Conflict, agitation, and aggression are the Obama administration's stock-in-trade. It is the thug life costumed in a tailored suit. This boorish behavior from the White House shouldn’t come as a surprise; during the 2008 election campaign, Obama incited his saucer-eyed fans to bully anyone who would dare to disagree with his policies by “[arguing] with them” and by “[getting] in their face.” Obama’s political life subsists on class and race conflict. Race is the Obama administration’s unified field theory. It is the prism through which his race-hustling administration views every societal interaction. For Obama, this is extremely convenient, since he’s America’s first half black president, race is a tailor made catalyst for him and he eagerly feeds the mob their nihilist creed, “I hate; therefore, I am.” It would be a hilarious irony if it were not so tragic.
Michael Brown and Eric Garner are the latest manufactured martyrs in Obama’s theatre of class struggle. First on Obama’s list of protagonists are Cops. Law enforcement is always the target of revolutionary and counterculture movements, since law enforcement is charged with keeping the peace and peace is the mortal enemy of the Bolshevist.

So, when the president meets with community and law enforcement "leadership" to discuss the incident in Ferguson, he is engaging not in a quest for truth or for honest solutions, but rather is advancing an agenda. Obama only needs to appear to be involved in bringing about resolution when he is, in fact, agitating for aggression.                View Full Article

New guidelines allow racial profiling at border stops, airports
New racial profiling guidelines being announced by the Obama administration would restrict the ability of the FBI and other law enforcement agencies to take into account religion, national origin and other characteristics during investigations. But they would exempt agents from the Department of Homeland Security who do border checks and screen passengers at airports, according to a U.S. official familiar with the plans.
The official said Friday night that the new guidelines banning profiling exempt the Transportation Security Administration and also do not cover inspections at ports of entry and interdictions at border crossings. The official was not authorized to discuss the guidelines by name and spoke on condition of anonymity ahead of a formal announcement expected within the coming days.
The new guidelines apply to federal law enforcement agents but aren't binding on local police officers who are more likely to have day-to-day contact with community members. Their formulation also long predates high-profile cases, such as the police shooting in August in Ferguson, Missouri, that have placed police treatment of minorities in the spotlight. FULL ARTICLE

Student protesters 'cheer' when cop hit by car       I was shocked to see teachers right alongside them'

DENVER (CBS4) – Protesters who marched through Denver Wednesday to demonstrate against events in Ferguson, Missouri, are now being accused of cheering and clapping when a Denver Police officer was run down and seriously injured by a motorist.
Four DPD officers protecting the protesters were hit by a car after police say the driver apparently suffered some sort of medical event. The most seriously injured, Officer John Adsit, a married father of four, is still hospitalized and fighting for his life with serious injuries.
On Facebook, Denver Police Officer Michael Rispoli wrote, “I followed those kids on my motorcycle and all I heard was ‘F the police’ and I was shocked to see teachers right alongside them!”

Eric Garner killed over race … or nanny state?   Police operating under orders to improve 'quality of life' in neighborhood  Published: 27 mins ago Aaron Klein

Eric Garner held by police
A common accusation of protesters over the “stranglehold” death of Eric Garner is that police targeted the single cigarette salesman because of his race.

According to the New York Daily News, which documented in August the order to address so-called “quality of life” issues, the crackdown on the illegal sale of single cigarettes directly led to the chain of events that ended with Garner’s arrest and death.
The Daily News quoted a source close to the Garner investigation detailing how Banks, who resigned in November, sent a sergeant from his own offices in July “to investigate complaints of untaxed cigarettes being sold in the Tompkinsville neighborhood.”
The newspaper reported Banks’ office focused on Bay Street specifically, even surveilling the area and taking pictures of men thought to have been involved in the illicit cigarette sales.
Five months earlier, in March, the untaxed single cigarettes issue was discussed at a meeting in  Banks’ office, according to the Daily News.
One month later, on March 27, a source told the Daily News a caller to the city’s 311 hotline complained about the issue, identifying one of the cigarette sellers as “a man named Eric.” One day later, Garner was arrested for selling the untaxed cigarettes. He would be arrested three more times before the fatal run-in on July 17.

Rocket fans cheer as porta-potty blasts off
THREE OAKS, Mich. (AP) — Mission accomplished! A group of rocket enthusiasts launched a porta-potty into the sky Saturday in southwestern Michigan. It made an arc and almost landed on a spectator's pickup truck, 2,000 feet away. A group of Michiana Rocketry club members planned the project for more than two years. The club is trying to increase awareness of rocketry as a hobby and prove it's possible to turn a porta-potty into a rocket and launch it successfully. The Herald Palladium newspaper says liftoff occurred in a soybean field near Three Oaks in Berrien County. About 30 people worked on the rocket, from engineers to sales people who lined up sponsors.
Rocket enthusiast Bob Bycraft says it was carefully planned. He says it wasn't "barnyard engineering."

