You Won’t Believe How A Judge Just Shut Down Trump’s Plan To Stop The Caravan 
Donald Trump is fending off opposition at every front to stop the migrant caravan invasion.

The President delivered a primetime speech explaining why building the wall was central to preventing millions of illegal aliens from flooding into the country.

But you won’t believe how this Judge just shot down Trump’s plan to stop the caravan.

Trump and the Democrats are locked in a battle over five billion dollars in funding for the wall.

In 2013, every Senate Democrat voted for a bill that contained enough money to construct over 300 miles of border fencing.

But because Trump is now the President, Democrats are opposed to the wall.

So Trump floated the idea of using the 1976 National Emergency Act to order the military to build the wall.

Some of his supporters urged him to take this tact.

North Carolina Congressman Mark Meadows – who chairs the House Freedom Caucus and is one of the President’s closest allies in Congress – urged him to follow that path.

AUSTIN (KXAN) — State Rep. Eric Johnson, D-Dallas, confirmed the removal of the "Children of the Confederacy Creed" plaque Sunday.  ( looks really proud of himself...doesn't he ? }

In a release, his office wrote that the plaque was removed from the wall where it hung inside of the Texas Capitol for 60 years.

Calls for the plaque's removal began over a year ago and were first voiced by Rep. Johnson.

The Texas State Preservation Board voted Friday to remove the plaque. Gov. Greg Abbott, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick and the newly-elected Speaker of the House, Dennis Bonnen are members of the preservation board.

It is unknown if/where the plaque will be relocated.

A gun-confiscation plan by Virginia Governor Ralph Northam (D) could profoundly affect the state's two and a half million registered owners. 

The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), a group representing gun manufacturers and dealers, said that the vague proposal to ban possession of "assault firearms" would affect "most firearms" currently sold.

The Washington Free Beacon's Stephen Gutowski reports:

"The legislative proposals being discussed would put most firearms beyond the reach of law-abiding Virginians who choose the firearms of their choice to protect themselves, hunt, and practice recreational target shooting," said Lawrence G. Keane, the group's general counsel. "That could potentially impact the availability of tens of millions of firearms."

Border authorities are referring 50 people a day for urgent medical care, including tuberculosis, flu and even pregnant women about to give birth, a top official said Monday, saying it’s unlike anything they’ve ever seen before.

Most of those in need of care are children, and a staggering 28 percent are under age 5, having been dragged along for the trip by parents who in many cases are hoping to use the children as a shield against speedy deportation from the U.S.

The numbers were released after a full review was done of all children in the custody of Customs and Border Protection in the wake of two illegal-immigrant children who died in U.S. hospitals in December.

CBP Commissioner Kevin McAleenan said most of those needing help were ill when they arrived at the border, and some appear to have made the initial decision to leave even while ailing.

“Many were ill before they departed their homes,” the commissioner said. “We’re talking about cases of pneumonia, tuberculosis, parasites. These are not things that developed urgently in a matter of days.”

In the chaotic aftermath at the FBI following Director James Comey's firing, a half-dozen senior FBI officials huddled to set in motion the momentous move to open an investigation into President Donald Trump that included trying to understand why he was acting in ways that seemed to benefit Russia.   (They think firing Comey would benefit Russia..???)

They debated a range of possibilities, according to portions of transcripts of two FBI officials' closed-door congressional interviews obtained by CNN. On one end was the idea that Trump fired Comey at the behest of Russia. On the other was the possibility that Trump didn't have an improper relationship with the Kremlin and was acting within the bounds of his executive authority, the transcripts show.

James Baker, then-FBI general counsel, said the FBI officials were contemplating with regard to Russia whether Trump was "acting at the behest of and somehow following directions, somehow executing their will."

"That was one extreme. The other extreme is that the President is completely innocent, and we discussed that too," Baker told House investigators last year. "There's a range of things this could possibly be. We need to investigate, because we don't know whether, you know, the worst-case scenario is possibly true or the President is totally innocent and we need to get this thing over with — and so he can move forward with his agenda."

A split in the Democratic Party has developed. New Socialist U.S. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has taken no time in rocking the left-wing boat led by establishment politicians Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). Since day one, she stated that the policies were not progressive enough. This week she made fun of former vice presidential candidate Joe Lieberman’s age. As she tries to pull the party further to the left, the Democrats will not be the only ones suffering.

Lieberman who has not been in the news much lately made an appearance on Fox News Business and interviewed on Neil Cavuto Coast to Coast. Lieberman offered a sharp rebuke of AOC as she also is known. He said that she was not the future of the liberal caucus and if she was the party was over.

