Total Media Blackout of Major Uprising Against Federal Government
If there is one thing that history teaches us, it is that people with power will tend to use that power to oppress and use the people without power. Many people do not want to believe this fundamental fact about human nature, and many more want to believe that governments don’t commit these acts against people, especially their own people.
But history tells us that this is the case, that governments oppress their own people. The instances where a government has been considered “fair” or “good” have always been short-lived. The abuse that the U.S. government is heaping upon people is just now becoming more overt in America.
Take the Bundy ranch incident, for example, or the cold-blooded killing of Robert “LaVoy” Finicum, or this incident that you’ve probably not heard about: the Department of Homeland Security’s actions against the Standing Rock Sioux who are protesting the Dakota Access Pipeline.
