Hadi is exiled, not in his own country, if he fled Yemen, how much power does he hold ? What sense does it make to talk to him ? especially Lurch. Someone clue me in....

John Kerry Meets Yemen's Exiled President Hadi in Saudi Arabia   BY:

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — Yemen's exiled president met Secretary of State John Kerry on Thursday, his first meeting with a top-level U.S. official since fleeing his country amid an advance by Iran-linked rebels.
"Good to see you here in Riyadh," Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi told Kerry when the pair shook hands in the Saudi capital of Riyadh. "Hopefully we'll see you in Sanaa soon," Hadi added, referring to the Yemeni capital.
"Ah, there's some work to do," Kerry replied. "Let's do the work."
Hadi is Yemen's internationally-recognized president and has been backed by the U.S. as a key ally against al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula. He fled Yemen for Saudi Arabia in late March after Shiite Houthi rebels, backed by forces loyal to the president's predecessor, attempted to seize power.
The president's departure coincided with the start of a bombing campaign by a Saudi-led coalition. At least 646 civilians have been killed and 1,300 others injured since the airstrikes began, according to the United Nations.
In addition to his meeting with Hadi, Kerry was expected to hold discussions in Riyadh with the Saudi government about a "pause" in the conflict so humanitarian assistance could be delivered. On Wednesday, he pledged an additional $68 million aid to Yemen from the United States.
Iran: ‘We Welcome War With the U.S.’BY:

Iran Guard Rejects Inspection of Military Sites
Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Commander Hossein Salami threatened the U.S. during a television interview aired on Tehran’s state-run television.
“We have prepared ourselves for the most dangerous scenarios and this is no big deal and is simple to digest for us; we welcome war with the U.S. as we do believe that it will be the scene for our success to display the real potentials of our power,” Salami was quoted as saying by the Fars News Agency.
The remarks came as Secretary of State John Kerry and several lawmakers met with Israeli leaders this week to discuss the Iranian threat.
Salami, according to Fars, “warned that Tehran will set fire to every military base from which a hostile US plane takes off for bombing Iran.”
“We warn their pilots that their first flight (to target Iran) will be their last one and no one will be allowed to go back safe and sound and they should call their flights as their last flight,” the IRGC leader was quoted as saying.

We already knew that, BUT THEY DID IT ANYWAY !!

Federal Appeals Court Says NSA Phone Records Program Illegal
A federal appeals court ruled against the National Security Agency's bulk collection of telephone call information on Thursday, completely rejecting the government's legal justification for the program.
A three-judge panel of the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York unanimously found that Congress has not given the NSA approval for storing massive amounts of data so that it can be searched later.
The court said federal law permits gathering information only when there's something specific to investigate. By contrast, today's ruling says, the government is storing huge amounts of data so that it can be searched later when the need arises.

What matter if it's legal ? they do as they please. Police state...YES

Is This Legal? Watch Federal Agent Do The Unthinkable
Law enforcement, especially Federal agents, too often seem to be made up of people who have too much aggression and too much love for power and violence. This is exemplified by the recent purchase of large amounts of hollow point bullets by the Feds, but, on a more personal and individual level, there is this assault of a woman who is simply exercising her Constitutional right to film our government employees on the job.
Assault? Yes, assault. This thug walks up to this
woman in a menacing manner while carrying an assault rifle (what the benevolent Feds want to ban) and knocks her cell phone out of her hand and kicks it aggressively away.
If someone did this to you, you wouldn’t take it as a friendly government official looking out for your best interest, would you? I think not.

Designer of 3-D-printed gun challenges feds to Constitutional duel Published May 07, 2015

Cody Wilson claims the federal government violated his rights under the First, Second and Fifth amendments when it prosecuted him for publishing plans for 3D printed guns. (Courtesy: Cody Wilson)
Cody Wilson had a vision to forward the digital revolution by creating the nation’s first firearm on a 3-D printer, and, taking a page from WikiLeaks, share the blueprints with the world via the Internet in what he called the “Wiki Weapons project.” Now he is suing the federal government in hopes of keeping his dream on target - and staying out of prison.
Wilson was so taken with the idea, he dropped out of law school and designed "The Liberator," the nation’s first pistol built exclusively on a 3-D printer, consisting of 12 separate parts made from plastic and a single metal firing pin.

Animal Activists Press NJ Officials to Tranquilize Deer With Arrow Lodged in Nose   By Brian Thompson Published May 5, 2015

Animal rights advocates say their ready to step in and search for an injured deer that's been missing. The deer has an arrow stuck in its snout, and it hasn't been found for months
Animal rights activists say they're ready to take matters into their own hands after New Jersey Fish and Wildlife officers failed for six months to tranquilize a deer that has an arrow lodged just above its nose.
Residents in the Marlboro neighborhood first noticed the deer last December and called the state.
Fish and Wildlife spokesman Larry Hajna said officers were unable to get a clean shot at the deer and now have decided to wait as they believe the doe may be pregnant and are concerned the tranquilizer drug could cause issues with her pregnancy.
But Stuart Chaifetz of the organization Showing Animals Respect and Kindness (SHARK) said the doe is being tortured by having to survive with the arrow protruding from her face.
Animal activists in New Jersey are pressing state wildlife officials to tranquilize a deer that's had an arrow stuck in its nose for six months, saying it's being tortured. But officials are concerned the doe is pregnant. Watch raw video of the deer, provided by
"There could be potential problems, could get caught on something, could possibly get infected," added Janine Motta of the Animal Protection League.
Chaifetz said he's ready to hire an outside expert to track down the deer and rove the arrow.
But the DEP's Hajna warned that it is illegal to tranquilize a deer without a permit.

