If they have second amendment rights then the next step is to say they have voting rights. Expect the ruling late Oct, with appellate courts not hearing the case till late Nov.
It isn't a constitutional right it is bestowed to civil and moral people by our creator. The rest are to be sequestered into safe spaces where the lunatics can thrive and do no harm to the sane.
