Bombshell Transcripts Reveal Trump, in Fact, Ordered National Guard for January 6th — General Milley Confirms Trump Urges Top Pentagon Officials to Deploy’ Guard, or Soldiers, Active Duty Soldiers’ Jon Cherry/Getty Images News

A groundbreaking report from Steve Baker has unveiled crucial transcripts proving that President Donald Trump did indeed request National Guard deployment to ensure a peaceful protest on January 6th, 2021.

These newly surfaced transcripts, which were previously concealed, reveal the truth that many in the mainstream media have ignored.

According to the documents, General Mark Milley, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, confirmed that President Trump expressed concern about the potential for unrest and proactively ordered the necessary precautions.

On January 3, 2021, just three days before the protest, General Milley recalled the president saying, “Hey, look at this. There’s going to be a large amount of protesters here on the 6th. Make sure that you have sufficient National Guard or Soldiers to make sure it’s a safe event.” Trump reportedly added, “I don’t care if you use Guard, or Soldiers, active duty Soldiers, do whatever you have to do. Just make sure it’s safe.”

These damning revelations fly in the face of the narrative propagated by the mainstream media and Democrats who have continuously blamed Trump for the chaos that unfolded on January 6th. The president’s clear directive to deploy the National Guard days before the event highlights his intentions to maintain law and order during the protest.

The transcripts also reveal that other Pentagon officials failed to act on Trump’s requests. Chief Steven Sund of the U.S. Capitol Police made an urgent plea for the National Guard on January 6th.

GENERAL MARK MILLEY, CHAIRMAN, JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF:

“[January 3, 2021] The President just says, ‘Hey, look at this. There’s going to be a large amount of protesters here on the 6th, make sure that you have sufficient National Guard or Soldiers to make sure it’s a safe event.” *

“[POTUS said! ‘Hey, I don’t care if you use Guard, or Soldiers, active duty Soldiers, do whatever you have to do. Just make sure it’s safe.

“[On January 6, 2021] everyone was like, “Did you listen to the President’s speech?” I’m like “The guy speaks for 90 minutes it’s like Castro or something.?” No, I’ve got work to do.”

“I was cognizant of the fears that the President would invoke the Insurrection Act to politicize the military in an anti-democratic manner. And, just before the Electoral College certification, 10 former Secretaries of Defense signed an op-ed piece published in The Washington Post warning of the dangers of politicizing and using inappropriately the military. No such thing was going to occur on my watch.”

“There was absolutely – there is absolutely no way I was putting U.S. military forces at the Capitol, period.’

“The operational plan was this, let’s take the D.C. National Guard, keep them away from the Capitol.”*

CHIEF STEVEN SUND, U.S. CAPITOL POLICE:
“I’m making an urgent request for the National Guard. We are being overrun. I gave a quick rundown of what we had going on and that officers out there are fighting for their lives. We were about to be taken over.
The representative from the Secretary of the Army said, “I don’t like the optics of National Guard standing in a line with the Capitol in the background.” *

“I explained to them that the building is being breached. I need their assistance immediately. He [General Piatt] said, “My recommendation to the Secretary of the Army is to not support the request.”

Minneapolis becomes first major U.S. city to broadcast Islamic call to prayer 5 times per day   Nation  Apr 14, 2023 12:21 PM EDT

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (AP) — Minneapolis will allow broadcasts of the Muslim call to prayer at all hours, becoming the first major U.S. city to allow the announcement or “adhan” to be heard over speakers five times a day, year-round

The Minneapolis City Council unanimously agreed Thursday to amend the city’s noise ordinance, which had prevented dawn and late evening calls at certain times of the year due to noise restrictions, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reported. The vote came during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

“The Constitution doesn’t sleep at night,” said Jaylani Hussein, executive director of the Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, after the vote. He said the action in Minneapolis shows the world that a “nation founded on freedom of religion makes good on its promise.”

Judge Chutkan Grants Donald Trump's First Request Since New Indictment     Newsweek  Story by Sean O'Driscoll

Judge Tanya Chutkan has granted Donald Trump's request to not attend his new arraignment on election fraud charges.

Trump is to be rearraigned on Thursday because prosecutor Jack Smith has issued a new indictment based on the Supreme Court's July 1 ruling on presidential immunity.

The former president's lawyer will plead not guilty for him during a status hearing on Thursday.

Trump was indicted last year on four counts of allegedly working to illegally interfere in the results of the 2020 election in the run-up to the riot on January 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol. The Republican presidential nominee has pleaded not guilty and has said that the case is part of a political witch hunt.

