It’s unthinkable—but not surprising—that the FBI didn’t record their interview with Hillary Clinton.
We’re told the FBI has a policy, in most cases, of not recording interviews with suspects. If true, this case and this suspect should have been vital exceptions.
Among other matters, the Presidency of the United States is at stake.
Numerous press reports reveal that the FBI’s interview of Hillary Clinton was not recorded.
The interview took place just prior to FBI Director Comey recommending no prosecution for Hillary in the email scandal.
The New York Times: “Mr. Comey said he did not take part in the interview of Mrs. Clinton last Saturday. Five or six agents carried it out and provided a summary to him. She was not under oath, but he quickly noted that ‘it’s still a crime to lie to the F.B.I.’ There was no transcript.”
There was no transcript of the Hillary-FBI interview.
There was no recording.
FBI agents merely took notes.
These notes are typically boiled down and summarized later in 302 Forms. Of course, we don’t know what was contained in the notes or the 302s. And we’ll never know, because the FBI will never release them.

Protesters Throw Explosives at Police Officers July 12, 2016 By Daily Posted

Police detained some 102 people while 21 cops were injured at a violent rally that saw Interstate 94 blocked in in Saint Paul, Minnesota, amid nationwide protests following the deadly shooting of policemen in Dallas last week over recent police killings of black men.

On Saturday night, hundreds of people protesting the deaths of Philando Castile and Alton Sterling, shot dead by police officers earlier in the week, gathered at St. Paul Governor’s residence and marched to Interstate 94, shutting it down for at least five hours.
Police said on Twitter that people on the Interstate were “throwing rocks, bottles, fireworks and bricks.” At least two policemen were hit in the head with chunks of concrete. St. Paul police also said protesters threw Molotov cocktails. Officers had to use inert smoke several times in order to get the demonstrators leave the freeway.
Law enforcement made 52 more arrests in a second riot on the city’s Grand Avenue, “for public nuisance and unlawful assembly.” Those people, however, were booked and then released.

Protests in St. Paul follow nationwide rallies that have engulfed the States, with 100 more arrests made nationwide on Friday.
The largest number of arrests was made that night in Rochester, New York, where protesters blocked downtown streets.
Activists are demanding that the officers, who killed the two black men last week, face murder charges. Law enforcement across the nation had to increase their vigilance following the deadly shooting of five policemen in Thursday night’s ambush at a similar Black Lives Matter rally in Dallas.

These Cops Left Their Post At A WNBA Game Over 'Black Lives Matter' Jerseys Christine Rousselle Jul 12, 2016

Four Minneapolis police officers, who were working private security at the WNBA's Minnesota Lynx game, walked out after players donned warm-up jerseys and made comments praising the Black Lives Matter movement. Over the weekend, 27 police officers were injured (one with a broken vertebra) after a Black Lives Matter protest in St. Paul turned violent.
Minneapolis Police Federation President Lt. Bob Kroll praised the officers for their decision to leave the game. He also elaborated that the four officers have refused to provide security for any future Lynx game, and that other officers had followed suit.

The three-time WNBA champions wore black T-shirts that read “Change starts with us, justice and accountability” and on the back had Philando Castile’s and Alton Sterling’s names along with “Black Lives Matter” and a Dallas Police Department emblem.
Police officers killed Castile in Falcon Heights and Sterling in Baton Rouge, La., last week, setting off protests here and nationwide.
At a pregame news conference, Lynx forward Rebekkah Brunson said the players were “wearing shirts to honor and mourn the loss of precious American citizens and to plead change for all of us.”

The Minnesota Lynx aren't the first to face a police boycott related to Black Lives Matter--in several cities, police refused to provide security for Beyonce concerts after the singer's comments that some called anti-police.

Have the same problem here in Philly, if they must protest, how about doing it in the cities the incident occurred. Arrest them is the answer, it's against the LAW to block streets and highways !!

Black Lives Matter protesters laid siege to a number of cities over the weekend including my

hometown: Memphis, Tennessee.

They shut down the Interstate 40 bridge over the Mississippi River -- stranding thousands of motorists for hours -- in sweltering heat.

