U.S. Senator Pat Toomey faced a serious test when it comes to the anti-gun provisions of the "Patriot Act". Over the weekend he had a chance to cast two key votes.
Unfortunately, Sen. Toomey's votes suggest he'd support continuing these anti-gun provisions of law. You see, Senator Toomey voted FOR a plan to allow Senate Leaders two more months to plot how to RAM a full extension or expansion of the "Patriot Act" into law.
In doing so, he also voted against pro-gun Senator Rand Paul's filibuster. Fortunately, that vote was not successful -- but they'll be voting again this Sunday.
Please take a moment to call Senator Toomey at 814-453-3010.