The latest indictment is nine pages shorter than the original one and focuses much more on Trump's actions as a private person, rather than his acts as president.

Newsweek emailed the Trump campaign for comment on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, Trump filed a request to not attend arraignment. "I, President Donald J. Trump, the above-named defendant ... do hereby waive my right to be present at arraignment and I authorize my attorneys to enter a plea of not guilty on my behalf to each and every count of the superseding indictment," he wrote.

"I further state that I have received a copy of the superseding indictment and reviewed it with my counsel."

Judge Chutkan wrote a brief order on Tuesday stating that Trump's "motion for waiver of defendant's presence at arraignment is hereby granted."

She also announced that the arraignment will take place on Thursday. "The court will confirm the waiver and conduct the arraignment at the status conference scheduled for September 5, 2024," she wrote.

Trump's lawyers are currently seeking a delay in his election interference case in light of the July 1 Supreme Court ruling, which gave presidents broad immunity from prosecution.

In a submission to trial judge Chutkan on Friday, August 30, Trump's lawyers suggested that the disclosure requests in the case needed to be reconsidered before the court even begins to weigh up the extent of presidential immunity in the case.

They suggested pretrial motions should continue until January 2025 with "defense replies in support of motions to dismiss and compel" on January 24, 2025, and a "non-evidentiary hearing regarding motions to dismiss and compel" beginning on the week of January 27, 2025, and likely continuing into February.

They also suggested "additional proceedings, if necessary" in the spring and fall of 2025.

The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 on July 1 that presidents have broad immunity for official acts. The court said that presidents have absolute immunity for core political acts and have some immunity for other acts committed as president, but no immunity for strictly private conduct. It also ruled that official acts cannot be used as evidence if taking a case against a president for unofficial acts—a part of the ruling that is highly relevant to the Trump case.

DEFINING KAMALA HARRIS..IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO SO ???

Kamala Harris is the most far-left, radical Democratic candidate for president in the history of the United States. Once ranked the most liberal Senator in the U.S. Senate, Harris has staked out extremely progressive positions on border security (or lack thereof), immigration, healthcare, fracking, education,
energy, and more. And, because she’s an opportunist, she’s flip-flopped on nearly every issue.

* “We have confused the idea that to achieve safety
we need to put more cops on the street — we really
do need to understand and reimagine how we can
make and help make communities safe.”
Kamala supports Defund the Police

* “We must have the courage to object when they use
that term ‘radical Islamic terrorism.’ … We also have
to have the courage to reject that term ‘illegal alien.’ I
have seen some of the worst of criminal behavior, I
have seen the worst of crime. An undocumented
immigrant is not a criminal.”
Kamala doesn’t want you to say ‘radical Islamic
terrorism’ or ‘illegal alien’
Kamala supports open borders

* “All these detention facilities; the private prisons; the
private detention facilities — they all need to be shut
down…This is the United States government doing
this. And immediately, on Day One, I will end it.”
Kamala supports closing detention centers for illegal
migrants

* “My plan will separate your healthcare from your
employer, meaning your employer will no longer
dictate the kind of healthcare you receive. Under my
plan of Medicare for All, private insurance
companies will be able to provide coverage if they
play by our rules.”
* “Let’s eliminate all that; let’s move on.”
Kamala supports eliminating private insurance

Kamala supports Medicare for All and the end of
employer-based health insurance
* “Let me just be really clear about this. I’m opposed to
any policy that would deny in our country any human
being from access to public safety, public education,
or public health — period.”
Kamala supports universal healthcare and public
education for illegal migrants

* “It’s a term we’re very proud of, I must tell you
because Bidenomics is working — it’s working!”
Kamala supports failed Bidenomics policies

* "There’s no question I’m in favor of banning fracking.”
Kamala supports a fracking ban

* “They’re not gonna stop before Election Day in
November and they’re not gonna stop after Election
Day. Everyone should take note of that on both levels
— they’re not gonna let up. And they should not. And
we should not.”

Kamala supported riots in the wake of George
Floyd’s death

* “I’m prepared to take executive action and put in
place a ban on the importation of assault weapons ...
But we still have to deal with over two million assault
weapons that are currently on the streets of America.
So, a buyback program is a good idea.”
Kamala supports a weapons ban and buyback

* “I support a Green New Deal and I will tell you why:
climate change is an existential threat to us and
we’ve got to deal with the reality of it.”
Kamala supports a Green New Deal
