Schiff lies about Russia (again) – Nat. Intel. Director having none of it!   By Kelly -Oct 19, 2020

Director of National Intelligence, John Ratcliffe blasted Adam Schiff for lying about the Biden laptop.

.@DNI_Ratcliffe is asked directly whether accusations leveled against the Bidens in recent days are part of a Russian disinformation effort. He says no: "Let me be clear. The intelligence community doesn't believe that because there is no intelligence that supports that." (1/5)

“We have shared no intelligence with Chairman Schiff or any other member of Congress that Hunter Biden’s laptop is part of some Russian disinformation campaign. It’s simply not true.”

“And this is exactly what I said I would stop when I became the director of national intelligence, and that’s people using the intelligence community to leverage some political narrative.”

“And in this case, apparently Chairman Schiff wants anything against his preferred political candidate to be deemed as not real and as using the intelligence community or attempting to use the intelligence community to say there’s nothing to see here.”

“Don’t drag the intelligence community into this. Hunter Biden’s laptop is not part of some Russian disinformation campaign. And I think it’s clear that the American people know that.”

If you recall, last week, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff said on CNN that the trove of incriminating emails found on a laptop “allegedly belonging to Hunter Biden” were part of a smear “from the Kremlin” and were another part of a Russian disinformation campaign.

“We know that this whole smear on Joe Biden comes from the Kremlin,” Schiff said in the video below. “That’s been clear for well over a year now that they’ve been pushing this false narrative about this vice president and his son.”

Rep. Adam Schiff says he’s concerned that he hasn’t “gotten much from the intelligence community” on Russia peddling disinformation.

“At times, some of the leadership, like Director Ratcliffe, not been very forthcoming in terms of the intelligence on the Russian threat.” pic.twitter.com/JhcVYlCgcf

The California Democrat was responding to questins about the origins of emails, found on a laptop purported to belong to the son of Democratic nominee Joe Biden, and first reported by the New York Post.

Schiff was one of the key figures in both the investigation into allegations about Russian interference in 2016 and the 2019 impeachment hearings, and has a history of making dramatic claims about President Trump’s alleged ties to Russia,
