FBI Exhibited KGB Level Behavior During Flynn Prosecution     By  AAN Staff    April 27, 2020

                        General Michael Flynn’s lawyers have formally accused agents in the upper echelon of the FBI and the Justice Department (DOJ) of railroading the onetime national security advisor.

They allege DOJ prosecutor Brandon Van Grack cut a backroom deal with Flynn’s former defense team not to prosecute Flynn’s son — despite threatening Flynn with that prospect.

The filing by Flynn attorneys Sidney Powell and Jesse Binnall states that the government suppressed this exculpatory evidence until April 24.

But that’s not all.

Flynn’s new brief alleges that federal agents hid evidence, conspired to create crimes for Flynn, conspired to get him fired, made baseless threats, engaged in unlawful side deals, and then attempted to cover it all up. Forgive me for the language, but this is some KGB-level sh*t. Sometimes there’s no better way to say something than to call it as it is. The Flynn prosecution sounds like something out of a Putin-playbook. When did the FBI turn into the KGB  ?

“[P]artisan FBI and DOJ leaders conspired to destroy Mr. Flynn … deliberately suppressed this evidence from the inception of this prosecution knowing there was no crime by Mr. Flynn,” his defense team wrote boldly yet reservedly. Had Flynn kept his prior lawyers, who pled him guilty to the bogus accusations, we would have never known that FBI and DOJ officials played KGB games with unsuspecting Americans. Powell and Binnall have exposed government abuses of power that we have only previously seen in movies — “corrupt agents at the top of the FBI.” Flynn’s new defense team achieved the seemingly impossible: they drilled a hole in the Iron Curtain that has shielded the deep state from public scrutiny, giving us a peek at the “public servants” acting as unscrupulous puppeteers of our justice system.

According to The Federalist’s source, an FBI official, the documents produced to Flynn’s team “will reflect poorly on the FBI.” Well, talk about an understatement! America is not a playpen for the FBI, Mr. Secret Agent Man!

Michael Flynn publicly declared his innocence after hiring the new defense team. “I am innocent of this crime, and I request to withdraw my plea,” is the essence of the Declaration he filed back in January. In it, he explains what happened and why. He took the plea because his former lawyers conveyed legal threats from the FBI and DOJ, “charges against me, my son, as well as the potential of a long term prison sentence.” A 15-year prison sentence, his lawyers said, plus “the Manafort treatment.” Flynn was intimidated by the dire prospects and did what he was advised by counsel to do in order to preserve his son’s freedom — he plead guilty. His former lawyers told him what to say and how to say it, and Flynn did as he was advised by the people he trusted. Little did he know, Flynn’s lawyers had other interests at heart, conflicting interests, to be precise.

“You know the report they issued yesterday? It was pathetic. It didn't have any details. And then at the end, it said let the states do it,” Schumer said in an interview on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.”

Schumer said that he plans to send a letter to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., to push for oversight hearings when the Senate reconvenes at the Capitol next week in which committees could call members of the White House coronavirus task force and Trump administration as witnesses.

“No one in the administration has given an answer specifically as to how the states should do it and that's one of the reasons I think we need to get the hearings,” Schumer said Tuesday.

CNN Abandons Tara Reade After One Story; Network Sunday Shows Skip This Biden Angle

After a long delay, CNN offered one single story on a Saturday afternoon on Tara Reade’s allegation of sexual assault against Joe Biden – soon after NewsBusters unearthed a video clip of a woman she says is her mother calling into CNN saying a “prominent senator” had wronged her daughter. The networks have screamed “bombshell” with much less evidence than this – see Brett Kavanaugh.

CNN’s Sunday shows went back to ignoring the story today – there was nothing from Jake Tapper on State of the Union, or from Brian Stelter on Reliable Sources. Their Saturday story sounded like a blatant attempt to help the Biden campaign…and so does all the silence and inaction before and after. They can chatter about who Biden should pick for vice president, but not about what Biden allegedly did to Reade.

We at NewsBusters were the ones to dig this 1993 snippet of Larry King Live out of our archives, and we are going to continue airing it and the American people should see what CNN doesn’t want them to see. This is a more credible accusation of sexual assault than the accusers of Brett Kavanaugh offered. The media has been stiff-arming Tara Reade’s allegations that former Vice President Joe Biden sexually assaulted her when she worked for him in the early 1990s.

According to Business Insider, Reade’s neighbor has now stepped forward to corroborate Reade’s claims:

"This happened, and I know it did because I remember talking about it," Lynda LaCasse, who lived next door to Reade in the mid-'90s, told Insider.LaCasse recanted to Business Insider that “[Biden] kind of put her up against a wall. And he put his hand up her skirt and he put his fingers inside her. She felt like she was assaulted, and she really didn’t feel there was anything she could do.”

She also told the publication that Reade was upset and crying.

Last week, a woman named Tara Reade accused presumptive Democratic presidential nominee and former Vice President Joe Biden of sexual assault. An incident she alleges took place in Biden’s office in the 1990s when she was a staffer for Biden.

She detailed the incident to Krystal Ball from The Hill, “He was at first talking to someone, they went away. He said come here. And then when I gave him the gym bag it happened in one mounting almost and he had me against the wall. And then his hands were down my skirt and up my skirt.”

Presidential candidate Joe Biden is pushing a conspiracy theory that President Trump can delay the 2020 election amid the virus pandemic.

According to The Daily Wire:

Over the weekend, former Vice President Joe Biden repeated a conspiracy theory floated by other Democrats, including failed 2016 presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, that President Donald Trump can delay the presidential election indefinitely using the coronavirus pandemic as an excuse.

“Mark my words: I think he is gonna try to kick back the election somehow, come up with some rationale why it can’t be held,” Biden said. “That’s the only way he thinks he can possibly win.”

Biden, of course, went on to say that he believes the election should be held in November, regardless of whether the threat of coronavirus has passed. Over the past week, Biden has become a vocal advocate for the Democrats’ universal “vote by mail” program, which would have all Americans casting mail-in, absentee-style ballots rather than stand in line at polling locations.

Republicans have largely derided the idea, citing persistent issues with the current absentee ballot programs, and noting that states are unprepared to handle the millions of ballots that would flood into election offices.

President Trump does not have the power to make a date change. Any change to the date of the election would require an act of Congress. The chances of Congress agreeing to something like this are slim to none.

During the early stages of the outbreak in the United States, Chinese agents reportedly sent text messages to Americans warning the government would soon impose a nationwide lockdown with little notice to prepare, The New York Times reported, citing six U.S. intelligence officials from six separate agencies.

In an interview on "Fox & Friends," Wright - a Democrat who supports President Trump - said the president should initially give President Xi Jinping the chance to "do the right thing" -- acknowledge a degree of culpability, and offer up a solution to all who have been devastated by the virus.

"And, if they don't -- which, by the way, I doubt that they will, having worked with these folks in the past -- we now have to then rally the troops. And not, of course, not just the American people here. I'm talking about a global alliance to tell President Xi that, in fact, he is culpable," he said.

Newly unearthed comments by potential Joe Biden VP pick Stacey Abrams suggests that she was playing the race card during a conference about legislative redistricting set for 2021.

In the 2014 video, Democrat Abrams warned that the south is in danger, as she sees it, of falling victim to a governing coalition made up of primarily white people.

Earlier this month, Abrams described herself in an interview with Elle magazine as an “excellent running mate” for Sleepy Joe.

Viewing everything through a racial lens, Abrams made these remarks in a clip unearthed by Patrick Howley of the National File:

“My eye is on 2021. Because when we do redistricting in 2021, if we have not changed the electorate, especially in the South, we will have a majority-minority population that is governed by a minority white conservative coalition. And that’s the most dangerous precedent that we can possibly set for the South in the next 20 years.”

According to Howley, the GOP needs to wake up because “This clip proves once and for all that Democrat demographic politics are in motion…The left is weaponizing race for cynical electoral gain.”

I have one child and a wife that depend on me daily, yet on some days my stress level is through the roof and I feel like the weight of the world is all on me. When he signed up for this role (without pay) he did it for us Americans. He didn’t do it for the fame or glory, he already had all that. He was willing to take on the job, but the magnitude of what we’re currently experiencing has got to be paralyzing. To some, NOTHING he does is ever right or good enough.

Do you ever wonder how he must be dealing with it all? When his head finally hits the pillow at night after press conferences, the scrutiny of the media, countless meetings, the endless negative and derogatory comments thrown at him, and constantly trying to defend himself and protect OUR country.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) went wonky on Sunday during an interview with CNN host Jake Tapper, telling him to “just calm down” when he confronted her about coronavirus relief.

The interview came days after Congress approved another economic package to help small businesses through the COVID-19 pandemic. The bill did not include any additional aid for state and local government, who have been asking Congress for help repeatedly, with New York Governor Andrew Cuomo (D) specifically attacking Congress for not giving assistance.

During CNN‘s “State of the Union” today, Tapper asked Pelosi why Congress has not given these governments any help, going so far as to suggest that she and other Democratic leaders have made a “tactical mistake.” This did not sit well with Pelosi, who immediately came unglued.

“So, Cuomo says he would have insisted on state funding in the last bill,” Tapper said. “Was this a tactical mistake by you and Senator Schumer?”

“Just calm down,” Pelosi fired back. “We will have state and local, and we will have it in a very significant way. It’s no use going on to what might have been.”

Pelosi had earlier claimed that the most recent legislation “was always an interim bill,” and promised to pass additional local and state funding in the second major coronavirus relief bill, which she called “CARES 2.” Later in the interview, the California Democrat claimed that governors are “impatient,” but said their impatience is positive because it “will help us get an even bigger number” in the next relief bill.

Fox News Host Lets It Slip – COVID-19 Mortality Rate Bombshell   (VIDEO)

(Gateway Pundit) – Fox News reporter John Roberts was caught on a hot mic in the White House briefing room discussing the Coronavirus mortality rate.

John Roberts walked into the press briefing room and told a technician to take off his mask because according to a recent California study, the mortality rate for the Coronavirus is only 0.1% to 0.3%.

“Everyone here’s been vaccinated anyway,” the technician said.

“USC and LA public county health came out with a study that found that there’s 7,000 cases in Southern California but they really believe that there are between 221,000 – to 441,000 people who are infected,” John Roberts said to the technician.

The technician was surprised to hear the truth about the low mortality rate: “So it was a hoax?”

“No, I don’t believe it was a hoax,” Roberts said.

To John Roberts’ credit, he asked Dr. Birx about this California study during the press briefing and she dodged his questions.

In the first large-scale study of adults tested for COVID-19 antibodies in their blood, initial results show researchers found that 4.1% have the antibodies, an indication that they have already been exposed to the virus.

“That translates to roughly 221,000 to 442,000 adults who have recovered from an infection, once margin of error is taken into account, according to the researchers conducting the study,” the Los Angeles Times reported. “The estimated infection numbers are 28 to 55 times higher than the 7,994 confirmed COVID-19 cases L.A. County had reported at the time of the study in early April.”

The study, conducted by the University of Southern California and the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, tested more than 860 people deemed representative of L.A. County, the researchers told The Times.

“It is believed to be as many as 442,000 people in LA County may have been infected, which suggests two things — it suggests that you have a lot more people out there who could be spreading the virus, but it also suggests that the case fatality rate is more in line with the 2017-2018 flu than what we’ve seen in other areas of the world,” Roberts said.

Birx continued to dodge questions about the fraudulent Bill Gates-funded IHME models she used to suggest virtually the entire US economy be shut down to ‘slow the spread of COVID-19.’
