Nate Evans is a junior at Loveland High School in Loveland, CO.
He posted this short video of a target shooting outing with his mother recently.
A nervous nellie called the local police and reported Nate as a danger to the community.
Police banged on the door and Nate’s mom Justine was forced to explain that it was a perfectly legal target shooting outing and that Nate was not a “threat”.
This was not good enough for the Loveland school bureaucrats who demanded Justine appear at a “threat assessment hearing” to defend her son from this charge.
In addition, the school refused to let Nate take home work to keep up in class during his suspension.
Aside from their harassment regarding homework, the school is actually legally correct in demanding the hearing.
It’s mandatory when they receive a “Safe 2 Tell” denouncement. “Safe 2 Tell” is a program designed to allow students to report threats to schools.
However, as you can see from this case, it has made it safe only to harass law-abiding gun owners.
So-called “red flag” laws will have a similar effect if they become widespread. Essentially, anyone would be able to harass a gun owner by simply calling in an anonymous tip and let the bureaucratic forces grind away at them.

House Democrats plan to make President Trump’s alleged involvement in a 2016 scheme to silence two women who claimed they had affairs with him a major investigative focus this fall, picking up where federal prosecutors left off in a caselegal experts say could have led to additional indictments.
The House Judiciary Committee is preparing to hold hearings and call witnesses involved in hush-money payments to ex- Playboy model Karen McDougal and adult-film star Stormy Daniels as soon as October, according to people familiar with the plans who spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe internal discussions.
Democrats say they believe there is already enough evidence to name Trump as a co-conspirator in the episode that resulted in his former attorney, Michael Cohen, pleading guilty to two campaign finance charges. READ MORE

Did Ilhan Omar marry her brother? Her hometown newspaper investigated and told us what they foundBy Louis Jacobson July 18th, 2019

For years, critics of Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., have raised questions about her marriages and made the explosive claim that she had married her brother.
As Omar has become a frequent target of attacks by President Donald Trump, allies of the president have only ramped up their criticism of the congresswoman, who was a refugee and is now a naturalized U.S. citizen of Somali descent.
Trump himself mentioned the allegation that Omar had married her brother on July 17. Talking to reporters before boarding Marine One, Trump said, "There's a lot of talk about the fact that she was married to her brother. I know nothing about it."
Several media outlets, including theAssociated Press and her hometown paper, the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, have delved into this question and Omar’s personal history.
In a June 23 article, the Star-Tribune wrote that it "could neither conclusively confirm nor rebut the allegation that he is Omar’s sibling." That echoed the conclusion by Snopes.com in February 2019, that "the evidence uncovered thus far isn’t definitive enough to come down on one side or the other." PolitiFact was unable to reach a conclusion during the 2018 election cycle.
The Star-Tribune has published the most detailed, evidence-based reporting. Here are some of the key pointsfrom their report:
Anti-gun activists are giddy over a new NBC/Wall Street Journal poll showing a stunning 62 percent of Americans want to ban semi-automatic guns, which is most rifles, shotguns and handguns.
But if they think Americans support banning most firearms, they need to read further into the poll.
Most mass shooting involve handguns, so if 62 percent of Americans support banning semi-autos, you’d see the same number backing a ban on handguns, right?
Wrong.
The poll shows only 25 percent of Americans want to ban handguns, which are used more often in mass shootings and homicides. Just 25 percent. How can 62 percent of Americans want to ban rifles and just 25 percent want to ban handguns. How could there be such a big difference? It seems the answer is the mainstream media. For most American the media is their biggest source of information on guns. That’s why most people think suppressors are “silencers” that make a high-pitched tweet, like in the movies. And when it comes to “semiautomatic rifles” the media have gone out of their way to equate them with machine guns, reporting outright lies and falsehoods about how many rounds a semi-auto can fire. As a result, when most Americans hear “semi-automatic” they think it means an automatic machine gun that can fire hundreds of rounds per second without ever running out of ammunition, like in the movies. At one time banning handguns was a popular national movement, until the passage of concealed and open carry laws brought more Americans into contact with handguns. That presents an opportunity for gun owners. If only 25 percent of Americans want to ban handguns, a public education campaign on semi-autos could gut the anti-gun movement
Former Clinton Official Spotted At Epstein Party08/26/2019 Source: American Updateby: AU Staff
Former Clinton communications director and current ABC News Host George Stephanopoulos has been linked to a party held by Jeffrey Epstein In 2010. As The Daily Mail reports:
The December 2 dinner was held in the mansion’s second-floor dining room. TV anchor Katie Couric, once the highest-paid female presenter in the US, sat alongside comedian Chelsea Handler, a close friend of Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Aniston. Also there was George Stephanopoulos, a former White House communications director under President Bill Clinton turned £15 million-a-year ABC News host.
The soiree is believed to have also been attended by Ghislaine Maxwell, daughter of the disgraced media tycoon Robert Maxwell and Epstein’s one-time girlfriend.
Multiple Epstein accusers have claimed that Ms. Maxwell ‘procured’ girls for the perverted millionaire. She denies the allegations.
Guests would have walked past bizarre erotic artwork en route to the dining room with its gleaming mahogany table, including a painting of Bill Clinton in red heels and a blue dress, a reference to the outfit worn by Monica Lewinsky when she performed a sex act on him.
The shocking revelation comes as more information continues to be revealed about the notorious pedophile's connections to various high profile media and political figures.
