Update: As someone pointed out in the comments on the Facebook page, this is very similar to the suicide of Chavis Carter in Arkansas. Carter was allegedly searched twice before being placed in a police car, where he produced a gun and shot himself in the head.
A reenactment using four different individuals shows just how easy it really is to commit suicide with your hands cuffed behind your back.

Arizona State Trooper Resigns After It Is Discovered She Is An Illegal Alien

A 13-year veteran of the Arizona State Troopers has resigned after it was learned she was an illegal alien. Tucson’s NBC affiliate is reporting Carmen Figueroa, who once served as the Arizona Department of Public Safety’s spokeswoman, likely didn’t even know she was an illegal alien until this summer.

Georgia Woman Found Glued to Store Toilet Seat

   Investigators suspect a north Georgia woman hurt after being glued to a toilet seat in a Home Depot restroom put herself in the sticky position, according to a report. 

   Paramedics had to be called to remove Illyanna De La Keur from the glue-covered seat just before Thanksgiving, according to reports.

    Someone spread a layer of Loctite GO2 glue over each toilet seat; a bottle of the glue was later found by the manager of the store, the Morris News Service reported. A Banks County sheriff’s investigator described the glue as construction-grade.

    Paramedics used WD-40 to free De La Keur, however she left with ripped skin and wounds, the Atlanta Journal reported. Her sister captured video of the ordeal.

    De La Keur called her injuries painful and embarrassing. She said she didn't understand why she wasn't taken to an emergency room so a doctor could remove the seat, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reported. Home Depot said a third party was handling the case, the paper also reported.

    Upon reviewing video footage, investigators said no other person had entered the bathroom with enough time to have pulled the prank, Deputy Sheriff Carissa McFaddin told the Morris News Service.

    “There is no evidence to show that someone did it besides who was in there," McFaddin said.

 Investigators said there was not enough evidence to charge anyone.

Air Force Kicks Baby Jesus off Base                Todd Starnes | Dec 10, 2013    

 

The Baby Jesus has been kicked off Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina, according to an organization who relishes any opportunity to eradicate Christianity from the U.S. military.
The Military Religious Freedom Foundation praised officials at Shaw Air Force Base for removing a Nativity scene located near Memorial Lake on Friday. The traditional Nativity included plastic statues of Mary, Joseph, the Baby Jesus and an assortment of animals.
Apparently, an undisclosed number of Airmen were so emotionally troubled by the sight of a manger scene that they immediately notified the MRFF.
I can only imagine the psychological damage they must have suffered as a result of glancing at the plastic statues. I hope no one needed hospitalization, God.forbid       View Full Article

Six year old suspended for 'sexual harassment'

CANON CITY, Colo. - A six year old boy is suspended from school in Canon City for kissing a classmate on the cheek
His mother says it's a crush and the two children like each other. But the school is calling it something else; sexual harassment.
First grader, Hunter Yelton, told us he loves science and phys-ed. Also...that he has a crush on a girl at school, who likes him back.
It may sound innocent enough...but at six years old Hunter now has 'sexual harassment' on his school record.
"It was during class yeah. We were doing reading group and I leaned over and kissed her on the hand. That's what happened," said Hunter Yelton.
Six year old Hunter was at home on Monday instead of at school.
"They sent me to the office, fair and square. I did something wrong and I feel sorry," he said.
"She was fine with it, they are ‘boyfriend and girlfriend’. The other children saw it and went to the music teacher. That was the day I had the meeting with the principal, where she first said 'sexual harassment'. This is taking it to an extreme that doesn't need to be met with a six year old. Now my son is asking questions… what is sex mommy?   STORY

