'Sanctuary' Means Career Criminals Can Run and Hide

Donald Trump understood something that many Washington insiders missed. Many Americans and some naturalized citizens bristle at elected officials constantly defending the rights of non-Americans to migrate here illegally -- and to be rewarded for breaking the law with a path to citizenship. Toward that end, and in deference to his campaign promises, Trump seems primed to deport undocumented immigrants and withhold some federal funds from sanctuary cities like San Francisco.
Trump has dispensed with some of his magical thinking. For example, Trump has ditched his one-time (but impossible to fulfill) promise to deport all 11 million undocumented immigrants.
Now he says he would focus on 2 million or more undocumented immigrants with criminal histories. That is, his focus now is on mainstream ideas that the news media can brand as extreme only at the peril of their credibility.

Judge Tells New Citizens They Can Leave The U.S. If They Don't Like Donald Trump

A federal judge presiding over a naturalization ceremony in San Antonio, Texas, on Friday told new U.S. citizens if they didn’t like President-elect Donald Trump, they could leave the United States.
“I can assure you that whether you voted for him or you did not vote for him, if you are a citizen of the United States, he is your president,” Judge John Primomo said, according to KENS 5. “He will be your president and if you do not like that, you need to go to another country.”

Not all people are a**holes. some respect America and our flag......name in article withheld for privacy

WLOS ABC 13
Hi my name is Sxxxxxn Wxxxxx and I live in Lake Lure NC. I have been evacuated for 7 days and was finally able to come home today. When I got home I wasn't expecting to see this. These amazing firefighters who have came from all over the world saved my house from the flames. Doing so..they took my flag down and off the flag pole..rolled it up and put it in my glass door so it wouldn't get burned by the fire. I just wanted to share this act of kindness with you. It made me have goosbumps the minute I realized what they did. I thought it would be a great news piece to share with the world. Even in the toughest times WE still respect the flag and who fought for us to wave that flag. Thank you!

STOCKTON, Calif. -- The father of a soldier who was killed last weekend in Afghanistan was disappointed and hurt after airline passengers booed him and his family as they flew to meet his son's remains.
Stewart Perry, an ex-Marine who lives in Stockton, said the ordeal left him feeling disrespected.
"It was really disgusting on the passengers' part," he said Friday.
His son, Sgt. John Perry, was one of two killed in an explosion at a United States airbase on Nov. 12. He was honored at a memorial service in Lodi on Thursday and will be buried in Arlington National Cemetery.

I think she and obama are going to TRY to do as much damage as they can these last couple of months

Loretta Lynch Just Made Her Most Outrageous Move Yet

Controversy continues to swirl around Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
Over the summer, she met with Bill Clinton aboard her government airplane, leading many critics to believe the fix was in on the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server.
And now – with just months remaining in her term – she has created another firestorm.
In the final years of the Obama administration, liberals placed so-called “criminal justice reform” at the top of their agenda.
From Barack Obama on down, the left believes our criminal justice system is inherently biased against blacks and other minorities.
So-called “mass incarceration” is now one of the top buzzwords among liberals and misguided conservatives.
Before the election, a bill many conservatives deemed a “get out jail free legislation” was gaining steam in Congress.
Speaker Paul Ryan would often tout his support for criminal justice reform as evidence the GOP could appeal to Democrat leaning voters.
But in the wake of Donald Trump’s election, releasing thousands of dangerous criminals is dead upon arrival.
Trump campaigned on restoring law-and-order and the respect for our police officers.
Buzzfeed reports:

Reading my wifes facebook, I came across this article...very well written and she certainly makes her point (a very good point at that)

“For better or worse,” says Pruitt, “when we talk about poverty, we focus on black poverty, and we focus on Hispanic poverty. We’ve collapsed our nation’s poverty problem into our nation’s racism problem and it leads us to turn a blind eye to rural poverty.”