Blocking a roadway is a crime under Tennessee law.

Yet Memphis police officers were told to stand down and allow the agitators to block the Hernando-Desoto Bridge. They used to call that kind of behavior aiding and abetting.

Not a single person was arrested.

Tragedy upon tragedy. When will the activists behind Black Lives Matter turn their anger to the epidemic of death and violence occurring in their own communities?
Early Sunday morning, 24-year-old, father of two, Jermaine Schofield was shot dead in his West Baltimore neighborhood. On Monday, his mother and about 25 other mourners held a candlelight street vigil to remember Schofield.
Their peace and reverie was destroyed when a gunman opened fire, shooting five people, four of them women. Thankfully, all injuries were described as non-life-threatening.
The Daily Mail reports, Schofield’s mother Doreen and the rest of her family escaped without injury.

We only wanted to celebrate my son, and they’re shooting at us,’ Scofield told the Baltimore Sun.

‘What else is it you want? What else do you want? You got my son — and you’re still shooting at us because we have a candlelight vigil? When will it end?’
‘I’m tired. I’m tired,’ the mother added. ‘It’s innocent people being shot. Enough is enough.’
But there’s one key fact still missing from this story: the identity of the shooter.
Every report on this story so far says the same thing: “Police say witnesses weren’t able to give police a description of the shooter.”
Don’t think for a second the identity of this shooter wouldn’t be known if he’d been white.
After the Dallas massacre, Jay Stalien, a black police officer currently serving In Riviera Beach, Florida and formerly with the Baltimore Police Department, posted a lengthy and impassioned essay on his Facebook page. It’s well worth a read. But relevant to this specific tragedy he wrote:

I remember the countless times I canvassed the area afterwards, and asked everyone “did you see who did it,” and the popular response from the very same family members was always, “F**k the Police, I ain’t no snitch, I’m gonna take care of this myself.” This happened every single time, every single homicide, black on black.

There cannot be a single sane person of any color living in these United States who does NOT want inner city violence to end, who does NOT want more innocent lives lost, who does NOT want murder and crime to be reduced, who does NOT want fewer young black men dead, in jail, hopeless…
But for GOD’S sake, you have to start by helping yourself first!

Now that the FBI has announced that it will not recommend bringing criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for her handling of State Department emails, the mystery of Bill Clinton’s behavior on the campaign trail has only deepened.

Clinton is both a very smart and a very politically savvy man. It follows that one theory regarding why he chose to board Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s plane last week to hold a private meeting with her is completely implausible. That would be the idea that he was merely being thoughtless and naïve, and didn’t realize how terrible the meeting would look, given that it’s Lynch’s job to make the ultimate decision regarding whether to charge his wife over the email imbroglio.
Clinton knew exactly what he was doing, and he was well aware that his behavior would set off a firestorm of criticism. So why did he do it? Here are three possible explanations:
Theory #1: The subtle pressure gambit
On this account, Bill Clinton was trying to bring subtle psychological pressure on Lynch, apparently through the sheer force of his personality. Somehow, the shooting of an unarmed white man by police isn’t drawing any attention from the mainstream media.

Unlike the shootings of Philando Castile and Alton Sterling, which have created yet another firestorm complete with accusations of police racism, the media is ignoring the death of Dylan Noble, a 19-year-old white man, on June 25

According to Fresno police, they responded to a report that a man was walking around with a rifle. Spotting a speeding truck, they tried to accost the driver, Noble. Instead, he fled and led the police on a half-mile chase.
Noble finally entered a gas station parking lot; police asserted he kept his hands hidden, and made a "conscious effort to conceal one hand behind his back, then in his waistband, as he exited the truck, and walked away from officers," according to a press release from Fresno police.
Police said Noble muttered that he "hated his life," reversed direction and walked back toward the police, prompting them to shoot him four times.

No matter what your tribal politics may be, after FBI Director James Comey’s withering testimony before Congress on Thursday over her email scandal, there really is no way around it, is there?