False Narrative: Eric Garner’s Arrest Was Conducted by Black Fema

The NY Daily News reports:
What makes the Garner case so much different than Michael Brown’s is that the Staten Island killing can’t be called a racial incident.
Pantaleo who applied the lethal chokehold on Eric Garner was supervised by an African-American female NYPD sergeant.
Having that black sergeant in charge of that crime scene takes race out of the equation. As awful as Pantaleo’s actions appear on that video, at no time does that black sergeant order Pantaleo to stop choking Garner.
With a population that is 70% white and 10% African-American, when a Staten Island grand jury is presented with a white cop supervised by a black sergeant applying a lethal chokehold, it eliminates the racial component.
The grand jury was then left with the decision of whether Pantaleo had malicious intentions. It decided that he did not. Case closed.
Murder was never on the table here. But many legal experts believed that video alone met the burden to bring reckless manslaughter or negligent homicide charges against Pantaleo.
Staten Island District Attorney Dan Donovan is known to be tough and fair. But he’s also a politician who faces the voters every four years. And so this radioactive case that probably would have earned a felony indictment in any of the other four boroughs of New York City could have been a career-wrecker

NEW YORK – Following confirmation by the National Archives that President Obama did not sign an executive order to implement the immigration policy he announced to the nation, Washington-based watchdog Judicial Watch has called for an investigation into whether the White House has engaged in a criminal conspiracy to spend taxpayer funds on unauthorized purposes.
Fitton, in an interview with WND, argued executive orders are limited to facilitating the execution of laws, not altering or establishing law.
“Barack Obama did not issue an executive order because he does not have the authority to issue an executive order in this instance,” Fitton said.

Protesters Rioters of Chokehold Death Rally for 3rd Day                     NEW YORK — Dec 5, 2014   Associated Press

Protesters around the country rallied for a third day Friday over a New York grand jury's decision to not indict a white police officer in the chokehold death of an unarmed black man.

More than 100 demonstrators lapped Manhattan's Columbus Circle, then walked to an Apple store, where they lay on the floor for a few minutes as a symbolic die-in. They proceeded down sidewalks through Fifth Avenue's renowned shopping district, carrying signs and chanting "Black lives matter" and "I can't breathe."     READ MORE

Commander Scott Bailey of the Sunnyside Police Department said his cops have recently begun using pyrotechnics as a way to scare off the crows that have multiplied dramatically in the last five years.
“Basically, it’s a firework inside a pistol shell,” he told ABC News, noting that the shells, sometimes called “bird bombs,” offer a non-lethal option for the police to combat the booming population.
“We’re simply trying to scare them off. We’re dealing with up to 10,000 crows every day.” he said.

The crows are causing numerous issues for townspeople, including health risks from feces, noise pollution, and even attacks during nesting season, Bailey said, adding that the birds pose a constant risk to the city’s electricity services because they sit in large numbers on power lines.
The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife notes on its website that crows are among the “most adaptable and intelligent birds.” They say harassment techniques are usually only effective for a short time.
But the pyrotechnics are part of a long-term strategy to move the crows into areas away from the city, Bailey said, noting his department is hoping to establish a “tree line” for birds to congregate away from the city within the next five years.

Proof obama Wanted Ferguson to Burn

Screen Shot 2014-11-26 at 5.45.37 PM        president obama has never wasted an opportunity to use situations to his own political advantage.
What obama wants is for people to think that everything is the fault of middle-class whites. It’s why he’s always pandering to the poor (read minorities) and it’s even why he just passed amnesty for 5,000,000 illegals.
And in Ferguson obama saw another gold mine to rally people to his cause.
After Wilson was exonerated for the slaying of Michael Brown, Ferguson went up in flames.
obama knew that this would happen, it’s why he candidly said, “There is inevitably going to be some negative reaction, and it will make for good TV.”
And he wanted it be good TV.
He needed it so he could get more people on his side, the side of the only person in America who is “supposedly” working to bring the country into racial harmony.STORY

