A month ago, Republican Senator Chuck Grassley sent a letter to Attorney General Eric Holder asking why the Department of Justice was covering up deaths and weapons linked to Operation Fast and Furious. The inquiry came shortly after a Mexican police chief and his body guard were killed by cartel members using Fast and Furious guns.

Three more weapons from Fast and Furious have turned up at crime scenes in Mexico, CBS News has learned, as the toll from the controversial federal operation grows.
At least 1400 of those weapons are still missing. The only way ATF can recover these weapons is when they are left at crime scenes.
Attorney General Eric Holder is still in criminal and civil contempt of Congress.