This did not sit well with Ocasio-Cortez. She replied to him via Twitter saying, ”New party, who dis?” With 2.2 million Twitter followers it is easy to see how she will create a divide in the party. If she continues down this road, she will not become an effective leader. AOC will alienate herself and become ineffective.

Either they don’t get much news out of the United States and Mexico down in Central America or they don’t pay much attention to it if they do. Mexican officials are currently heading to El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala to talk to the organizers of yet another migrant caravan that’s forming up to head north toward the United States. Given the number of people who are currently lined up and waiting for weeks or months for an asylum hearing, dumping hundreds or thousands more into the queue is only going to inflame matters further. Mexican authorities will meet with Central American officials to prepare for the arrival of a planned new caravan of migrants headed to the United States next week.
The head of Mexico’s immigration office, Tonatiuh Guillen, left on Wednesday on a trip to El Salvador and Honduras to meet with his counterparts and other authorities, said Interior Ministry spokesman Hector Gandini.
Mexico hopes to discourage a mass exodus from El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras, and wants Central Americans who decide to migrate north to do so in an orderly way and through legal ports of entry.

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf believes no one should have semi-automatic firearms. EXCEPT HIS BODYGUARDS

Just one day after a gun-rights rally in Pittsburgh that attracted hundreds of gun owners protesting the city’s proposed “assault weapons” ban, Democratic Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf voiced his support for a complete ban on all semi-automatic weapons.

When asked by KDKR Newsradio host Larry Richert whether the state of Pennsylvania should restrict or eliminate semi-automatic weapons, Gov. Wolf responded, “I think they should. I support that. Those are the weapons that killed those innocent people in Squirrel Hill and have done so much damage in schools and in places all around the country. We shouldn’t have those [guns].”

Though Wolf incorporates all semi-automatic firearms in his answer to Richert’s question (the Squirrel Hill murderer used handguns and a rifle), he walked back his stance later that day in a tweet that only mentioned “semi-automatic rifles.”

Nancy Pelosi’s father Thomas D’Alesandro Jr. allegedly was a “constant companion” of notorious mobster Benjamin “Benny Trotta” Magliano and other underworld figures during his political years in Baltimore, MD. 

D’Alesandro was a Congressman for five terms from 1938 to 1947, and Baltimore mayor for three terms from 1947 to 1959. Magliano was identified by the FBI as one of Baltimore’s “top hoodlums,” and he widely was acknowledged as the representative for New York’s Frankie Carbo who made his bones with Murder, Inc. and later became a made guy in the Lucchese family. 

The allegations are included in D’Alesandro’s recently-released FBI files which Friends of Ours has obtained pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act.

Once valid, the Democratic Party has become a cartoon version of its former self

There was a time long, long ago in which the national Democratic Party actually stood for something. Real ideas. Not necessarily good ideas, but substantive ideas nonetheless. The Party was led by men and women who actually articulated substantive programs. John Kennedy formulated meaningful tax policies, and launched America’s conquest of the Moon. His successor, Lyndon Johnson, proposed and pushed through the Congress massive and far-reaching federal support programs that still are costing us today. During the 1970s and into the 80s there were Democratic Members of the Congress who articulated well-considered social policies for welfare recipients and working families; New York Sen. Daniel Patrick Moynihan comes to mind.

But no more. Today in the Democratic caucus, a substantive idea would land with an echoing thud on the floor and be quickly swept away; barely noticed amid the vitriol that consumes the nation’s senior national political party.

While Democrats nowadays prefer the moniker “Progressive” to “Liberal” as a descriptor for their Party and its members, there is nothing remotely progressive about this once proud political movement. Today’s Democratic Party has become not only a hollowed-out shell of its former incarnation, but as revealed in just the past four months, now is a cartoon version of what it used to be.

In what previous era in the real world, for example, would a Senator sitting on that body’s Judiciary Committee, label himself “Spartacus” after a movie character, when posing a question to a nominee to the Supreme Court of the United States?

Joe Biden's Brother Says Family Voted For Trump 

Frank Biden, younger brother of former Vice President Joe Biden, ripped Hillary Clinton in a recent interview, saying the 2016 Democratic presidential candidate blew Pennsylvania and that many in his family didn't even vote for her, opting to pull the lever for President Trump. 

Biden said his brother would have won his home state of Pennsylvania and would never have insulted more conservative voters as "deplorables."

“We never would have lost Pennsylvania, and all my relatives — the Finnegan family [his mom’s family] — who voted for Donald Trump because they felt slighted by Hillary and her campaign,” Biden, 65, told Florida’s Palm Beach Post. His brother, who is mulling his own run in 2020, is a native of Scranton.

Biden also said his brother would not have ignored Michigan, which, like Pennsylvania, voted for Trump in 2016.