Family of Tamir Rice, 12-Year-Old Shot By Cop, Files Wrongful Death Suit

Police release video of boy shot by officer in Cleveland
The family of 12-year-old Tamir Rice, who had a pellet gun when he was fatally shot by a police officer in Cleveland, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the officer who fired the shot, his partner and the city of Cleveland on Friday. The lawsuit alleges that Officers Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback acted "unreasonably, negligently (and) recklessly" when Loehmann shot Rice, who was playing with an "airsoft" pellet gun, on Nov. 22, according to an eight-page civil rights complaint.
Massive fix for the country’s most popular gun

America's oldest gun manufacturer, Remington, has agreed to replace millions of triggers in its most popular product—the Model 700 rifle. The company has been riddled for years with claims the gun can fire without the trigger being pulled, often with deadly results.
A 2010 CNBC documentary, "Remington Under Fire: A CNBC Investigation," explored allegations that for decades the company covered up a design defect, which Remington continues to deny. But now, under a nationwide settlement filed Friday in a federal court in Missouri, the company is agreeing to replace the triggers in about 7.85 million rifles.
While insisting its action is not a recall of the iconic gun, Remington says in a statement that it is agreeing to make the changes "to avoid the uncertainties and expense of protracted litigation."

BREAKING: House Passes Symbolic Measure to 'Block' Obama's Executive Amnesty     Guy Benson | Dec 04, 2014                              I should make that final point more often.  Why is DHS trying to hire 1,000 bureaucrats to help administer an amnesty that supposedly just entails "enforcement discretion" that involves the federal government not acting?  Because the president's decree also doles out millions of legal work permits, which seems far beyond the purview of mere discretion.  That's a concrete shift in policy -- also known as 'changing the law,' as Obama put it before the White House had to walk back his accidental truth-telling.

Megyn Kelly Gets Into Shoutfest With Black Congressman Who Made ‘Hands Up’ Gesture On House Floor                        By , December 3, 2014

Last night, Megyn Kelly hosted Congressional Black Caucus member Al Green to discuss the fallout from the Ferguson grand jury decision. The exchange turned into an enjoyable shout fest.
Green is one of a few members of Congress who took to the floor of the House to make the “Hands Up, Don’t Shoot” gesture, even though there is no credible evidence that Michael Brown had is hands up when Officer Darren Wilson shot him.
That’s exactly the point that Kelly brought up with Green. She read the testimony of three African-American witnesses who appeared before the grand jury to say that Brown was charging Wilson, not holding his hands up and surrendering.
Green wasn’t buying that and instead replied that there were other witnesses who saw him with his hands up.
Kelly pushed back saying that all three of the witnesses who saw Brown charging Wilson were African-American, so how could their testimony be racially motivated?
Green really didn’t have an answer for that, and then just went into spin mode.
The whole thing is enjoyable to watch. Check out the video above

FAITH UNDER FIRE

Disney goes goofy over mention of 'God'   10-year-old girl stunned when she tries to thank Creator    Joe Kovacs

mickey-mouse-sorcerers-apprentice-600
A 10-year-old North Carolina girl is publicly shaming the Disney Channel after the network said her thanking God on its website was tantamount to profanity.
Lilly Anderson of Angier, North Carolina, was online Sunday for her birthday answering the Disney Channel’s question about what she was thankful for.
“God, my family, my church and my friends,” Lilly wrote.
But her answer was not allowed to appear.
Instead, a message written in red popped up on the screen reading, “Please be nice!”

Any mention of "God" on a Disney website results in a message to "Please be nice!"
Any mention of “God” on a Disney website results in a message to “Please be nice!”
Lilly then summoned her mother, Julie Anderson, to alert her about the problem.
“It was Lilly’s idea alone to include God in her post,” Julie told Todd Starnes of Fox News. “As a matter of fact, she was in another room from me, and she came and got me when it wouldn’t allow her to post.”
The family tried entering a variety of words and determined it was the term “God” that was being precluded.
“We’ve always told her that inevitably there would come a day when she would be discriminated against for her faith, but we never thought Disney would be the source,” Julie said.
Both Lilly and her mom appeared on “Fox & Friends” Tuesday morning to discuss the issue.
“They made me feel a little bit bad because I couldn’t write it, ’cause God’s the reason that we have all the stuff that we have,” Lilly told program host Elisabeth Hasselbeck.
Julie added, “I just don’t want children to feel like there’s something wrong or there’s something they should be ashamed of in sharing their faith with their peers.”
Responding to a Fox request for an explanation, Disney said Lilly’s original post was blocked “because so many people attempt to abuse the system and use the word ‘God’ in conjunction with profanity, in an abundance of caution, our system is forced to catch and prevent any use of the word on our website.”