Hate Didn’t Elect Donald Trump; People Did

photo_72491_landscape_650x433

Over the summer, my little sister had a soccer tournament at Bloomsburg University, located in central Pennsylvania. The drive there was about three hours and many of the towns we drove through shocked me. The conditions of these towns were terrible. Houses were falling apart. Bars and restaurants were boarded up. Scrap metal was thrown across front lawns. White, plastic lawn chairs were out on the drooping front porches. There were no malls. No outlets. Most of these small towns did not have a Walmart, only a dollar store and a few run down thrift stores. In almost every town, there was an abandoned factory.
My father, who was driving the car, turned to me and pointed out a Trump sign stuck in a front yard, surrounded by weeds and dead grass. “This is Trump country, Tori,” He said. “These people are desperate, trapped for life in these small towns with no escape. These people are the ones voting for Trump.”
My father understood Trump’s key to success, even though it would leave the media and half of America baffled and terrified on November 9th. Trump’s presidency has sparked nationwide outrage, disbelief and fear.
And, while I commend the passion many of my fellow millennials feels towards minorities and the fervency they oppose the rhetoric they find dangerous, I do find many of their fears unfounded.  I don’t find their fears unfounded because I negate the potency of racism. Or the potency of oppression. Or the potency of hate.
I find these fears unfounded because these people groups have an army fighting for them. This army is full of celebrities, politicians, billionaires, students, journalists and passionate activists. Trust me, minorities will be fine with an army like this defending them.
And, I would argue, that these minorities aren’t the only ones who need our help. The results of Tuesday night did not expose a red shout of racism but a red shout for help.

Wendy Davis: Trump Benefited From An 'Undereducated
Electorate,' Which Is A Right Wing Conspiracy Or Something

Wendy Davis: Trump Benefited From An 'Undereducated Electorate,' Which Is A Right Wing Conspiracy Or Something
Former Texas gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis is the last person to be offering election commentary, especially since she wasn’t able to clinch 40 percent of the vote in her doomed bid against Republican attorney general (and now governor) Greg Abbott. The former Democratic Texas state senator, who rose to national prominence for her filibuster against a late-term abortion bill, said that President-elect Donald J. Trump benefited from an “undereducated electorate,” which once again shows that some Democrats simply don’t get it (via Star Telegram):
“Let’s face it, Republicans were rewarded by an undereducated electorate,” Davis told the Texas Standard, a public radio program, on Thursday. “And I don’t think it’s too cynical to say that the true right-wing conspiracy in this country is the undereducation of the populace. It has benefited them and it is not an accidental outcome.”

What are you talking about, Davis?
Millions of Obama supporters voted for Donald Trump, The Washington Post had this to say about the Rust Belt surge that went to Trump:

Of the nearly 700 counties that twice sent Obama to the White House, a stunning one-third flipped to support Trump.

Trump also won 194 of the 207 counties that voted for Obama either in 2008 or 2012.

National Public Radio also mentioned how Democrats’ complacency in their big city approach
could leave them out in the cold. After 2016, that’s become a reality. That’s not an undereducated electorate Ms. Davis; it’s working people saying too long the Democrats have abandoned us, we’re mocked incessantly by the elites in the big city bubbles, and we’ve just overturned the table. It’s time for a new contract—and if Trump isn’t it, we’ll throw him out too. Also, let’s be shy to say this: Clinton was a terrible candidate who just couldn’t resonate with a large swath of voters, much like Romney. Also, I can save y’all a lot of time with what she said next. She hasn’t made a decision about challenging Sen. Ted Cruz in 2018. Right, because she’ll lose badly. Barring a massive alien invasion or an asteroid strike, Cruz will probably be safe. Even if she’s appointed somewhere in the Trump Administration, Abbott will pick a GOP replacement and even that person is going to be safe from the underwhelming aura that is Wendy Davis.

Obsession with Race is Stretching Beyond Reason

Obsession with Race is Stretching Beyond Reason

Some recent headlines:

"The Electoral College is an instrument of white supremacy -- and sexism," exclaimed Slate magazine.

CNN: "Math is racist: How data is driving inequality."
From the NBC affiliate in Oklahoma: "'To be white is to be racist,' Norman student offended by teacher's lecture."

Wow, things are bad here in America. Maybe I should move to Canada? Uh oh, from Heat Street: "Canoes reek of genocide, theft and white privilege, says Canadian professor."

Is there no place safe from white supremacy? Let me check the Huffington Post. "North Korea proves your white male privilege is not universal."

In other words, going by the headlines, you'd think everything is about race. Or, as the Harvard Crimson put it, "Everything is about race."

Warning to Iran: Trump is not Obama
allenbwest.com
Less than 1 week after election, Iran WARNS President-elect Trump...

Down south we had a saying, “a hit dawg will holler,” and it’s interesting seeing the responses to the election of Donald J. Trump from some adversarial entities across the globe. I can only imagine there are some very interesting conversations going on in places like Moscow, Beijing, Pyongyang and Tehran.
And we have a response from Tehran. As reported by our friends at The Algemeiner, A senior Iranian cleric warned US President-elect Donald Trump during prayers on Friday “not [to] play around with Iran,” and vowed that the Islamic Republic would “resist until our last breath” if any actions not to the regime’s approval are undertaken, the country’s semi-official news agency Fars reported.

Sadly, we're not starting from a position of strength
