I wouldn't put much stock in anything Kenney has to say, there is a lawsuit pending over this so called "soda tax" because he LIED about it's use.

Calling Kenney "Mayor" is a real stretch...he is probably the worst in this office for many years. First thing he did when elected was impose a 1 1/2 cent per ounce tax on sweet drinks, the money to be used for "pre-school". After the tax was imposed, it was found only a small percentage was used for pre-school, the bulk of it went for pension funds and into the city coffer, millions of dollars. (slush fund) Also after his election it was found that $32 million was missing from the cities account. No one knows nothing...In my opinion, he's a slimeball ! ! !