So why doesn't the congressional "WHITE" caucus stand up and DEFEND the decision ?OH, I'M SORRY, we don't have a "WHITE" caucus. THAT WOULD BE RACIST !!

Congressional Black Caucus Slams Ferguson Ruling              Tue, December 02, 2014

The Congressional Black Caucus lamented a grand jurys decision to not indict officer Darren Wilson on the House floor Monday, calling it a slap in our face while repeating the refrain that has become a rallying cry for protestors: Hands up, dont shoot. We are running out of patience, Rep. Marcia L. Fudge, D-Ohio, said. We waited to hear our country say loud and clear, there are consequences for taking the lives of others. We waited to hear some reassurance that black and brown boys lives do matter. But again, we were terribly disappointed and discouraged. More than 10 Democrats used Mondays Special Order Hour to discuss Black in America and what some said was another example of racism in the United States. Though weve elected President Barack Obama here in the United States, I heard some say that we were in a post-racial America, Rep. Gregory W. Meeks, D-N.Y., said. No, we are not. For racism is still alive and well in the United States.

I guess we should be happy the deputies didn't "SHOOT" him. Having that "DANGEROUS" TOY GUN.

Idaho boy suspended after bringing toy gun to school

Idaho sheriff deputies located a toy gun found after a second-grade student reported another student had what appeared to be a handgun on a bus. (CANYON COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE)
A southwest Idaho boy who brought what turned out to be a toy gun to class Tuesday, leading to a 45-minute search by police and two school lockdowns, has been suspended.
Middleton School District Superintendent Rich Bauscher says the second-grader at Middleton Heights Elementary School will get a two-day suspension and possibly longer.
The school called police at about 8 a.m. Tuesday when another second-grader told a teacher about spotting a possible handgun while riding a school bus. The Canyon County Sheriff's Office sent 18 deputies to three area schools, The Idaho Statesman reported.
Bauscher says officials thought the gun might have belonged to an older student, so both Middleton Middle School and the nearby Atlas alternative high school were locked down before the toy was found at the elementary school.
The Statesman reported that the student violated the policy that forbids students from bringing firearms or other deadly or dangerous weapons to school.
"It's going to depend on what we find, but it will be two-plus days. It could be longer or it could go into further disciplinary actions, as well," Bauscher told the paper.

Boehner faces conservative ire over plan to delay immigration fight

Conservative Republicans are pushing back hard against House Speaker John Boehner's plan to effectively push off the battle over President Obama's immigration plan to next year in order to pass a spending bill, increasing the likelihood he'll need help from Democrats to get it through the House and Senate.
The speaker on Tuesday had put forward a plan to address two tricky issues: letting Republicans vent over the president's controversial immigration executive actions, while also backing a spending bill to keep the government running past Dec. 11, when current funding runs out.

Boehner's solution is to call a vote on a bill this week opposing and trying to block Obama's immigration orders -- though it would likely die in the Senate. Then, the House would vote next week on a bill funding the government through the full fiscal year, and funding immigration-related agencies through early next year. This would kick the fight over the president's immigration plan to 2015, when Republicans have control of both chambers.

White COP Kidnapped and Murdered by Black Men… Where’s the Media?    Monday, December 1st, 2014

To the media, all life doesn’t have the same value.
While the examination of the death of Michael Brown consumes newscasts, a dead white cop killed by black men has garnered scarcely any attention.
The incident took place in Waynesboro, Va.
Police Officer Kevin Quick, a member of the Waynesboro Police Department, was abducted by four African-American men. (H/T: Top Conservative News)
The men, who allegedly had ties with a Los Angeles-based gang, took Officer Quick to an ATM to withdraw money.
Quick was then driven to the forest and killed execution-style by the gang members.
It’s alleged that the motive for the killing was to allow the four suspects to move up in the gang hierarchy by proving their toughness.
The case received little to no attention until this weekend, when a letter to the editor in the Lowell (Mass.) Sun brought the case back into the internet spotlight.
“Nowhere in the national media was this murder of a police officer put to paper,” the letter read.
“But when a white police officer shot a black man named Michael Brown in Missouri, it made the national news for months.”
“What hypocrites the media has become. Where is the outrage for Quick? Where are the beserk [sic] protesters burning and looting in the name of officer Quick?”
Sadly, Officer Quick simply wasn’t the right color for this to become an issue.
The news media does not does not see news qua news.
Rather, it sees it as raw material from which a narrative can be fashioned. From that narrative, the media then advances an agenda.
It has long been decided that anything that points away from the idea that the African-American community is under political, social, and physical assault from whites simply isn’t true or of interest.
The problem is that, in a decentralized media environment, incidents like what happened to Officer Kevin Quick spread rapidly.
Even when the media tries to quash it, it eventually slithers into the light of day.

