Sen. John Kennedy is co-sponsoring the bill. He said, “It’s not a bank’s job to create policy. They need to leave the policy making to Congress. Banks should not be able to discriminate against lawful customers on the basis of social policy. The banks should keep in mind that these lawful customers are the same hard-working taxpayers who bailed them out during the recession,” according to a press release from Cramer’s office.

“This legislation will ban big banks from refusing to do business with customers that may not share the same political values as the bank. This kind of power move is an unfair assertion of dominance by the big banks, which is why it should be illegal,” Kennedy added.

Cramer and Kennedy are both members of the Senate Banking Committee.

It was largely unverified. Now, it’s total garbage and yet, it was used as a point of reference for scores of anti-Trump liberals hoping that the Russian collusion narrative would be enough to impeach the president.

As reported by 100 Percent Fed Up last month, Chicago Tribune reported, that after being approached by a politically connected lawyer, State’s Attorney Kimberly Foxx asked Chicago police Superintendent Eddie Johnson to turn over the investigation of Jussie Smollett’s reported attack to the FBI, according tamaso communications provided to the Tribune.

Foxx reached out to Johnson after Tina Tchen, former chief of staff to first lady Michelle Obama, emailed Foxx saying the actor’s family had unspecified “concerns about the investigation.” Tchen, also a close friend of Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s wife, said she was acting on behalf of the “Empire” actor and his family. A relative later exchanged texts with Foxx.

One of President Trump's top advisors is calling on anti-Trump Congressman Adam Schiff to resign. Kellyanne Conway wants the disgraced Congressman to resign after his claims about Russian collusion were proven untrue by the Mueller report.
According to The Daily Caller:

White House adviser Kellyanne Conway called on Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff of California to resign Monday after the release of Robert Mueller’s Russia report.

“When you’re talking about collusion and talking to Russia, and conspiracies and obstruction of justice for two years with no proof other than people leaking to you or you just, you just guffawing with the anchor next to you and fake lawyers on TV and the journalists who are pretending to be lawyers for that moment. You’re calling us all … You’re saying that we did not win fairly and squarely,” Conway said on “Fox & Friends” Monday.

“You in fact running around jutting your jaw out and saying ‘I’m worried about the effect of institutions.’ You were disparaging the institutions. You were demeaning and deriding our great democracy — The presidency of the United States. Adam Schiff should resign,” she continued. “He has no right as somebody who has been pedaling a lie day after day after day. Unchallenged. Unchallenged and not under oath. Somebody should have put him under oath and said, ‘Do you have evidence? Where is it?’ Because Bob Mueller already ran the fair and the full investigation. And any partisan, politicized investigation from here on in will never have the credibility of the Mueller investigation.”

Attorney General William Barr delivered his report on the Mueller probe to Congress Sunday, and wrote that Trump and his campaign team did not collude with any Russian entities during the election. Barr also said there was no evidence to suggest Trump obstructed justice.

Conway also stated that the media has gotten away with the inherent bias they have against the administration and have yet to pay the price for their misleading Russia narrative.

So-called “no-knock” search warrants — a tool used with increasing frequency since the 2001 USA PATRIOT Act greatly expanded their availability — have proved extremely dangerous to civilians on the receiving end of such actions. A scandal involving the use of such a warrant earlier this year in Houston, Texas, however, illustrates just how dangerous these situations can be to everyone involved, including the law enforcement officers executing such warrants; especially if undertaken with little or no regard for truth or accountability.

In January, 59-year old Navy veteran Dennis Tuttle and his wife were suddenly shaken by the sound of their front door being smashed in. What happened next left both Tuttle and his wife dead from gunshot wounds, and five Houston police officers injured. The police had been hoping to find large quantities of heroin in the Tuttle’s home. What they came away with — in addition to two human beings shot dead, five officers injured, and one pet dog killed — was a small amount of drugs.

Watch: College Students Harass Border Patrol Agents, Liken Them to KKK   By Randy DeSoto March 21, 2019 

Two border patrol agents were harassed by students who called them murderers during an event for criminal justice majors at the University of Arizona in Tucson.

The Daily Wire reported that U of A’s Criminal Justice Association student group hosted the event for the agents.

In various videos, student protesters can be seen interrupting the law enforcement officers’ presentation, calling them murderers and KKK members.
“I don’t know who allowed the murder patrol,” a student filming a video says. “They allow murderers to be on campus where I pay to be here. Murderers! On campus. Murderers! On campus.”

“This is supposed to be a safe space for students but they allow an extension of the KKK into campus, an extension of the KKK into campus,” she adds.

“There are students that pay to be here, pay to be here, that need this to be a safe space for them and we have the KKK and their supporters right here at the U of A.”
A woman who appeared to be helping host the event invited the protestor recording the video to sit in rather than stand outside the room and heckle.

“Great, I can sit in the entire time, I’ll just be saying that they’re murderers the entire f—ing time because it’s the truth. They’re murderers and you as a club should be more conscious of the rest of the students on this campus,” the protestor said, adding that she does not “feel safe with them here.”

The organizer suggested she could call the university police, if the protestor did not real safe, prompting the protestor to respond: “Of course, white women calling the cops.”
When the border patrol agents finished their presentation, multiple protestors can be heard chanting, “Murder patrol, murder patrol.”

The protestors then trailed the officers down a hallway, across the campus, and into a parking garage, continuing their chant.

One yelled out, “We won’t stop until you get off our campus!”

The officers never turned around to engage with the protestors.

Also seen in the video is a group of students holding various signs including a banner which read, “Here to stay,” presumably indicating at least some of them were Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals recipients.

They chanted, “Police, ICE, the same s— twice!”

In December, now-presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris likened ICE to the Ku Klux Klan during a Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee hearing to confirm President Trump’s nominee to run the department, Ronald Vitiello.

Harris asked Vitiello if he was aware that there’s a perception the ICE employs similar fear tactics to the KKK.

“I see no perception that puts ICE in the same category as the KKK,” Vitiello answered. “I do not see a parallel between the power and the authority that ICE has to do its job and the agents and officers who do it professionally and excellently with lots of compassion.”

“Sir, how can you be the head of an agency and be unaware of how your agency is perceived by certain communities?” Harris asked.

“There’s a lot of perceptions in the media and in the public that are incorrect about the agency and what it does,” Vitiello responded.
