funds. We haven’t depended on the government to give us anything,” said Brooks.
The robbery came shortly after threats to Brooks over his support for Bruce Rauner for governor against Democrat incumbent Pat Quinn.
“I’m definitely not backing down,” said Brooks, explaining that he supports Rauner as the best choice for the state and the city.
Brooks said a lot of people are upset that he’s “going outside the status quo” by not supporting a Democrat in Chicago.
But he argues that the Democrats’ policies have failed the city.
“Parents ought to have the right to decide where their children go to school. We should not be made to go to schools that are underperforming, are underfunded and are totally failing. The economic wherewithal of our community is spiraling downward. We have 50 percent of African-American males who are unemployed. … We need someone who can create jobs,” he said.   VIDEO BELOW
