The Supreme Court Authorized Biden’s Deep State to Terrorize Americans  

The Supreme Court just abandoned the Constitution.

They buckled to the Biden administration and the radical Left.

And now Biden’s Deep State will have free reign to terrorize Americans.

You may remember the FISA Court as the secret court that approved the Russia-gate witch hunt against former President Trump and his associates.

They used the phony Steele Dossier as a pretext to go after their political enemies, and they did so in total secret, without even Congress knowing about it.

Groups from both parties have been challenging the secrecy of the FISA Court, and one lawsuit finally made its way up to the U.S. Supreme Court.

But sadly, the U.S. Supreme Court turned its back on the Constitution and refused to take up the case.

Now, Joe Biden’s FISA Court has free reign to hunt down Americans as domestic terrorists.

This includes law-abiding gun owners, parents who do not want Critical Race Theory taught in their children’s schools, and people who oppose COVID restrictions.

According to a report from Reuters, “The ACLU has said the public has a right to know notable decisions made by the court, sometimes called the FISA court after the law under which it was created, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978. The ACLU said the U.S. Constitution’s First Amendment, which guarantees free speech and freedom of the press, provides a limited right of public access to the FISA court’s most significant decisions.”

Of course, Joe Biden did everything he could to keep the FISA Court secret. He did this because he plans to use the FISA Court to go after his political enemies.
