A forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems machines and software in Michigan showed that they were designed to create fraud and influence election results, a data firm said Monday.

“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” Russell Ramsland Jr., co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group, said in a preliminary report.

“The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified,” he added.

timeline, steps and phase lines Democrats and their Far Left allies would use in an extra-constitutional effort to drive President Trump from office.

While we didn’t get every detail right in our prediction, one of the key steps we identified was for the courts to step-in and arbitrarily overturn existing election laws to enable Democrats to count votes until they win, especially in battleground states controlled by Democrats, such as Pennsylvania:

We also implied the weak link in the judiciary that Democrats would exploit is Chief Justice John Roberts, and it now appears that, while not accurate in every detail, we were right about how Democrats would try to use Leftist judges to change election laws to erode ballot security and that Chief Justice Roberts is indeed the weak link.

In the crucial Supreme Court case of Republican Party of Pennsylvania v. Boockvar, Roberts sided with the three activist Democrats on the Supreme Court to allow Pennsylvania’s Democrats to count ballots received up to three days after Election Day – even though Pennsylvania law allows only ballots received on or before Election Day to be counted.

The extension was created by the Democrat-controlled Pennsylvania Supreme Court which essentially re-wrote Pennsylvania election law at the behest of the Pennsylvania Democratic Party.

It was that kind of arbitrary, capricious and corrupt non-legislative rewriting of election laws by administrative officials and judges that was the core complaint in the recent lawsuit Texas filed versus Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Michigan. 

The Supreme Court, led by Chief Justice Roberts, refused to even hear the arguments put forth by Texas; "Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections," the court wrote in an order refusing the case.

The often-credulous airwaves of Fox News’s morning show, “Fox & Friends,” are generally the best friend of President Trump and his administration. But from time to time, they — however gently — inject some realism into the current debate.

And that was certainly the case Monday morning. During an interview with White House senior adviser Stephen Miller, host Brian Kilmeade stuck a pencil through a pinhole in the Trump effort to overturn the 2020 election results.

“Your legal team, in almost every state, 50 times lost — some with Trump judges,” Kilmeade said, pretty accurately describing the Trump team’s overwhelming defeats in court. “So do you have the worst legal team who just don’t seem to be presenting a good case? Or are you just too late and this case should have been brought before the election?”

That latter sentence should have been greeted by loud dings from a game-show bell.

The biggest problem with the Trump legal case is the sheer lack of evidence of the kind of widespread irregularities and voter fraud that it argues should overturn the 2020 results. But perhaps next after that is something that has gotten relatively little attention: the failure to raise these issues earlier — i.e. before the election.

Over and over again, judges have noted that the pro-Trump legal effort could just as well have challenged the election rules before the election results went against them.

The suggestion by former President Barack Obama that President Trump’s rise to power was a product of racism is "absolutely despicable," author and activist Candace Owens told “Hannity” Thursday.

In his forthcoming memoir, "A Promised Land," Obama claims Trump’s presidency was the result of “millions of Americans spooked by a Black man in the White House.”

Recalling Obama’s historic election in 2008, Owens told host Sean Hannity that the 44th president ran his campaign on the American Dream and was driven by a “kinetic energy” that has since been seemingly pushed aside.

“It felt like we finally had arrived at a place in this country where we could put the past in the past,” she said. “Barack Obama became the president of the United States because White Americans supported him. And rather than show some unity, rather than show some respect for this country that gave him literally everything he has, he turns his back ... and says, ‘Look at this despicable country. It’s broken.’”

“He is the first president that has ever sat in the White House and come out ... hating America,” she added.

By contrast, Owens said, President Trump has spent the last four years making efforts to strengthen the Black community, doubling his support among Black women and “garnered 18% of the Black male vote.”

“Do you think that [Democrats] could have the humility to pause for a second and say, ‘You know what? Maybe it’s not because every single person in America is a racist,’” she said. “People are standing behind Donald J. Trump because he is an effective and good leader who tells the truth and doesn’t ... run on identity politics.”

Leaked Register Shows Chinese Communist Party Has Infiltrated Democratic Governments and Multinational Corporations Worldwide  December 14, 2020| AAN Staff 

On Sunday, Australia’s Sky News reported the disclosure of a register with the ames and pertinent details of 1.95 million Chinese Communist Party (CCP) members, many of whom have embedded themselves in western democracies, the world’s largest multination corporations, and prestigious academic institutions.

The report offers one of the most transparent pictures to date of how the CCP has evolved in the 21st century.

The Daily Wire reports:

“Communist party branches have been set up inside western companies, allowing the infiltration of those companies by CCP members — who, if called on, are answerable directly to the communist party, to the Chairman, the president himself,” said Sky News’ Sharri Markson.

“Along with the personal identifying details of 1.95 million communist party members, mostly from Shanghai, there are also the details of 79,000 communist party branches, many of them inside companies.”

Markson also inferred that this security breach would likely embarrass both Xi Jinping and “some global companies who appear to have no plan in place to protect their intellectual property from theft.”

According to the Daily Mail, communist party members swear an oath to “guard Party secrets, be loyal to the Party, work hard, fight for communism throughout my life…and never betray the Party,” are “understood to have jobs in British consulates,” and that “Beijing’s malign influence now stretches into almost every corner of British life, including defence firms, banks and pharmaceutical giants.”

It is not clear if any western government or company knew of the extent of this threat.

President-elect Joe Biden is showing support for his son, Hunter Biden, after the U.S. attorney in Delaware launched an investigation into his taxes.

After an event in Wilmington, Delaware, Friday, a reporter asked the former vice president, “Did Hunter Biden commit a crime? Have you spoken to your son, Mr. President-Elect?”