Please like and share on Facebook and Twitter if you think the national media needs to spend some time on the murder of Officer Kevin Quick.

Rich Lowry Tells Truth About Michael Brown, Makes NBC Liberals Upset
Over the weekend National Review editor and Fox News contributor Rich Lowry made an appearance on NBC's Meet the Press to discuss the controversy in Ferguson. By telling the truth about the lesson learned from the killing of Michael Brown in self defense by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson, he seemed to upset the panel.
"Let's not pretend this particular incident was something that it wasn't. If you look at the most credible evidence the lessons are really basic. Don’t rob a convenience store. Don’t fight with a policeman when he stops you and try to take his gun. And when he yells at you to stop with his gun drawn, just stop," Lowry said. "The physical evidence backs up Officer Wilson's version."
"Gasp," said Andre Mitchell.

Study: Murder victims disproportionately black    And number of black men killed is on the rise, according to findings

 updated 8/9/2007  STUDY FROM 2007

Nov 30, 2014 · ... Giuliani pronounced it was very unsatisfactory that “we are not deliberating a fact that 93 percent of blacks are killed by other blacks.”another source

Nearly half of the nation’s murder victims in 2005 were black, and the number of black men who were slain is on the rise.
A majority of the black murder victims were relatively young — between 17 and 29, the Justice Department said in a study released Thursday.
The department’s Bureau of Justice Statistics report offers a snapshot of racial disparities among violent crime victims. Black people represented an estimated 13 percent of the U.S. population in 2005, the latest data available, but were the victims of 49 percent of all murders and 15 percent of rapes, assaults and other nonfatal violent crimes nationwide.
Most of the black murder victims — 93 percent — were killed by other black people, the study found. About 85 percent of white victims were slain by other white people.
National Urban League President Marc Morial, a former mayor of New Orleans, said the data reflect a trend that cannot be reversed by law enforcement alone. It will require changes in public education and a revival of federal summer jobs programs for economically disadvantaged young people, he said.
“The mixture of illegal drugs, easy access to handguns, and young men who feel locked out of economic opportunity is what these statistics reflect,” Morial said.

A CASE OF REVERSE DISCRIMINATION

White, Hispanic Cops Disciplined After Fatal Car Chase Sue Over Racial Bias

Nine Cleveland police officers involved in a 2012 shooting that left two people dead are suing the city and some of its leaders for how they were disciplined afterward, alleging they — eight whites and one Hispanic — were treated differently than their African-American colleagues following similar incidents.
The disciplinary action involved the officers being placed on restrictive active duty and assigned to a gym where they were doing work that included "boring and menial tasks" for several months after the Nov. 29, 2012 shooting, according to the lawsuit filed by their lawyer, Jonathan Rosenbaum, in U.S. District Court in Cleveland on Friday. The work status meant the officers couldn't apply for transfers or promotions or get extra pay through overtime. READ MORE

St. Louis police group criticizes Rams players

sports-nfl-20141201-20141201112200648030604

ST. LOUIS (AP) — The St. Louis Police Officers Association has called on the NFL to publicly apologize and discipline the five Rams players who stood with their hands raised before Sunday's game.
It was an apparent show of solidarity with Ferguson protesters in the wake of a grand jury's decision not to indict the white officer who shot and killed Michael Brown, who was black. Some witnesses said Brown had his hands up before being shot by officer Darren Wilson on Aug. 9. Wilson testified to the grand jury that Brown hit him and reached for his gun.
Before pregame introductions on Sunday, wide receivers Tavon Austin and Kenny Britt came out together with their hands raised, followed by Stedman Bailey, Jared Cook and Chris Givens.
The officers' association released a statement Sunday that said it was ''profoundly disappointed'' with the players, whose gesture it considered ''tasteless, offensive and inflammatory.''
''I know that there are those that will say that these players are simply exercising their First Amendment rights,'' association business manager Jeff Roorda said. ''Well, I've got news for people who think that way, cops have first amendment rights too, and we plan to exercise ours.''
NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy provided a one-sentence response to a request for comment to the group's statement.
''We respect and understand the concerns of all individuals who have expressed views on this tragic situation,'' he said in an email Monday.
Rams coach Jeff Fisher said he wasn't aware the gesture had been planned by the players, who are all black.
''I just think there has to be a change,'' tight end Jared Cook said after the Rams' 52-0 rout. ''There has to be a change that starts with the people that are most influential around the world.