She disqualified herself by her own hand.
Mrs. Clinton, former secretary of state, has already proved she can’t be trusted with national secrets. She put those secrets at risk by using a private email server kept in her basement, against security protocol.
That server was likely hacked by foreign intelligence. She failed, miserably, in protecting the secrets of her nation.

So for all this she should be rewarded and promoted and handed the near absolute power of an imperial presidency?

And, she lied to the American people. That much is clear. She lied about what she did and how and why. There are tapes of it floating all about on the internet, lies to reporters, lies in those rare public appearances where she actually takes questions.
Comey also confirmed that she allowed her lawyers — who didn’t have security clearance — to view and assess her vast store of incriminating emails.
Clinton did all this not in the national interest, but in the Hillary interest.

So when FBI Director James Comey testified to Congress about his decision not to recommend charges be brought against Clinton, it was only fitting that Representative Gowdy got to question the FBI Director.
The confrontation did not disappoint, and the video of Representative Gowdy dissecting Director Comey’s decision went viral.
Representative Gowdy, like many Americans, could not believe that the FBI let Hillary off the hook because Director Comey did not believe she “intended” to break the law.
He explained that by leaning on intent, Director Comey made future prosecutions nearly impossible and that there were now two sets of rules — one for Hillary Clinton and one for everyone else.

On "Justice" last night, Judge Jeanine Pirro said the Dallas police ambush is a reflection of a growing racial divide in America, a divide that was created by President Obama. "Dallas was about anarchy. It was about lawlessness. It was about the rhetoric that too easily inflames those who feel wronged, rhetoric that does nothing but repeatedly stoke the flames and scars of old wounds resolved long ago," Judge Jeanine said. She explained that whether it's the death of Trayvon Martin in Florida or Michael Brown in Missouri, Obama stokes the flames of racial unrest every chance he gets.

"Mr. President, you've done nothing but tell us we deserve it. You've done nothing but look back in the rearview mirror," Judge Jeanine said. "But when I look at Dallas, all I saw were whites and blacks running away from anarchy. All I saw were whites and blacks picking each other up. That's the America I see. And no one is going to change my mind. And no one - not even you, Mr. President - is going to do that."

While Democrats were behind the formation of the KKK and liberals are stoking the flames for Black Lives Matter, it continues to be the right being persecuted as racist.
They had not yet cleaned up the blood from the streets in Dallas and Hillary was talking about how White people need to be more understanding and Obama was talking about the prejudices in our legal system against men and women of color.
Well-known activists like Sharpton and Farrakhan are literally telling people to kill police, but conservatives are the bad guys.
Obama’s rhetoric sistently sets this country back to the days of the Civil War, which I firmly believe he, for whatever reason, is trying to create in this country.
This was a Black man, the first man in the history of the country of color with an incredible opportunity to unite the country, yet we have never been further apart.
Never in my lifetime have I seen violence towards law enforcement so blatantly encouraged, even applauded, and then simply excused because of the “plight.”
Much like the terror attacks in this country, Obama says we can’t quite untangle what motivated the madman in Dallas.
Well, Mr. President, I think him saying he wanted to kill White people, specifically White cops, gives us some insight.
By not recognizing that, just as he does not recognize radical Islam, he only infuriates White Americans more.
Obama’s words turn non-radical minorities into cop killers. His words turn non-racist White people into racists.
One of the major reasons I support Trump is because I believe we need a political reset in this country due to the fact over three decades of administrations have failed to move this country forward.
President Obama, while other administrations failed to move us forward, you have set us back at least 50 years, and possibly as far back as April 12, 1861.

Police: Florida woman used baby to batter boyfriend

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. -- A Florida woman was arrested Monday after allegedly using her infant son to attack her boyfriend during a fight on Daytona Beach, reports CBS affiliate WKMG.

Tatyana Allen, 18, was arrested and charged with battery and infliction of physical and mental injury to a child after the Monday afternoon incident, officials said.

She allegedly struck her boyfriend with the 6-month-old boy during the fight, at about 4:30 p.m. The baby was taken to a hospital as a precaution, but was not injured, officials said.

Allen's boyfriend was also unharmed during the fight.

She is being held without bail.