He replied, “I’m proud of my son.”

Hunter Biden released a statement Wednesday afternoon to announce the news of the investigation, as IJR previously reported.

“I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs,” Hunter Biden wrote.

He added, “I take this matter very seriously, but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors.”

The Biden-Harris transition team released a statement in his defense.

“President-elect Biden is deeply proud of his son, who has fought through difficult challenges, including the vicious personal attacks of recent months, only to emerge stronger,” the statement reads.

President Donald Trump took to Twitter Thursday to question why Hunter Biden was not investigated before the election and falsely claimepp he won the presidency.

“Why didn’t the Fake News Media, the FBI and the DOJ report the Biden matter BEFORE the Election. Oh well, it’s OK, we won the Election anyway – 75,000,000 VOTES!!!” Trump wrote.

The investigation comes just months after The New York Post published a report alleging Hunter Biden introduced his father to an executive for Ukrainian energy company Burisma while he was still vice president.

The Biden campaign later denied the report, as IJR previously reported.

Joe Biden later called the report a “last-ditch effort” by Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani.

Democrat Michigan state representative Cynthia Johnson is sending a warning message to all of President Trump’s supporters. Johnson’s video is in stark contrast to Joe Biden’s calls for unity after being declared President-elect. However, her threatening message toward Republicans follows suit with a number of progressive Democrats who have said lists should be made of Trump supporters. Progressive Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez claimed we should be “archiving” Trump supporters.

The Democrat said in a Tweet, “Is anyone archiving these Trump sycophants for when they try to downplay or deny their complicity in the future? I forsee decent probability of many deleted Tweets, writings, photos in the future.”

As part of the Trump administration’s realignment of U.S. forces in Europe to better deter Russia, the Pentagon has just established a new special operations site in the Latvian capital of Riga. The site will allow U.S. special operators to expand operations throughout the vulnerable Baltic region in Russia’s front yard.

As Stars and Stripes notes:

The site is the latest example of steady U.S. military investment in the Baltic region, where the Pentagon has spent hundreds of millions of dollars over the past five years to improve military infrastructure and allow more drills to be carried out.

The Pentagon reportedly spent $3.7 million to build this new site through the European Deterrence Initiative (EDI), the U.S. military program aimed at preventing Russian aggression on NATO’s eastern flank, reports Stripes.

The site in Latvia comes as the Pentagon completed $10.8 million in upgrades to Estonia’s Amari Air Base in July. That improved airbase in Estonia will now allow U.S. Air Forces Europe (USAFE) and NATO to fly more combat “aircraft from the northernmost of the Baltic states,” notes Stripes.

Lt. Col. Juan Martinez, a spokesman for Special Operations Command-Europe, said in a statement reported by Stars and Stripes, that the new site “includes a vehicle servicing facility, ammunition storage and two helipads for U.S. CV-22 aircraft from the United Kingdom-based 352nd Special Operations Wing.”

Martinez added that the “assets are designed to allow special operations forces to move rapidly in and out of the area and conduct maintenance.”

But there is more in store for U.S. forces in Latvia. According to Martinez, another site nearing completion in the small Baltic country will increase the amount of U.S. “gear and personnel that can move into the Baltic state for exercises, or in response to a crisis.”

These underreported developments demonstrate the U.S. determination to support NATO on the new front lines with Russia — in the Baltics, Poland, Romania, and elsewhere — as opposed to simply maintaining U.S. forces in the rear in Germany where they once faced a now non-existent Soviet threat.

This week, Democrat lawmaker Eric Swalwell has been the epicenter of a bombshell story fit for the movie theaters. The “you have to see it to believe it story” involves a female Chinese spy targeting a young up-and-coming politician to latch onto before he became a player on the national stage to gain sensitive information. While the story sounds like one-in-a-million intelligence officials actually believe that there may already hundreds if not thousands of Chinese spies operating within the Unitde States.

The story begins in 2011, with Eric Swalwell, a young Deocrat from California, meeting suspected Chinese spy Fang Fang who renamed herself Christine Fang. Fang came to the United States under the guise of going to a California college. She then positioned herself to become a “bundler”, someone who secures big donors for Swalwell’s re-election campaign. While working closely with Swalwell Fang was also able to place at least one intern in the politician’s office.

In 2015, Swalwell received a “defensive breifing” regarding Fang’s suspicious activities and he immediately cut off all ties to the suspsected spy. That same year Fang fled the U.S.

He insisted that the last-minute changes to election rules that happened in Pennsylvania, bypassing the legislative branch, was unconstitutional.

“There’s something gone wrong in Pennsylvania and elsewhere, and it needs to be corrected,” he said during an interview with NTD’s Cindy Drukier.

The Keystone state senator, who has been leading the push for transparency in his home state, said the fight in 2020 for election integrity is to keep the Republic.

“Americans, we’ve been kicked so many times around by the media and by the left,” he said. “And now, Americans say, ‘No, just knock it off. We’re not going to sit down … we’re not going to stand aside.

“We have a Republic and we plan on keeping it,” he said.

At least four people were stabbed near Harry’s Bar at 11th and F streets NW, a gathering point for the Proud Boys, a male-chauvinist organization with ties to white nationalism.

The victims were hospitalized and suffered possibly life-threatening injuries, D.C. fire spokesman Doug Buchanan said. It was not immediately clear with which groups the attackers or the injured might have been affiliated.

The violence escalated after an evening of faceoffs with counterprotesters that took place near Harry’s, Black Lives Matter Plaza, Franklin Square, and other spots around downtown. Outsidethebeltway.com
