Black Charlatans Back At Work

Booker T. Washington, wrote: “There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Having learned that they are able to make a living out of their troubles, they have grown into the settled habit of advertising their wrongs-partly because they want sympathy and partly because it pays. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs.”

How I wish his wisdom and the wisdom of Doctor Ben Carson would be studied and adopted by the racist bigots who are now influencing the black culture in America today. Maybe if it was accepted, they would be calling for their Attorney General to do something about the murder of innocents in Chicago and DC which are legitimate concerns. They would encourage black men to accept the responsibility for the children they father instead of walking away and leaving the women to decide either to abort or keep the baby and have to go on government welfare to support them. Maybe they would hold the teachers accountable to teach children relevant subjects to help them be successful in the future, and they would encourage those same educators to work with the parent or parents to keep their child in school until he/she graduates with a meaningful and relevant education.