South Carolina voting on bill to end Obamacare in state

A bill set for fast-track passage in the South Carolina Senate in January aims to eliminate Obamacare in the state. The law could become a model for other states fed up with the federal health-care law.
House Bill 3101, titled the “South Carolina Freedom of Health Care Protection Act,” passed the state House of Representatives last April by a 65-34 vote. The bill now heads to the GOP-controlled Senate with special-order priority, setting up the likelihood that South Carolina will become the first state to exempt citizens and businesses from all participation in the Affordable Care Act.
State Sen. Tom Davis, the bill’s sponsor who recently wrapped up study committee hearings for H3101 in Columbia, Charleston and other cities, says that the proposed legislation renders the Affordable Care Act void or inoperable through a handful of provisions.
“It will essentially have five components to it, all of which in my judgment are legal, effective, and within the state’s power to do,” Davis, a Republican from Beaufort, said in an interview.
The bill’s main component prohibits agencies, officers and employees of the state of South Carolina from implementing any provisions of the Affordable Care Act, leaving implementation of the national health-care law entirely in the hands of a federal government that lacks the resources or personnel to carry out the programs it mandates.
This provision, according to Davis, comes from the anti-commandeering doctrine established in case law that says feds can’t compel states to enforce federal laws.
“What the Supreme Court said in Printz v. United States is that states are not merely political subdivisions of the federal government to carry out what the federal government does; they are sovereign entities,” Davis said. “Congress can pass laws, but it cannot compel the states to utilize either their treasury or personnel to implement those federal laws.”
Additional provisions of H3101 further neuter the Affordable Care Act by outlawing state exchanges, issuing tax deductions to individuals equal to the tax penalties levied by the federal government, and directing the state attorney general to sue over whimsical enforcement of the law. Taken together, the provisions effectively repeal the federal law for the people of South Carolina.
Davis adds that lawmakers in Columbia are considering two additional provisions: one that outlaws Medicaid expansion, and another that suspends the licenses of insurers who receive federal subsidies under the Affordable Care Act.

Never Let the Dead of Sandy Hook Go to Waste, or Rest in Peace

Now it all becomes clear: Liberals want you to lay still and think of England while all manner of people molest your peace, you property and your body.

At least that’s what it’s come to in a growing number of self-defense cases around the country. Not only are we questioning a person’s right to arm themselves, we are questioning a person’s right to defend themselves and their property at all.
Defense of the individual and their property are the oldest rights known to man. And when you say that only government has a right to do that, you are giving your welfare and your property over to government.
It’s happening in Reading, Pennsylvania to business owners; in Sanford, Florida; Mesquite, Texas to homeowners; Spokane, Washington to university students. And according to the NRA to your town very, very soon, if Obama has his way.
"On Monday, Obama's current operation sent an email to supporters urging them to hold events advocating gun control on December 14, the one-year anniversary of the murders at Sandy Hook Elementary School, in Newtown, Connecticut," says the NRA. "Meanwhile, Michael Bloomberg's euphemistically-named group, Mayors Against Illegal Guns, along with Moms Demand Action, are releasing a 60-second version and a 30-second version of a TV ad portraying a person approaching an elementary school with a duffel bag, as students observe a moment of silence for the victims who were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary. The obvious implication is that the gun control laws that one or both groups support could prevent the type of crime committed at Sandy Hook."

 Nelson Mandela Was on US Terrorist Watch List Until 2008

As everyone gets all gushy about the life and passing of former South African President Nelson Mandela, it is a good idea to remember that the political party he ran, the ANC, was labeled as a terrorist organization until relatively recently. And that wasn’t just “politics,” either. Mandela’s party was very, very violent.

For all his reputation as a man of non-violence, Mandela, an avowed communist, was part of a political party guilty of mass murder and terrorist attacks–and, yes, they perpetrated such things while he was in charge of it.
This is not to say that the ANC was the only bad guys in South Africa. But it is to remind everyone that it wasn’t as clean as the driven snow.
Every president between Reagan and George W. Bush (including Clinton) kept the ANC on the terror list and left Mandela on the watch list. Mandela wasn’t removed from the watch list until Obama became president

Duck Dynasty Cast Told To Stop Praying Because Jesus Offends Muslims

In the world of political correctness, nothing is off the table—not even altering the realities of a reality TV show. Duck Dynasty cast members have recently revealed that not only have producers asked them stop praying to Jesus, but also falsely edited in bleeps to make it sound like the cast was swearing.
The cast members are sticking to their guns under the pretense of Matthew 10:33 that states, “Whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.”  The stars believe that the television show doesn’t have the right to tell them what they can or cannot say.
Phil ended up asking producers who they were offending and to their surprise the producers were armed with a response.  They said that they themselves—the producer and crew– as well as Muslims were being offended.

The cast also mentioned something that seemed to peeve them, wondering why editors of the show were editing cuss words, that weren’t there. In order to entice more viewers, they replaced ordinary adjectives with bleeps in effort to make it sound as if the cast was using profanities.

Saturday in the Wildlife Refuge was a White Snow Owl. Unusual for this area, what a ham she was, stayed in one place for over 3 hours while cars parked to the side of the small winding road to take photo's. Nothing could disturb her. Snowy Owls nest in the Arctic tundra of the northernmost stretches of Alaska, Canada, and Eurasia. She was a message for our area on the winter we are going to have here on the East Coast. One guy had this huge Telescope with a camera elevated on it. Got the impression he was a Professional Photographer taking a pictures for a Wildlife Journal. This is the real picture of her.