WaPo: Americans Overwhelmingly Support 'The Right To Offend'   Matt Vespa | May 06, 2015

With Muhammad cartoons back in the forefront, it’s resurrected a debate within the media about free speech. So, what are the numbers? In the aftermath of the horrific Charlie Hebdo shootings in Paris last winter, 60 percent of Americans said it was “okay” to publish cartoons of Muhammad. Moreover, an overwhelming majority said that people should have “the right to say what they believe even if they take positions that seem deeply offensive to most people.” Yet, there is a caveat (via WaPo):

Former president Bill Clinton and the Clinton Foundation’s Global Initiative are being hosted this week at a five-star luxury hotel in Morocco by one of the world's most controversial mining companies, criticized for "serious human rights violations" by the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice.
The Moroccan government-owned mining company OCP operates in disputed international territory in a remote part of the Saharan Desert and the firm has been criticized for removing the resources without adequately compensating the impoverished people who live there.
“Any time the human rights of a population are systematically suppressed in this type of way it's a serious concern, and I think it's worthy of attention,” said David McKean, who has studied the issue for the RFK center.
OCP is paying $1 million to help host the prestigious event and throw a private cocktail reception, to the dismay of human rights activists.

I thought I'd seen every attempt at the race card possible, but this is definitely a new one...

Wow: michelle obama Plays A Brand New Race Card, Saying THIS Is For White People Only   B. Christopher Agee May 6, 2015

In a pandering speech this week, Michelle Obama addressed an unavoidable issue in today’s cultural climate: racism. Rather than use the forum to enumerate the myriad ways – an obvious example being her husband’s two terms as the nation’s chief executive – blacks have progressed in America, she chose to further stoke racial tension by declaring “museums and concert halls” unaccommodating to minorities.
“You see,” she told an audience at New York City’s Whitney Museum, “there are so many kids in this country who look at places like museums and concert halls and other cultural centers and think to themselves, ‘Well, that’s not a place for me, for somebody who looks like me, for somebody who comes from my neighborhood.’”
Without mentioning exactly how she came to the conclusion, Obama instead opted to appeal to the audience’s emotion by sharing a chapter from her own past.
“So I know that feeling of not belonging in a place like this,” she said. “And today, as first lady, I know that feeling limits the horizons of far too many of our young people.”
The user wrote: “Can Black/Latino/Native art museums be intimidating or unwelcoming to white people?

The new black defense....Don't like someone or something that happened ? CRY RACIST !!

   Sunday Night Football on NBC
LeSean McCoy: Chip Kelly “got rid of all the black players”:

Bills running back LeSean McCoy isn’t backing down from the idea that he and Eagles coach Chip Kelly’s relationship is the reason for his departure, saying...Kelly didn’t like or respect stars.
And he doubled down on those comments by making a serious allegation.
In an interview with ESPN the Magazine, McCoy said Kelly was uncomfortable with him, with an uncomfortable reason for it.
“The relationship was never really great,” McCoy said. “I feel like I always respected him as a coach. I think that’s the way he runs his team. He wants the full control. You see how fast he got rid of all the good players. Especially all the good black players.
But clearly, McCoy has a problem with Kelly that goes beyond skin deep.

Cartoon                                                                                                          Why the Left Won't Call Rioters 'Thugs'

Among the many painful ironies in the current racial turmoil is that communities scattered across the country were disrupted by riots and looting because of the demonstrable lie that Michael Brown was shot in the back by a white policeman in Missouri -- but there was not nearly as much turmoil created by the demonstrable fact that a fleeing black man was shot dead by a white policeman in South Carolina.
Totally ignored was the fact that a black policeman in Alabama fatally shot an unarmed white teenager, and was cleared of any charges, at about the same time that a white policeman was cleared of charges in the fatal shooting of Michael Brown.
Muslims in Norway now demand a separate state, Greece will soon see similar   Did someone say Dearborn Michigan ?    SEE STORY

Muslims of Norway are now demanding a separate Islamic state and threaten terrorist actions if their demands are not met. Norway has already completed phase 3 of Islamization. The following explains the three phases.
Phase 1: When muslims constitute 1-3% of the population. Their behavior in society is decent and non intrusive.
Phase 2: When Muslims constitute 4-20% of the population, political demands begin, such as building of mosques, minarets, bans on Christian ceremonies and events and celebrations Muslim holidays like Ramadan.
Phase 3: When muslims constitute over 20% of the population a holy war begins (jihad). Muslim areas of the city (ghettos) now become inaccessible to non-Muslims. Full implementation of ghetto Sharia laws begin, along with conducting terrorist attacks for secession and the creation of an Islamic state.
Norway, is already in phase 3. The terrorist organization Ansar al-Sunna threatens that if the capital Oslo is not recognized by the Norwegian State as a Muslim city and a Muslim nation they will declare a holy war, with all that this entails. The announcement of the Islamic terrorist organization states:
