Perhaps "Vance" should just run as a demoRat...That;s who/what he sounds like....BETTER YET..DON'T RUN AT ALL..!

'Hillbilly Elegy' Author's Campaign Suffering Over His Anti-Trump Views   BY DANIEL VILLARREAL ON 2/7/22

The political campaign of J.D. Vance, the author of Hillbilly Elegy who is running as a Republican Ohio candidate for U.S. Senate, has suffered due to his past statements against former President Donald Trump.

Vance is one of eight Republican candidates competing in a crowded primary for the seat. His opponents are reportedly using his past anti-Trump statements against him to paint him as someone lacking conservative credentials.

In response, Vance has seemed to increasingly adopt rhetoric in favor of Trump and pro-Trump political stances. The shift represents part of a larger shift among Republicans, embracing the former president to curry favor with right-wing voters.

The political action committees (PAC) Club for Growth and USA Freedom Fund have spent nearly $2 million in ads highlighting Vance's anti-Trump comments from 2016. At the time, Vance called himself a "Never Trump guy" and also called Trump an "idiot," "noxious" and "offensive," among other comments.

The ads may have affected Vance's standing in the state among Republican voters. Roughy 29 percent see him as liberal and 50 percent see him as anti-Trump, perceptions that make those voters less likely to support Vance, according to polling conducted in January by Tony Fabrizio, a pollster for the Protect Ohio Values super PAC.

"I can't vote for Trump, I think that he is noxious
," Vance states in the Club for Growth's ad. In the ad, Vance also says that he didn't vote for Trump, calls him "outrageous and offensive" and says he would have to "hold his nose and vote for Hilary Clinton."

One of Vance's old October 2016 tweets mentioned in the ad states, "Trump makes people I care about afraid, Immigrants, Muslims, etc. Because of this, I find him reprehensible. God wants better of us." In another October 2016 tweet mentioned in the ad, he wrote of Trump, "My god what an idiot."

Supreme Court in crisis: Justices keep digging themselves deeper   The Hill

Justice Neil Gorsuch / © New York Times/Pool

The Supreme Court justices can't seem to put down the shovel. The court's approval rating among Americans keeps falling, with accelerating perceptions of its partisan decision-making, combined with its lack of transparency.

On Feb. 5, ultra-conservative Justice Neil Gorsuch spoke to the Florida chapter of the conservative Federalist Society at a convention that was closed to the media.

Put aside whether the site of the meeting, Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resort in Lake Buena Vista, invited snickers about a justice in fantasyland. Also set aside that in Trump's 2016 campaign, he said his judicial nominees would "all [be] picked by the Federalist Society," and that its leader, Leonard Leo, reportedly played the key role in Gorsuch being Trump's first Supreme Court pick.

Why the cloak and dagger effort to keep the justice's speech within the club? As Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis wisely wrote more than a century ago, "sunlight is the best disinfectant." Secrecy invites suspicion.

What did the justice say that was not fit for public consumption? Or was he acting on his belief, written in dissent in July 2021, that the press is now responsible for "the publication of falsehoods by means and on a scale previously unimaginable."

Today, at a time when the Supreme Court's prestige is at risk because 62 percent of the public considers the Court's decisions to be political, Justice Gorsuch sharing the podium with former Trump press secretary Kayleigh McEnnany and right wing Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis seems at best injudicious. Particularly so without any press coverage.

The justifiable flap over Gorsuch's Federalist Society speech comes on the heels of an important disclosure by D.C. government watchdog, American Oversight: One of its Freedom of Information Act requests just turned up a June 2021 email from right wing activist Ginni Thomas, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas's wife, saying that "my husband has been in contact with [DeSantis] too on various things of late."

Mrs. Thomas has drawn attention for having tweeted "love MAGA people" to the "Stop the Steal" demonstrators on Jan. 6, 2021, and for regularly promoting baseless conspiracy theories during the Trump years.

Appearances matter. In public life, perception is reality.

A conservative justice appearing at the same meeting as the reactionary politician with whom another of his conservative colleagues has apparently been in contact intensifies the "stench" of politicization that Justice Sonia Sotomayor recently wrote was threatening the Court.

And Saturday's event was not Justice Gorsuch's first rodeo before the Federalist Society or other conservative organizations.

Back in September 2017, he came under fire for speaking to the American Foundation for American Studies at, of all places, the Trump Hotel in DC. "The optics are awful and will harm the court and public confidence in it as a nonpolitical body," Stephen Gillis, NYU Law Professor of legal ethics said at the time. "Just because he could do it does not mean he should do it."

Weeks later, in November 2017, Gorsuch took another "victory lap" following his confirmation with a 33-minute speech to the same Federalist Society that he appeared before this past Saturday. He mocked those who called it a secret society, quipping, "If you're going to have a meeting of a secret organization, maybe don't have it in the middle of Union Station and then tell everybody to wear a black tie."

Maybe the justice and the Federalist Society took that comment to heart when they located the most recent meeting at a yacht club and closed the doors to the media.

Let's be clear: Conservative justices are not alone in making speeches to friendly legal audiences. Liberal Justices Stephen Breyer and Sonia Sotomayor have addressed the American Constitution Society, an organization of like-minded lawyers.

None of this fortifies public trust in the court's impartiality. But at least those talks were open and video recorded. And both justices appeared with legal scholars, not politicians of their party.

A March 2021 Washington Post poll found that "[w]hen the justices speak at conferences or events alongside prominent politicians, Americans generally think that's unbecoming of a judge." So long as it continues to happen, Americans "are likely to have less confidence in the Supreme Court."

It is possible that the drop in public trust recorded in public polling will trigger the court to act. A January Pew poll found public approval in the court down 15 points from August 2019. The 54 percent approval rating was "among the least positive in surveys dating back nearly four decades."

Grinnell College National Poll Director Peter Hanson has described the public's loss of confidence in the Supreme Court as the "nightmare scenario for Chief Justice John Roberts, who has sought to protect the court's reputation as an apolitical institution."

Since the individual justices are not taking steps to address this serious threat to the court, it's time for Roberts to step into the breach.

On Feb. 2, three days before Justice Gorsuch's appearance at the Disney property, 25 legal ethics scholars wrote to the Chief Justice and asked him to do just that. They called on him impose a code of ethical conduct on members of the high court. Judges on every lower court are bound by such a code, but at present the Supreme Court is excluded.

That code requires that judges avoid "the appearance of impropriety" of the kind created by Gorsuch's secret speech. They are required to "act at all times in a manner that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary."

The 25 ethicists wrote that rules of professional conduct for the court would help it "transparently address potential conflicts and other issues in a way that builds public trust in the institution." The Chief Justice needs to take this long overdue step and make justices' speech making subject to those rules.

The justices have put themselves in hole with the American people. Heeding the ethicists' counsel would help them stop the digging.

Bidens not PASSING the buck, I think he's POCKETING every one he can get..!!

Accelerated Buck Passing Ahead  Gil Gutknecht  Posted:Feb 06, 2022

Buck passing is a time-honored tradition in American politics. A former Minnesota Governor once wryly observed that successful leaders have perfected the ability to take credit for things that they don’t deserve and avoid the blame for those things which they do.

Harry Truman had a sign on his desk that famously said, “The Buck Stops Here.” By the time Mr. Biden arrived at the Oval Office that sign was long gone. Rumor has it that Donald Trump had a sign that read, “I kick buck and take names! (You got a problem with that?)” The current clueless Commodore of our ship of state should have a sign that reads, “C’mon Man…What Buck? (You S.O.B.)”

There is not enough space in this column to discuss all the boneheaded decisions that this President has made since assuming office. About the only thing that this administration has done right is actually something that they haven’t done. At least not yet. They haven’t taken the Trump tariffs off Chinese imports. Even if it means we have to pay a little more for certain things, bringing more jobs and shorter supply lines back to America is worth it. Give Biden credit.

On virtually every other front this crew has earned the abysmal approval ratings that Americans are giving them. There is a reason Brandon has become the least popular name for American baby boys.

It IS Russia and It IS NOT a Hoax!  Kevin McCullough  Posted: Feb 06, 2022

With seemingly each passing hour we are seeing with eyes wide open how perilous and danger-filled each moment of weakness is degrading the very survival of our nation.

From press conferences to troop deployments the administration has sewn such a lack of confidence in America that literally all of our enemies are active and prepping themselves to simply do as they please.

And it’s NOT just Russia…

Late this week the terrorists running Iran had such an upper hand in ongoing “talks” about restarting the previously disastrous “Iran Nuclear Deal” that our state department agreed to waivers that in essence lift sanctions.

“And that without the waiver, ‘detailed technical discussions with third parties regarding the disposition of stockpiles and other activities of nonproliferation value cannot take place.’”

So… we are so bad at the negotiations that we just throw things at them that they want hoping that they will keep talking to us? Impressively the terrorists in charge seem to have a clearer picture of where things stand.

“The other party removes the unjust sanctions, there will be a possibility to revive the pact," Raisi (the new “president”) told Iran's state TV, according to Reuters.

There is also of course China…

Catholic Charity Admits Receiving Money From Biden Administration to Traffic Illegals Across U.S. Big League Politics

The leader of the Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley (CCRGV) has admitted their organization is taking federal money to traffic illegal aliens across the U.S. after they invade the border.

“We got lucky to be reimbursed for some of the efforts that we have been doing for so long and that’s good and that is taxpayer money,” said Sister
Norma Pimentel, who works as CCRGV executive director

“I don’t know the exact numbers right now because we are still talking because the reimbursement is not 100 percent given to us yet. It is just something that we have submitted to. We have requested like a little over a million dollars. But I don’t know that we have received it 100 percent, but yes, it’s possible that we could even get more but we’re working on that,” Pimentel added.

Pimentel admitted that her organization has even bought plane rides for illegal aliens to help them spread across the country, further contributing to the demographic demise of America.

“We definitely encourage for the family to be able to come up with that ticket, with that transportation, and so we’ll wait to make sure that happens,” Pimentel said, adding that they encourage the families of illegals to buy their own plane tickets in order to invade America but that they do fund the plane rides in certain instances.

EXCLUSIVE: The head of the largest NGO along the border, Catholic Charities of RGV explains they are getting reimbursed with taxpayer dollars & they do buy some plane tickets for migrants. She says they help migrants continue their journey otherwise they are left on the streets.

Big League Politics has reported on how the Biden regime has caused one of the worst border disasters in U.S. history due to their lax policies:

“The Biden regime is attempting to deny compensation to illegal aliens who are demanding payoffs after allegedly being separated from families at the border.

The Department of Justice is arguing in court that the illegals allegedly separated from their families do not deserve to be compensated in a move that is sure to enrage far-left social interest groups who hoped the Biden administration would do their bidding on this matter. They are expected to make similar arguments in upcoming lawsuits as well.

“At issue in this case is whether adults who entered the country without authorization can challenge the federal government’s enforcement of federal immigration laws,” the briefing reads. “They cannot.”

The Biden administration has set up a task force in an attempt to placate the illegals whose families were allegedly separated. However, it is in major dispute as to whether or not these were actually families who were separated.”

The Biden regime is not just allowing the third-world migrant invasion with lax border policies, but also are subsidizing the relocation of illegal aliens across America through the direct funding of NGOs engaged in trafficking operations. Sister Pimentel should be ashamed of herself.

FROM 90 MILES FROM TYRANNY

And... They will do WHAT with these records....??

Surprise!..... ATF Has Been Keeping Records on Hundreds of Millions of Firearms Transactions  By Dan Zimmerman Feb. 1, 2022

The Biden administration is in possession of nearly one billion records detailing American citizens’ firearm purchases, far more than Congress and the public has been aware of, according to new information from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives obtained by the Washington Free Beacon.

The ATF disclosed to lawmakers that it manages a database of 920,664,765 firearm purchase records, including both digital and hard copy versions of these transactions. When a licensed gun store goes out of business, its private records detailing gun transactions become ATF property and are stored at a federal site in West Virginia. The practice has contributed to the fears of gun advocacy groups and Second Amendment champions in Congress that the federal government is creating a national database of gun owners, which violates longstanding federal statutes.

Rep. Michael Cloud (R., Texas), who led an investigation into the ATF database following a November Free Beacon report that the Biden administration had stockpiled records of more than 54 million gun transactions in 2021, expressed shock at the number of gun records being kept by the federal government. Cloud maintains that the ATF’s database could be exploited by the Biden administration to surveil American gun owners as it pursues new restrictions on firearms.

“It’s really concerning that the Georgia secretary of state and Dominion are kind of putting their head in the sand,”

What We've Been Waiting For: Judge May Release Bombshell Report on Dominion Voting Machines in Georgia    By Jack Davis, The Western Journal Feb 1, 202

A federal judge is being urged to release a report that, despite the secrecy surrounding it, appears to indicate there are potential flaws in the Dominion Voting Systems’ equipment used in Georgia.

“The public deserves to know the context of J. Alex Halderman’s claims and his testimony regarding the 2020 election,” Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said last week in calling for the document to be released, the Washington Examiner reported.

“Georgia voters face an extreme risk that [ballot marking device]-based attacks could manipulate their individual votes and alter election outcomes,” Halderman, a University of Michigan computer science professor, said about the report last year, according to the Daily Beast.

In its reporting, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution has indicated that the report, completed last year, describes how someone could hack the system to change votes, without saying whether or not this was ever accomplished.

Halderman — exploring the world of possibilities — said malicious software could be installed on voting touchscreens to change votes from one candidate to another. Votes could also be altered through QR codes used by scanners, he said, without indicating that this had been done.

The report is part of a lawsuit that seeks to change Georgia’s system for voting. More importantly, it is a piece of the wider discussion about potential election fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

To date, no one has produced any evidence or documentation that proves the machines were tampered with in 2020. Dominion, which was the target of multiple post-election allegations, has fought back, suing several of those who claimed its machines were part of an election fraud conspiracy.

U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg is considering releasing a redacted version of the report and said she is irked that the report has turned into a “political football,” according to the Journal-Constitution.

“I’m unhappy with the political treatment of the report,” Totenberg said last week. “The entire purpose of having hearings was to maximize transparency but at the same time trying to be mindful of the risks involved of disclosure.”

“I don’t want to have somebody saying, ‘We would have released the full report but for Judge Totenberg,’” she continued.

On Monday, Totenberg asked Georgia election officials and plaintiffs suing over election security to outline by Wednesday how they believe the report should be released, according to the Journal-Constitution.

“I want people to understand the general concerns … without giving anyone a road map to hacking or intruding on the system or manipulating it,” Totenberg said.

One option is to send the full report to the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, while a more limited version goes to the public.

Raffensperger in the past has said the system of recounts and audits would disclose any attempt to rig an election.

Republican Gov. Brian Kemp has called on Raffensperger to review the expert’s report and ensure voting machines are safe.

Bidens been "IN OVER HIS HEAD" since he was "ELECTED" president. Sometime seems like he doesn't know what DAY it is...!

Red Alert: Biden's in Over His Head as China Makes Boldest Move Since Beginning of Pandemic   By Jared Harris February 4, 2022

It’s beginning to look like President Joe Biden is in over his head when it comes to the brewing potential for an international clash.

The changing tides for Biden come as China’s foreign ministry announced coordination with the Russian Federation on the matter of Ukraine.

According to Reuters, Moscow officials met with their Chinese counterparts in Beijing on Thursday. This is the first visit of foreign political guests to the communist capital since the viral outbreak in Wuhan spread into a worldwide pandemic.

Chinese officials have kept out most foreigners since early 2020 as part of its no-tolerance COVID policy, underscoring the importance of the Russian diplomats’ visit to Beijing.

The meeting comes as some 115,000 Russian troops are on standby near the Ukrainian border.

While Russia denies any impending invasion, the concentration of armor, weaponry and medical supplies hints the Kremlin is preparing for the possibility of an attack.

Biden seems to have given Russian President Vladimir Putin the green light for small-scale invasions, but promises action in response to bigger incursions.

“He’s never seen sanctions like the ones I promised would be imposed if he moves,” Biden said in January. “What you’re going to see is that Russia will be held accountable if it invades.”

Unfortunately for Biden, sanctions don’t seem to be the weapon he thinks they will be.

For one, a defense official who served under former President Donald Trump warned that China could easily relieve an isolated Russia. Given China’s massive industrial capacity and a wide land border with Russia, it seems the communist giant does sit ready to scuttle American economic interference.

Russia isn’t the only country looking to cash in on a weak American president.

North Korea recently launched an incredibly powerful missile, the first since Trump confronted the hermit kingdom’s leader in 2017. The White House has been largely silent on the rogue nuclear power’s resurgence.

War breaking out in Europe might spark a deadly conflict in the Pacific as well.

If Russian troops do end up marching on Kiev, the capital city of Ukraine, American involvement there would also give China itself a golden opportunity: The pacification of Taiwan.

While token American forces around the island nation may be able to initially frustrate any invasion, opening a two-front conflict may be a little too rich for Biden’s blood.

Even worse for Americans would be increased cooperation between China and Russia, a nightmare that has barreled toward reality under Biden’s watch. A Eurasian bloc of this scale would pose significant problems for the free world, and would be a dangerous competitor against the United States.

It’s clear these two countries have a common interest in undermining America’s standing in the world, but how far they are willing to go to realize this will depend on Biden’s actions in the coming weeks.

I REALLY THINK THAT THIS "VIRUS" IS AFFECTING SOME PEOPLES MINDS... Are they really that SCARED..??

Loudoun County Public Schools Treating Maskless Students Worse Than Those Who Rape Their Classmates  Rebecca Downs  Posted: Feb 03, 2022

As Northern Virginia's Loudoun County continues to be plagued by a sex scandal, where a now 15-year old boy was able to rape classmates throughout the district, the district is also coming under fire for their policy on mask mandates, which is to suspend students and charge them with "trespassing," a Class I misdemeanor.

On Sunday, Nick Minock reported for ABC 7News that while students who did not show up with masks were sent to the auditorium to be segregated from their peers, they will now be suspended. Not only that, they will be physically removed from school and charged with trespassing.

"You’ve been warned if they come and do not put on a mask they will physically be removed from the property," Mrs. Platt, who has two children in elementary school and one in middle school told 7News. "There was a lot of tense emotion in that room. It was no joke. It seems silly they would threaten a first grader. Or hang college over their head."

In Virginia, trespassing is a Class I felony that holds a 12-month jail sentence or $2,500 fine
